Abstract

技术水平
本发明涉及到的是根据独立权利要求所述的柔韧密封和制造方法。
大家从DE-OS3937190中已经知道了用于采用两部分组合壳体电器的密封。大家所熟悉的电器包括一个用于车辆制动系统自动闭锁保护(ABS/ABSR)的控制电子件,并且安装在发动机舱范围内。电器安装之后,壳体应长时间密封,保护在其里面的敏感的电路元件以免受到潮湿和腐蚀性杂质的损害。对于一个车辆,比如说,喷溅水、盐雾、灰尘或者其它在控制电子件安装场地可能出现的化学剂会产生损害作用。一般来说,大家所熟悉的密封件是由弹性体制作的模制密封件或者冲压密封件,密封件安装到壳体部分上。
本发明的优点
按照本发明的上述种类的柔韧密封具有权利要求1所述的特点,尤其通过下面几点显示出它的优越性,在壳体部分合缝时,密封材料可以嵌入到合缝面的粗糙孔内,因此,可以使壳体部分有弹性的和很密封的连接。同大家所熟悉的弹性体密封件相比,按照本发明的密封件没有用于模制件的工具费用或者没有由板材冲压密封件产生的冲压废料。
与其它塑性涂覆材料、例如硅树脂或者丙烯酸酯不同的是,这种按照本发明的密封材料不需要完全硬化,因为在涂覆密封之后丁基橡胶立即冷却。而且这种按照本发明的密封材料,在制造过程中不会放射出在采用大家所熟悉方法时所产生的化学裂解产品,如醋酸、甲醇、胺或者单体丙烯酸脂,这样,在整个制造过程中都不会污染环境。而且在清除时也可以不污染环境,因为在壳体部分回收时,在金属熔炼中丁基橡胶作为碳氢化合物燃烧变成二氧化碳和水。按照从属权利要求2,通过添加矿物填料可以以有利的方式改善密封材料的塑性特性和可加工性。
在权利要求3和其后的从属权利要求中,说明了制造按照本发明的柔韧密封的有利方法,这种方法可以保证将加热的丁基橡胶密封材料简单地涂覆到密封面上,而且在密封材料几秒钟冷却之后,就能获得两部分壳体间塑性和密封的连接。

实施例的说明
在图1中,壳体部分1作为电器壳1本的组成部分示出,在这里,这个壳体部分1也可以是可通过电器控制的机械结构的组成部分。比如说,壳体可以包括一个安装在车辆发动机体上的发动机控制电子件。丁基橡胶密封材料3位于密封面2上,密封面2与第二部分、在这里没有示出的壳体相结合。

-密封材料(3)涂覆到壳体部分(1)之间至少一个预定的密封面(2)上,在壳体部分(1)合缝时,密封材料在壳体部分之间被夹紧,其特征是,
-密封材料(3)由丁基橡胶组成,在向密封面(2)涂覆时丁基橡胶是可加热的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔韧密封,其特征是,
-向丁基橡胶密封材料(3)中添加矿物填料。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的柔韧密封的制造方法,其特征是,
-借助于一个柱塞泵和一个附加连接的齿轮泵把密封材料(3)输送到可加热的涂覆喷嘴中,
-涂覆喷嘴借助于一个可自由编程的轨迹控制装置沿着预定的密封面(2)进行涂覆,
-在密封材料(3)冷却之后壳体部分(1)相互结合在一起,在这里密封材料(3)塑性变形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征是,
-密封材料(3)在涂覆喷嘴中加热到130℃至170℃的温度。
5.根据权利要求3或者4所述的方法,其特征是,
-密封材料(3)是压扁的圆形密封圈构成的焊道状圈。
6.根据一个前面提到的权利要求所述的柔韧密封或者制造方法的应用,
其特征是,-密封材料(3)放入车辆电子控制装置的壳体部分之间。
