Abstract

Description

接线装置
本发明涉及一种接线装置,特别是用于通讯技术和数字系统技术中的电缆接线装置。
公知的接线装置,如管线夹或电缆接线端子只能在各自场合允许小直径的管线、软管或电缆进行连接。一个接线装置只能处理小直径范围内的连接。被连接者无抗挤压能力;夹紧的程度由操作确定而不能由接线装置限定。
DE 4334615 C1描述了一种电气插接式接线器,该接线器可进行屏蔽接触连线,以提供将电缆连续屏蔽地连接于插接式接线器上。通过压边连接而将电缆屏以导通状态屏蔽接触连接。通过压力环或电缆带进行压边连接。因此以这种连接方式不可能适应各种不同直径的电缆的连接。
本发明的目的是发展一种通用型的接线装置,它可以保证不同直径的被连接体简单而可靠地连接,并且不会使被连接体发生受压程度过大的危险。
本发明的目的通过下述特征来完成:本发明的这种接线装置,特别是用于通讯技术和数字系统技术中的电缆接线装置,其中,接线构件由本体和至少一个连接臂构成,被连接体插入其中而固定,接线构件装入带有切口的套筒中,其中至少接线构件的一个连接臂与所述切口啮合,通过套筒相对于固定的本体旋转,至少一个连接臂减小接线构件的连接内径(D)。连同根据本发明的套筒结构,本发明的接线本体的构造可确保不同直径电缆屏蔽的卸荷应力和/或周面(360°)延伸,或者总体上,可使用单一的接线装置对不同直径的被连接体进行连接。根据应用所需的连线臂的尺寸要求应使得施加于被连接体或电缆上的有效压力不能大于可导致被连接体受压程度过大的危险。
通过在一较宽范围旋转套筒可改变接线装置的接线构件的直径。
该接线装置可完成可拆卸连接并可重复使用。
本发明的其它优点可通过下述特征来完成:
根据本发明的接线装置,其中,连接臂从接线构件的不同表面上伸出,接线构件是一带有冲压形成的连接臂的整体的冲压件,而且接线构件形成电导通的屏蔽接触,接线构件还带有一个与套筒的内齿啮合的棘齿,所述固定和强化套筒置入接线构件的本体中,所述接线构件的本体是园形或多边形状。
下面通过附图和实施例来详细解释本发明的用于电缆的接连装置。

此外在通用场合,该接线装置的应用同样具有许多优点,特别是在电子通讯技术和数字系统方面作为屏蔽电缆的接线装置尤其如此。例如,连同RJ45套筒,本发明的连线装置可确保置入套筒的屏蔽电缆的可靠卸载应力和园周(360°)延伸。
图1所示为一个电缆接线装置,包括:一园形连接构件1,形成在本体6上的连接臂5,和带有切口4的套筒2,其中切口4的形状是沿套筒2的侧壁从内向外形成的楔形切口。
接线装置可通过一连接板9与一个RJ45套筒(未示)连接,连接板9连接到接线构件1及其固定和强化套筒10上。
电缆屏以电导通状态连接到导电接线构件1上,后者通过连接板9连接到例如RJ45套筒的屏蔽罩上,由此确保从电缆到套筒的密闭屏蔽。
固定和强化套筒10从连接板9上方插入,其中固定和强化套筒10的两个舌片12嵌入连接板9的两个切槽13中,以此防止其相对转动。固定和强化套筒10及其固定的连接板9插入接线构件1并通过向上突出的突片14与接线构件1连接,其结果是连接板9牢牢地锚固在接线构件1中。随后由固定和强化套筒10、连接板9和接线构件1构成的组件被装入套筒2中,以此使接线构件1相对于套筒2固定。
电缆(图1中未示)及其屏蔽通过接线构件1的与套筒2的切槽4啮合的连接臂5旋转筒2沿箭头15所示逆时针方向旋转而插入接线构件1并夹持于其中,接线构件1的本体6如上所述相对于套筒2固定,在套筒2旋转时其位置不发生变化,也就是说本体6不转动。减小连接臂5(图4至9)的直径导致的直径变化在电缆上产生夹持作用。例如10至3毫米的直径变化可用于单一的实施例中。
图2所示为一方形实施例的接线构件1,本体6由相互连接的可动臂11(以不分离的薄片状态或其它状态)形成。通过冲压在本体6的四个不同平面上形成四个连接臂5。
如图3所示,当接线构件1插入套筒2之后将臂11的一个向外弯折,形成一棘齿7,该棘齿7与套筒2的内齿8啮合,在套筒旋转时将接线构件1锁定在套筒2中所希望的位置。
图3还显示了四个与接线构件1(图2)的四个连接臂5啮合的楔形切口4。
图4所示为装配状态的接线装置。此时接线构件1插入套筒2,而连接臂5以无应力状态位于切口4中。
如图3至6所示位于套筒2上边缘的平面16用于标定套筒2的位置。
图5显示插入最大直径的电缆的接线装置。套筒2旋转了电缆直径所限定的最大量,以确保扭转和夹持电缆3。其结果是,接线构件1的连接臂5被扭转而产生相对于套筒2的切口4的横向侧面上的压力。
图6所示为插入较小直径电缆的接线装置。为扭转电缆3而旋转套筒2,使得接线构件1的连接臂5恰好可被夹持在套筒2的切槽4中。在通过旋转套筒2产生夹持电缆3而使得连接臂5聚集到一起的同时,接线构件1的作为框架的本体6保持不变。以相应的连接臂5以及本体6之间的连接点构成连接臂5的相应支点,沿箭头15所示方向逆时针旋转连接臂5使聚合时可形成新的连接直径D。
接线装置可由塑料制成,如果还用作延长电缆屏蔽的目的使用电缆接线装置,则接线构件1由金属或导电材料制成。

Claims (7)

1.一种接线装置,特别是用于通讯技术和数字系统技术中的电缆接线装置,其特征在于,接线构件(1)由本体(6)和至少一个连接臂(5)构成,被连接体(3)插入其中而固定,接线构件(1)装入带有切口(4)的套筒(2)中,其中至少接线构件(1)的一个连接臂(5)与所述切口(4)啮合,通过套筒(2)相对于固定的本体(6)旋转,至少一个连接臂(5)减小接线构件(1)的连接内径(D)。
2.如权利要求1所述的接线装置,其特征在于,连接臂(5)从接线构件(1)的不同表面上伸出。
3.如权利要求1至2所述的接线装置,其特征在于,接线构件(1)是一带有冲压形成的连接臂(5)的整体的冲压件。
4.如权利要求1至3所述的接线装置,其特征在于,接线构件(1)形成电导通的屏蔽接触。
5.如权利要求1所述的接线装置,其特征在于,接线构件(1)带有一个与套筒(2)的内齿(8)啮合的棘齿(7)。
6.如权利要求1所述的接线装置,其特征在于,固定和强化套筒(10)置入接线构件(1)的本体(6)中。
7.如权利要求1所述的接线装置,其特征在于,接线构件(1)的本体(6)是园形或多边形状。
