技术领域

背景技术

合适的润滑皮肤的水溶性聚合物可包括聚环氧乙烷、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯基咪唑啉和聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。其它水溶性聚合物可包括一般称为POLYOX的聚环氧乙烷(购自Union Carbide Corporation)或ALKOX(购自MeiseiChemical Works,Kyota,Japan)。这些聚环氧乙烷可具有约100,000至6百万,例如约300,000至5百万的分子量。聚环氧乙烷可包括以下成分的共混物:约40%至80%的具有约5百万的平均分子量的聚环氧乙烷(例如,POLYOX COAGULANT)和约60%至20%的具有约300,000的平均分子量的聚环氧乙烷(例如,POLYOX WSR-N-750)。聚环氧乙烷共混物也可包含按重量计至多约10%的低分子量(即,分子量<10,000)的聚乙二醇诸如PEG-100。
剃刮助剂复合材料也可任选地包括皮肤抚慰剂与以下物质的包合配合物:环糊精、低分子量水溶性释放增强剂诸如聚乙二醇(例如,按重量计1%至10%)、水溶胀性的释放增强剂诸如交联聚丙烯酸类(例如,按重量计2%至7%)、着色剂、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、杀菌剂、胡须软化剂、收敛性、脱毛剂、药剂、调理剂、保湿剂、凉爽剂等。
热传递元件16可包括面板30,用于在剃刮行程期间向皮肤的表面传递热以改善剃刮体验。在某些实施方案中,面板30可具有包括诸如氮化钛的硬涂层(比面板30的材料硬)的外部皮肤接触表面32,以改善面板30的耐久性和耐刮擦性。类似地,如果面板30由铝制成,则面板30可经历阳极化工艺。皮肤接触表面的硬涂层还可用于改变或增强面板30的皮肤接触表面32的颜色。热传递元件16可被安装到剃刀刀片架12或安装到柄部14的一部分。如下方将更详细地描述,热传递元件16可被安装到外壳18并且与电源(未示出)连通。

加热器34可定位在两个可压缩层之间。例如,加热器34可定位在热分散层36与可压缩隔热层38之间。两个可压缩层可有利于在不损坏加热器34的情况下将加热器34夹紧在适当位置,从而改善热传递元件16的固定和组装。可压缩隔热层38可帮助将热流导向面板30并远离后盖40。因此,在剃刮期间浪费更少的热并且更多的热可能够到达皮肤。可压缩隔热层38可具有低热导率,例如,小于0.30W/mK,并且优选地小于0.1W/mK。在某些实施方案中,可压缩隔热层38可包括开孔或闭合的多孔可压缩泡沫。可压缩隔热层38可从其初始厚度被压缩20%至50%。例如,可压缩隔热层38可具有约400μm至约800μm的压缩厚度。
后盖40可安装在可压缩隔热层38的顶部上并固定到面板30。因此,加热器34、热分散层36和可压缩隔热层38可在面板30与后盖40之间被按压在一起。热分散层36、加热器34和可压缩隔热层38可紧密地贴合在周边壁44内。将各个层按压在一起可导致跨热传递元件16中的不同层的界面更有效地传热。在不存在这种压缩力的情况下,跨界面的传热不足。此外,将层按压在一起还可消除二次组装过程,诸如在各个层之间使用粘合剂。可压缩隔热层38可紧密地贴合在周边壁44内。
参考图3,示出加热器34的顶视图。加热器34可具有铺设在下部电介质层50上的加热器轨道48。一个或多个电轨道52、54、56、58、60、62、64和66也可铺设在下部电介质层50上,使得它们均与加热器轨道48间隔开。一个或多个电轨道52、54、56、58、60、62、64和66可定位在由加热器轨道48形成的环(例如,周边)内。电轨道52、54、56、58、60、62、64和66可将多个热传感器70、76、80和86连接到微控制器75。微控制器可处理来自热传感器70、76、80和86的信息,并且调整至加热器轨道48的功率以相应地调节温度。热传感器70可热连接到传感器垫68。类似地,热传感器76可热连接到传感器垫74。热传感器70和76以及相应的传感器垫68和74可有利于加热器34的一侧上的温度控制。热传感器垫84可热连接到热传感器86。类似地,传感器垫78可热连接到热传感器80。热传感器80和86以及相应的传感器垫78和84可有利于加热器34的另一侧上的温度控制。热传感器70和76可侧向定位在传感器垫68和74之间。热传感器80和86可侧向定位在传感器垫78和84之间。热传感器70、76、80和86以及传感器垫68、74、78和84的间距可优化间距,以用于更有效地加热加热器34。
如果热传感器70、76、80和86中的一者或多者具有故障,则热传感器70、76、80和86中的一者或多者可独立地连接到电路板75以提供冗余安全测量。热传感器70、76、80和86中的至少一者可与加热器轨道48间隔开约0.05mm至约0.10mm的距离,这可帮助防止热传感器70、76、80和86从加热器轨道直接加热。此外,传感器垫68、74、78和84也可与加热器轨道48间隔开,以提供图2所示的石墨箔层的精确温度读数。传感器垫68、74、78和84可改善与石墨箔层的热连接,以快速且精确地测量温度。传感器垫68、74、78和84可与电介质层50的侧向边缘92和94间隔开。例如,传感器垫可与电介质层的中心线“CL”间隔开约10%至30%,并且与电介质层50的最近侧向边缘92和94间隔开约10%至30%。传感器垫68、74、78和84的间距和定位可有利于热传感器70、76、80和86的精确温度读数。传感器垫可包括铜层。在某些实施方案中,传感器垫68、74、78和84可各自具有大于0.3mm2,例如约0.3mm2至约0.45mm2的最小表面积。如果传感器垫68、74、78和84中的一者或多者的表面积太小,则热传感器70、76、80和86可能无法读取小的温度波动并且/或者响应时间可能较长。
加热器34可包括进料器轨道88和90,该进料器轨道作为桥接器35的一部分并且将微控制器连接到加热器轨道48。进料器轨道88和90的宽度可为定位在图2的面板30内的加热器轨道48的最大宽度的5倍以上。进料器轨道88和90的大宽度向加热器轨道48供应能量,并且通过最小化电阻并因此最小化所产生的热量来帮助防止桥接器35变得太热而不能触摸。在剃刮期间,桥接器35可暴露给消费者,以有利于剃刀刀片架12的枢转(参见图1)。因此,如果桥接器35变得太热,则消费者可能会意外地被烧伤。此外,桥接器35可以不是绝缘的以防止热损耗。因此,可能有利的是,桥接器35产生尽可能少的热。
下部电介质层50可包含聚酰亚胺或聚四氟乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚酯或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。加热器轨道48可包括铜轨道,该铜轨道具有沿下部电介质层50的周边形成环的蜿曲图案。加热器轨道48可具有不同的宽度。例如,加热器轨道48在加热器34的第一区域96a和96b中可具有约0.05mm至约0.09mm的宽度,并且在加热器34的第二区域98a和98b中可具有约0.07mm至约0.12mm的宽度。在某些实施方案中,加热器轨道48可具有带有约0.10mm至约0.2mm的宽度的第三区域100a和100b。由于电轨道52、54、56、58、60、62、64和66、传感器垫68、74、78和84以及热传感器70、76、80和84,可在下部电介质层50上限制空间。因此,应该尽可能地使热产生最大化且均匀。在某些实施方案中,加热器轨道48的布局可以是对称的。例如,加热器轨道48可在中心线“CL”的第一侧72上具有与在中心线“CL”的第二侧82上相同的布局。
加热器轨道48的不同宽度允许在具有更大空间的区域中具有更低的电阻,并且在更小空间的区域中具有更高的电阻,以实现更均匀的热产生。因此,与较大的空间相比(例如在第二区域98a和98b中),更多等量的热量可由加热器轨道48在较小的空间中(例如在第一区域96a和96b中)产生。第二区域98a和98b可朝向加热器34的中心线“CL”定位。第一区域96a可朝向电介质层50的一端94与热传感器80和86和/或传感器垫78和84相关联。类似地,第一区域96b可在电介质层50的相对端上与热传感器70和76和/或传感器垫68和74相关联。例如,传感器垫78和84和/或热传感器80和86可定位在加热器轨道48的一对长度85a和87a之间,该长度具有的宽度小于位于第二区域98a中的加热器轨道48的长度89a和91a的宽度。第二区域98a和98b可仅具有定位在加热器轨道48的长度89a和91a之间的电轨道(例如,没有传感器或传感器垫)。
第一区域96b可朝向电介质层50的一端92与热传感器70和76和/或传感器垫68和74相关联。类似地,第一区域96b可在电介质层50的相对端上与热传感器70和76和/或传感器垫68和74相关联。例如,传感器垫68和74和/或热传感器70和76可定位在加热器轨道48的一对长度85b和87b之间,该长度具有的宽度小于位于第二区域98b中的加热器轨道48的长度89b和91b的宽度。加热器34的每侧上的第二区域98a和98b可不具有定位在加热器轨道48的长度之间的任何传感器垫或热传感器。例如,在第二区域98b中,仅电轨道52、54、56、58、60、62、64和66可定位在加热器轨道48的长度89b和91b之间。
第三区域100a和100b可朝向电介质层50的侧向边缘92和94定位。例如,第三区域100a可定位在热传感器86与侧向边缘94之间。类似地,第三区域100b可定位在电介质层50的另一侧上、在热传感器70与侧向边缘92之间。第三区域100a和100b可缺少热传感器、热垫和电轨道。因此,第三区域100a和100b中的加热器轨道48可具有加热器轨道48的最宽区段,因为空间不受其它电子部件的限制。第一区域96a和96b、第二区域98a和98b以及第三区域100a和100b的布局允许通过具有不同的宽度而更均匀地分布热,以考虑其它电子部件可能需要的空间。
在某些实施方案中,加热器轨道48可具有约1.5欧姆至约3欧姆的总电阻。加热器轨道48可具有沿下部聚酰胺层50的周边形成环的蜿曲图案。例如,加热器轨道48可围绕电轨道(即,电轨道定位在由加热器轨道48形成的环内)、热传感器和传感器垫延伸。形成周边或环的蜿曲图案以及热传感器70、76、80、86和传感器垫68、74、78和84的区域中的较低电阻可有助于在传感器的区域中传递足够的热,因为热传感器和传感器垫不产生热。加热器轨道48的蜿曲图案可具有Z字形的形状;交替地向右和向左转向。在某些实施方案中,加热器轨道48的蜿曲图案可具有突然大致90度转弯(例如,列波或方波形状)的线或路线,以在加热器34的给定区域内提供甚至更多的加热器轨道48。
参考图4,示出大致沿图3的线4-4截取的加热器34的剖视图。加热器34可包括下部电介质层50、导电层102(其包括电轨道52、54、56和58以及加热器轨道48)、粘合剂层104以及上部电介质层110。导电层102可具有约10μm至约40μm的厚度(即,电轨道52、54、56和58以及加热器轨道48具有约10μm至约40μm的厚度)。下部电介质层50可具有约10μm至约30μm的厚度。上部电介质层110可具有约10μm至约30μm的厚度。导电层102(包括电轨道52、54、56和58以及加热器轨道48)可铺设在下部电介质层50的顶部上。由于在电轨道52、54、56和58与加热器轨道48之间存在空间,粘合剂层104可在电轨道52、54、56和58与加热器轨道48之间流动,以改善脆弱导电层102的完整性。粘合剂层104可在上部电介质层110与下部电介质层50之间形成强效粘结。粘合剂层104还可覆盖导电层102(即,加热器轨道48和电轨道),从而形成防水密封。构成加热器34的各种材料和厚度允许其在其自身重量下弯曲,从而使加热器34更具延展性并且在处理和组装期间不易破裂。另外,加热器34由于其薄的轮廓而占据较小的空间。在某些实施方案中,上部电介质层110和/或粘合剂层104可为透明的。例如,加热器轨道48可通过上部电介质层110和粘合剂层104可见,但是如果期望可以是着色的。
加热器34可足够薄以提供柔韧性和足够的传热。如果加热器34(例如,下部电介质层50)太厚,则可能导致不良的传热。加热器34还可提供足够的机械稳定性,以允许其在组装在图2的面板30内时适形。下部电介质层可防止与热传递元件16的其它层的电接触,但是仍然允许足够的传热。例如,下部聚酰亚胺电介质层可防止加热器轨道和电轨道直接接触石墨层或面板30的内表面。
本文所公开的量纲和值不应理解为严格限于所引用的精确数值。相反,除非另外指明,否则每个此类量纲旨在表示所述值以及围绕该值功能上等同的范围。例如,公开为“40mm”的量纲旨在表示“约40mm”。
Claims (14)
1.一种用于剃刀的热传递元件(16),所述热传递元件包括:
面板(30),所述面板具有皮肤接触表面(32)和相对的内表面(42);
加热器(34),所述加热器具有定位在上部电介质层(110)与下部电介质层(50)之间的加热器轨道;
可压缩的热分散层(36),所述热分散层具有直接接触所述面板(30)的所述内表面的下表面(37)和直接接触所述加热器的所述下部电介质层的上表面(39);以及
可压缩隔热层(38),所述可压缩隔热层定位在所述加热器(34)的所述上部电介质层(110)上;
其中所述加热器轨道的在第一区域中的宽度小于在第二区域中的宽度,并且所述加热器轨道的在第三区域中的宽度大于在所述第一区域中的宽度和在所述第二区域中的宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热传递元件(16),其中所述上部电介质层(110)和所述下部电介质层(50)中的至少一者包含聚酰亚胺。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的热传递元件(16),其中所述热分散层(36)包括石墨箔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的热传递元件(16),其中所述热分散层(36)被压缩20%至50%的原始厚度。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的热传递元件(16),其中所述热分散层(36)具有50μm至300μm的压缩厚度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热传递元件(16),其中所述可压缩隔热层(38)具有小于0.10W/mk的热导率。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热传递元件(16),其中所述可压缩隔热层(38)包括可压缩泡沫。
8.根据权利要求7所述的热传递元件(16),其中所述可压缩隔热层(38)从原始厚度被压缩30%至70%。
9.根据权利要求7所述的热传递元件(16),其中所述可压缩隔热层(38)具有400μm至800μm的压缩厚度。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的热传递元件(16),还包括固定到所述面板(30)的覆盖件(40),其中所述加热器(34)和所述热分散层(36)固定在所述面板(30)与所述覆盖件之间。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的热传递元件(16),其中所述面板(30)具有100μm至200μm的厚度。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的热传递元件(16),其中所述面板(30)的所述皮肤接触表面(32)包括硬涂层。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的热传递元件(16),其中所述面板(30)包含具有10W/mK至30W/mK的热导率的材料。
14.根据权利要求1或2所述的热传递元件(16),其中所述面板(30)包括与所述皮肤接触表面(32)相对的凹陷内表面(42),所述凹陷内表面被构造成接纳所述可压缩的热分散层和所述加热器(34)。
