Abstract
本发明提供一种具有极佳抑制织物蛀虫孵卵效果的织物保护剂。此织物保护剂由载有2,3,5,6-四氟苄基1R-反式-2,2-二甲基-3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷羧酸盐[Transfluthrin]和1-乙基-2-甲基-2-戊烯基1R-顺式,反式-菊酸盐[Empenthrin]的纸或类似纸的薄片构成。
Description
本发明涉及一种织物保护剂。
从JP-A-6-9318中公开了使用2,3,5,6-四氟苄基1R-反式-2,2-二甲基-3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷羧酸盐(Transfluthrin)作为织物保护剂的活性成份。另外,目前从市场上可商购到含有1-乙基-2-甲基-2-戊烯基1R-顺式,反式-菊酸盐(Empenthrin)的积物保护剂。
然而,为了控制织物蛀虫,重要的是不仅要考虑到杀虫效果、防护作用和遏制织物蛀虫蛀坏衣服(例如网衣蛾和袋衣蛾的幼虫),这些都是通常已研究的,而且要考虑到防止织物蛀虫的虫卵的孵化的功效。本发明的目的是提供一种具有遏制孵卵效果的优异的织物蛀虫控制组合物。
本发明提供由载有Transfluthrin和Empenthrin薄片构成的织物保护剂。本发明还提供一种利用该织物保护剂控制织物蛀虫和保护织物(特别是衣服)的方法。本发明的织物保护剂不仅具有杀虫效果,防护作用和遏制织物蛀虫蛀坏衣服,并且还显示出优异的遏制织物蛀虫孵卵的效果。
在本发明中,载有Transfluthrin和Empenthrin的薄片优选厚度是0.1-4mm,松密度是0.2-0.7g/cm3,且在薄片中的Transfluthrin和Empenthrin的重量混合比的范围是5∶95至95∶5。松密度是与强度和不透明性相关的指数,且称之为每单位体积纸的重量,又以g/cm3命名为相对密度。通过下面式子可计算出松密度:
松密度(g/cm3)=[基础重量(g/cm2)/厚度(mm)]×1000
作为本发明的薄片,不仅可使用纸浆纸,诸如薄纸板和滤纸,而且除了纸浆之外还可使用植物纤维材料构成的类似纸的材料,如棉籽绒。薄板的尺寸优选地在每个长度和宽度方向是约10cm到约1m,例如在用于上浆机的情形中,这是一种适合使用的情况。可使用几个厘米×几米的薄片。
本发明的织物保护剂可以通过下述方式制备:将Transfluthrin和Empenthrin溶解在溶剂中,作为溶剂的例子有:酮如丙酮、醇如甲醇和乙醇、卤代烃如二氯乙烷、醚如四氢呋喃和二噁烷、酯如乙酸乙酯,或一种碳氢化合物如己烷、煤油和石油醚,以及再将此溶液通过涂覆、浸渍或其他手段加载到或注入到薄片中。加载到薄片上的Transfluthrin和Empenthrin的总量通常在约0.1-100mg/cm3。当这些化合物溶解在溶剂中制备成要加载到或注入到薄片中的溶液时,其中还可加入乳化剂、分散剂、铺展剂、稳定剂和其它辅助剂。还可以加入其它杀虫剂、增效剂、防霉剂等。
本发明的织物保护剂对控制织物蛀虫是有效的,诸如衣蛾属如袋衣蛾;谷蛾属如网衣蛾;毛毡衣蛾属如挂毡衣蛾;皮蠹属如埃及黑皮蠹,以及圆皮蠹属如各种小圆皮蠹。本发明的织物保护剂可以各种方式使用,一般说来,在普通温度下可置于织物附近区域。例如,可将其直接放置于柜厨的抽屉中,或者填充在一适合的容器内并悬串在衣柜中。用于本发明织物保护剂的有效量通常是每m3的空间约1至10克(以Transfluthrin和Empenthrin的总量计算)。
含有Transfluthrin和Empenthrin的混合型杀虫组合物可以制成各种形式使用,如蚊式盘圈、电子驱蚊垫、气雾剂、油溶液和乳化浓缩液,对于其辅助杀虫效果只有以本发明的织物保护剂形式使用时,才能在抑制积物蛀虫孵卵方面具有协同的杀虫效果。
下面给出本发明的织物保护剂的制备实例和其实验实例。
实施例1
将含Transfluthrin和Empenthrin各50mg的丙酮溶液滴向并浸入到一张34cm×58cm的纸板(滤纸)中,该纸厚度为0.2mm,松密度0.5g/cm3,再将此纸板进行空气干燥制得本发明的织物保护剂。
实施例2
将含Transfluthrin和Empenthrin各50mg的丙酮溶液滴向并渗入到一张2.2cm×3.5cm的纸板(由棉籽绒制成)上,该纸的厚度为2.5mm、松密度0.4g/cm3,再将此纸板进行空气干燥制得本发明的织物保护剂。
在下述实施例3(实施例)中制备用于比较的织物保护剂由参照例1和参照例2给出。
参照例1
在实施例1的方法中,单独用100mg的Transfluthrin代替分别使用的各50mg的Trasfluthrin和Empenthrin制备比较用的织物保护剂。
参照例2
在实施例1的方法中,单独用100mg的Empenthrin代替分别用的各50mg的Transfluthrin和Empenthrin得到比较用的织物保护剂。
实施例3
将八件工作服(由65%聚酯和35%棉制成)分成两叠(四件衣服一叠)放在一个43cm×73cm×16cm的衣箱中,再将从实施例1、参照例1或参照例2制得的织物保护剂放置在每叠衣服的从底部算起的第二件和第三件衣服之间。
经过预定时间后(4周、20周和40周),准备几个直径为3.5cm的佩特里细菌培养皿,其中每只培养皿装有10只袋衣蛾卵(大约产卵后一天),并带有一块2cm×2cm毛平纹细布,并将它们放置在所述衣箱中的织物保护剂和每叠衣服从底部数起的第三件之间,每叠底部的第三件和第四件衣服之间和每叠衣服的顶部。
然后将衣箱盖上,在室温为25℃下放置一周,观察蛾卵孵化情况。将在六个位置上观察的卵的情况的平均结果列于表1中。
在表中的各个符号具有下面意义。
×:50%或更多的卵孵化。
△:30至不超过50%的卵孵化。
○:10至不超过30%的卵孵化。
◎:低于10%的卵孵化。

实施例4

本发明的织物保护剂在抑制织物蛀虫的孵卵方面具有优异的协同效果,并且对防护和抑制织物蛀虫的繁育极为有用。
Claims (8)
1.一种织物保护剂含有载有Transfluthrin和Empenthrin的薄片。
2.根据权利要求1的织物保护剂,其中该薄片的厚度为0.1-4mm,松密度为0.2-0.7g/cm3。
3.根据权利要求1或2的织物保护剂,其中薄片中的Transfluthrin和Empenthrin的重量比在5∶95到95∶5的范围。
4.一种用权利要求1、2或3所述的织物保护剂控制织物蛀虫的方法。
5.一种用权利要求1、2或3所述的织物保护剂抑制织物蛀虫孵卵的方法。
6.一种用权利要求1、2或3所述的织物保护剂保护织物的方法。
7.将权利要求1、2或3的织物保护剂用于控制织物蛀虫。
8.将权利要求1、2或3的织物保护剂用于抑制织物蛀虫孵卵。
