Abstract

本发明涉及一种手持式工具机。
背景技术
已知一些手持式工具机,尤其是手持式钻机及冲击钻机,它们具有可以固定于壳体颈部上的深度限位器。通过该深度限位器能够获得深度近似相同并且可调的钻孔。在现有的手持式工具机中,为了使深度限位器调节到一个所希望的尺度上,必须松开一个夹紧螺钉,这样,才能将杆状的深度限位器在其纵向导向结构中进行调节。然后,接着需要在所选定的调节位置上再将夹紧螺钉重新拧紧,以防止调节位置发生意外的变化。这里,松开及拧紧夹紧螺钉需要花费时间、很繁琐、并且因为其固定方式属于传力链连接而不牢靠。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种带有深度限位器的手持式工具机,使得能够方便快速地对深度限位器进行调节。
根据本发明,提出一种手持式工具机,具有一个壳体,它在一个辅助把手上带有一个可调节的、纵长的深度限位器,借助一个支承在辅助把手上、可在两个终端位置之间弹性移动的按键,该深度限位器在该按键处于不被操作的终端位置中时被锁定、在该按键处于被操作的终端位置中时可自由移动,其中,深度限位器可以形状配合连接地相对于手持式工具机固定,其中,该按键是一个可在所述两个终端位置之间直线移动的滑动按键。
本发明手持式工具机的优点在于:能够对深度限位器快速、舒适地进行调节,而无需将手持式工具机支承于一个底座上。
此外,通过使深度限位器形状配合连接地固定,能够使其位置更加牢靠,因为它更难于发生意外的移动。
有利的是,辅助把手在上部带有滑动按键和深度限位器的一个纵向导向结构。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一个作为冲击钻机构造的手持式工具机10的从左前方观察的立体图。该手持式工具机具有一个壳体12,它带有一个铲把式构成的把手14,该把手上有一个开关按钮16。一个电缆线18从该开关按钮16向下伸出来。该电缆线用于给图中并未示出的电机供电,该电机被安置于隶属于壳体12的电机壳体20内。电机壳体20相对于手持式工具机10的一个纵向轴线27成直角安置。该纵向轴线27是由一个机器颈部22、一个卡盘24和一个钻头形式的插入刀具26确定出。
一个辅助把手28同样成直角向下方离开该纵向轴线27伸出,该辅助把手借助于一个夹紧箍30被固定在机器颈部22上,可以取下。
辅助把手28包含一个上接续部29,它具有一个凹入的径向支承面40,该支承面被确定用来靠置在机器颈部22上,并且将辅助把手28可靠地固定在壳体12上。
从前面看,在凹的径向支承面40的两侧,上接续部29构成两个腿,其中仅仅详细地标明了较大的支撑腿31。在该支撑腿内支承着一个六角杆形式的深度限位器32,它处于一个六角孔式的纵向导向结构38中,不能转动,但可以纵向移动。该深度限位器32在相对的两个六角面上具有上、下各一个齿形轮廓34、35,通过它们使深度限位器32以形状配合连接方式被固定在纵向导向结构38之中,并且可以拆卸下来。
支承腿31在其自由端部上带有一个可移动地被支承的按键36。该按键借助固定脚46在支承腿31自由端部的一个燕尾槽形的纵向导向结构50中防止脱落出来。
在支承腿31内设置了一个中心的盲孔式槽41,用来容纳一个板簧42。该板簧可以在其中摆动地安置。该板簧42以其下端部43可拆卸地插入到槽41底部上的一个夹紧缝槽45之中并被夹紧。下部被弯曲、并在那里被夹紧的板簧42以其上端部47支承于按键36的一个斜的压面44上,因而它可以弹性地在侧向上往复移动。
在支承腿31中用于承接深度限位器32的纵向导向结构38在按键36的下部区域中作为对准的、侧向上敞开的纵向开口被延续,其下部的u形腿状区域内部带有一个对应齿廓结构48。它与深度限位器32的齿廓结构34、35相匹配,并且可以与它们构成形状配合的啮合。
通过被偏压的板簧42,使得按键36以其对应齿廓结构48与六角杆状的深度限位器32保持啮合,从而使该深度限位器在该位置上以形状配合方式不可移动地固定在辅助把手28上。
通过压按键36,其对应齿结构48从深度限位器32的朝向它的齿廓结构35中脱开。一旦松开按键36,其对应齿结构48卡入深度限位器32的齿廓结构35中,并且将其固定住。
Claims (2)
1.手持式工具机(10),具有一个壳体(12),它在一个辅助把手(28)上带有一个可调节的、纵长的深度限位器(32),借助一个支承在辅助把手(28)上、可在两个终端位置之间弹性移动的按键(36),该深度限位器(32)在该按键处于不被操作的终端位置中时被锁定、在该按键处于被操作的终端位置中时可自由移动,其中,深度限位器(32)可以形状配合连接地相对于手持式工具机(10)固定,其特征为:该按键是一个可在所述两个终端位置之间直线移动的滑动按键(36)。
2.如权利要求1所述的手持式工具机,其特征为:辅助把手(28)在上部带有滑动按键(36)和深度限位器(32)的一个纵向导向结构(38)。
