本发明涉及聚光灯泡,它具有一个灯泡壳、一根封装在所述灯泡壳中的灯丝、一个其中固定着所述灯泡壳的灯座和用于给灯丝供电的引线,其中,该灯座具有一个灯座凸缘和至少三个设置在同一个平行于该灯座凸缘平面的平面内的基准凸起。
背景技术
例如在公开号为WO97/25733的国际专利申请中公开了一种这样的聚光灯泡。这篇文献描述了这样一种聚光灯泡,即它具有灯泡壳、一根被灯泡壳包围起来的螺旋灯丝、一个配设有一个灯座凸缘和三个设置在同一个平行于灯座凸缘平面的平面内的基准凸起的灯座以及给螺旋灯丝供应电能的引线。灯座凸缘配设有一条用于容纳一密封圈的槽。把灯泡固定在一个成灯头形式的聚光灯泡反光罩的背面开口中是借助基准凸起和贴在灯座凸缘上的密封圈实现的。基准凸起嵌入成灯头形式的聚光灯泡反光罩的开口中并且密封圈贴着聚光灯泡反光罩的外壁。因而,反光罩开口的边缘被夹紧地设置在密封圈和基准凸起之间。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种具有简化的灯座结构的前言所述类型的聚光灯泡。
根据本发明,为完成上述任务而提供一种聚光灯泡,它具有:一个灯泡壳;一个灯丝,该灯丝封装在所述的灯泡壳中;一个灯座,所述的灯泡壳被固定在该灯座中;用于给所述灯丝提供电能的引线,其中该灯座具有一个灯座凸缘和至少三个设置在同一个平行于该灯座凸缘平面的平面内的基准凸起。该聚光灯泡的特点是,该灯座凸缘具有至少三个沿其外周面布置的接片,这些接片分别具有一个突出到该灯座凸缘的平面外的隆起,并且这些接片和这些基准凸起一起共同把该灯泡固定在聚光灯中。
这样一来,这些接片可以和基准凸起一起把本发明的聚光灯泡固定在聚光灯灯泡安装口中。在装入灯泡后,聚光灯灯泡安装口的边缘被夹紧地安置在基准凸起和本发明的接片之间。如果聚光灯本身配备有用于不透气地封闭灯泡安装口的密封机构,则不需要密封圈和不透气地形成的塑料灯座底部。
根据本发明的聚光灯泡的特点是,该灯座凸缘可以具有旋转对称结构,并且所述的至少三个接片能平行于该灯座凸缘的边缘延伸。
此外,本发明聚光灯泡的另一个实施形式在于,该灯座凸缘和所述的至少三个接片最好由金属构成。这样一来,可以最简单地垂直于灯座凸缘平面地获得弹力作用以及高强度和高弹性。
优选实施例的说明
以下,结合一个优选实施例来详细说明本发明。
本发明的优选实施例涉及无胶插接式单丝卤素白炽灯泡,它被设置用在汽车大灯中。该灯泡具有一个玻璃制的且基本上成圆柱形的灯泡壳1,所述灯泡壳被固定在一个金属灯座2内。在灯泡壳1中设置了一根螺旋灯丝3,它通过两根引线4、5与电插座触点6、7相连。灯座2主要包括一个其中固定着灯泡壳1的一端的杯形金属固定圈2a、一个其中固定着固定圈2a的金属调节环2b以及一个金属基准环2c。灯座2还具有一个由一个电绝缘材料构成的灯座绝缘剂2d,它用于使这两个灯座触点6、7电绝缘。基准环2c配设有一个基本上旋转对称的灯座凸缘20。灯座凸缘平面垂直于基准环2c的环轴线并因而也垂直于灯的纵轴线。此外,基准环2c配设有三个成型于其上棱上的且径向朝外的基准凸起21,它们在同一个平面内平行于灯座凸缘平面地延伸。调节环2b具有三个成型于其底边上的且径向朝外倾斜的焊接凸点,它们贴在基准环2c的基准凸起21上并且和它们21焊接在一起。灯座凸缘20配设有三个一样的且沿其外周面等间距分布的接片22。接片22不是径向延伸的,而是沿方位角方向延伸,其自由端分别具有一个突出到灯座凸缘20外的隆起22a。它们与灯座凸缘20和基准环2c的环轴线有关地取向,这意味着,与绕基准环2c环轴线120度转角对称有关地形成灯座凸缘20和接片22。接片22被设计成与灯座凸缘20成一体并且也和灯座凸缘20一样由金属制成。接片22垂直于灯座凸缘20地或确切地说沿基准环2c的环轴线方向或沿灯的纵轴线方向地施加弹力作用。
当把本发明的灯泡装在汽车大灯中时,基准凸起21和接片22配合工作。基准凸起21嵌入大灯的灯泡安装口中并且贴着大灯的内侧面,而接片22贴在大灯的外侧面上。在把灯泡装入大灯的灯泡安装口中后,灯泡通过绕其纵轴线转动四分之一圈地被固定在其最终位置上。灯泡安装口的边缘被夹紧地安置在基准凸起21和接片22之间。如专利申请WO97/25733所述地形成基准凸起21。此外,灯泡如上述专利申请所述地具有一个压紧弹簧,该弹簧垂直于灯泡纵轴线地施加弹力作用并由此确保了在侧面把灯泡固定在大灯的灯泡安装口中。

Claims (3)

1、一种聚光灯泡,它具有:
-一个灯泡壳(1),
-一根灯丝(3),该灯丝封装在所述的灯泡壳(1)中,
-一个灯座(2),所述的灯泡壳(1)被固定在该灯座中,
-用于给所述的灯丝(3)提供电能的引线(4,5),
其中,该灯座(2)具有一个灯座凸缘(20)和至少三个设置在同一个平行于该灯座凸缘(20)平面的平面内的基准凸起(21),
其特征在于,该灯座凸缘(20)具有至少三个沿其外周面布置的接片(22),这些接片分别具有一个突出到该灯座凸缘的平面外的隆起(22a),并且这些接片和这些基准凸起(21)一起共同把该灯泡固定在聚光灯中。
2、如权利要求1所述的聚光灯泡,其特征在于,该灯座凸缘(20)具有旋转对称结构,并且所述的至少三个接片(22)平行于该灯座凸缘(20)的边缘延伸。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的聚光灯泡,其特征在于,该灯座凸缘(20)和所述的至少三个接片(22)由金属构成。
