技术领域
本发明是有关一种连接结构,尤指一种电感元件的连接结构。
背景技术
请参见图1所示,其为相关技术的逆变器并网系统的电路方框图。如图1所示的逆变器并网系统系用以将直流电源Vdc,例如太阳能、风能…等再生能源所产生的直流电源,转换为交流电源Vac,以馈入交流电网使用。在直流电源Vdc,转换为交流电源Vac的过程,前级的直流对直流转换器11A用以调整直流电源Vdc的电压大小,例如使用升压转换器对直流电源Vdc升压。次级的直流对交流转换器12A用以将升压后的直流电源转换为交流电源。最后,再通过后级的滤波器13A对转换后的交流电源提供滤波,而得到可并入交流电网使用的交流电源Vac。
上述所使用的直流对直流转换器11A通常需要配合升压电感的使用,并且滤波器13A通常需要配合滤波电感的使用。然而,无论是升压电感或滤波电感除了提供升压与滤波的功用外,也是系统内产生不必要干扰的来源。
请参见图2A与图2B所示,分别为相关技术的电感器与电路板的组合剖视图与上视图。图2A与图2B所示为一种电感器20A与电路板10A连接的方式,电感器20A通过线材21A与电路板10A电性连接。在此种应用中,需要在电路板10A上破孔,使线材21A能够穿过电路板10A而与电路板10A进行电性连接的锁固。然而,由于需要将线材21A穿过电路板10A上的破孔,因此,不仅增加工序流程,也可能造成线材21A破损的可能性。
请参见图3A与图3B所示,分别为相关技术的电感器与电路板的另一种组合剖视图与上视图。有别于图2A与图2B所示的组合方式,为了避免在电路板10A上破孔,因此则需要通过将线材21A绕设的方式以达成电感器20A通过线材21A与电路板10A电性连接。然而,此种组合方式则因为增加线材21A的长度而造成成本的增加,且过长的线材21A亦造成额外的电能损耗。
此外,无论是图2A(图2B)或者图3A(图3B)所示电感器20A与电路板10A连接的方式,由于线材21A直接延伸于电路板10A上,因此长距离的布线方式,将使得线材21A流经的高频电流所造成的电磁耦合效应对设置于电路板10A上的电路元件的电磁干扰,使电源转换器的电磁干扰严重且降低整体效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电感元件,解决缩短线材长度降低材料成本以及降低电磁干扰的问题。
为达成前揭目的,本发明所提出的电感元件,其包含:
一电路基板;
一电感元件,具有至少一线材,且该至少一线材非连接该电感元件的一端具有一固定端子;
一支撑件;
一对位件,形成于该支撑件上;及
一连接件,具有一第一连接部与一第二连接部,该第一连接部与该固定端子对接,以及该第二连接部电性连接并锁固于电路基板上。
藉由所提出的电感元件,能够大幅地缩短线材长度降低材料成本以及降低电磁干扰。

具体实施方式
兹有关本发明的技术内容及详细说明,配合图式说明如下。
请参见图4与图5所示,其分别为本发明电感元件的第一实施例的立体分解图与组合剖视图。电感元件包含电路基板10、电感元件20、支撑件30、容置件40、对位件50、连接件60以及锁附件70。电路基板10可系为印刷电路板(printed circuit board,PCB),或者其他可承载电路元件的板体。其中,电路基板10具有通孔11。电感元件20,例如电感器,其具有铁心及绕设于铁心上的线圈。其中,铁心的型态可为U型铁心、方块(Block)型铁心…或者其他型态。
电感元件20具有至少一线材21,其可为缆线(cable)线材。具体地,至少一线材21可通过引脚(未图示)连接铁心上的线圈,藉此引出电感元件20的输出电气参数,例如输出电压或输出电流。至少一线材21具有两端,其中一端系连接铁心上的线圈,另一端(即非连接电感元件20的一端)具有一固定端子22。在一实施例中,固定端子22系可为环型压接端子,其中,所记载的固定端子22不限制仅能为环型压接端子,亦可采用C型、U型或V型等端子。
配合参见图6所示,其为本发明电感元件的第一实施例固定于座体上的组合剖视图。图6相较于图5最大的差异在于图6绘示出座体90。座体90系可为壳体的内底座,其中,内底座可为非导电或导电的材质。而座体90可使用压铸成型所制成,但不限于此。所述壳体用以装设电感元件20、电路基板10以及上述的该些元件。支撑件30设置于座体90上,承前所述,支撑件30系可设置于壳体的内底座的表面上。此外,可通过在壳体的空间内灌(注)胶,对电感元件20提供固定与散热的功效。
复见图4与图5,容置件40形成于支撑件30上,提供容置空间41。在不同的实施例中,支撑件30与容置件40系为一体成型或可分离地接合所形成者。举例来说,支撑件30与容置件40可以射出或压铸的方式一体成型,使得容置件40具有容置空间41,且容置件40形成于支撑件30上。或者,支撑件30与容置件40可为分开(可分离)形成的两件式结构,经接合后使得容置件40形成于支撑件30上。
对位件50容置于容置件40的容置空间41,且对位件50具有对位部51。如图4所示的实施例,容置件40的俯视横截面为六边形截面,对应地,对位件50的俯视横截面亦为六边形截面,藉此,对位件50可容置于容置件40的容置空间41。在一实施例中,对位件50系可为六角形螺帽,且不限定为塑料螺帽或金属螺帽。在其他实施例中,对位件50的俯视横截面亦可为其他边形截面或其他材质的螺帽,且容置件40亦对应对位件50的结构设计形成。
连接件60具有第一连接部61与第二连接部62。连接件60的第一连接部61与对位件50的对位部51对接,且穿设固定端子22,以夹固固定端子22,以本实施例而言,固定端子22为环型压接端子。如图4与图5所示的实施例,连接件60的俯视横截面为六边形截面,且第一连接部61外凸于连接件60的一端,具有外螺纹。对位件50的对位部51为内凹结构,承前所述,若以对位件50为六角形螺帽为例,对位部51则为六角形螺帽的内螺纹。因此,外凸于连接件60一端且具有外螺纹的第一连接部61系穿设过固定端子22,且与六角形螺帽的内螺纹(即对位部51)螺接。当第一连接部61与对位部51螺接紧固时,能够将固定端子22夹固于两者(第一连接部61与对位部51)之间。
锁附件70具有锁附部71。锁附件70的锁附部71与连接件60的第二连接部62对接,且穿设电路基板10的通孔11,以锁固于电路基板10上。如图4与图5所示的实施例,连接件60的第二连接部62为内凹结构,若以连接件60为六角柱体为例,第二连接部62则为连接件60(即六角柱体)另一端的内螺纹。锁附件70的锁附部71外凸于锁附件70的一端,具有外螺纹。在本实施例中,锁附件70系可为螺丝。因此,外凸于锁附件70一端且具有外螺纹的锁附部71穿设过电路基板10的通孔11,且与六角柱体的内螺纹(即第二连接部62)螺接。当锁附部71与第二连接部62螺接紧固时,能够将电路基板10夹固于两者(锁附部71与第二连接部62)之间,此时,锁附件70则锁固于电路基板10上。
请参见图7、图8与图9所示,其系分别为本发明电感元件的第二实施例、第三实施例与第四实施例的局部立体分解图。该些实施例与图4(或图5)所示的第一实施例最大的差异在于对位件50的对位部51、连接件60的第一连接部61与第二连接部62以及锁附件70的锁附部71彼此对应匹配的结构不同。
具体地,图7所示第二实施例的对位件50的对位部51为内凹结构,因此对应匹配的连接件60的第一连接部61为外凸结构。再者,连接件60的第二连接部62为外凸结构,因此对应匹配的锁附件70的锁附部71为内凹结构。
具体地,图8所示第三实施例的对位件50的对位部51为外凸结构,因此对应匹配的连接件60的第一连接部61为内凹结构。再者,连接件60的第二连接部62为内凹结构,因此对应匹配的锁附件70的锁附部71为外凸结构。
具体地,图9所示第四实施例的对位件50的对位部51为外凸结构,因此对应匹配的连接件60的第一连接部61为内凹结构。再者,连接件60的第二连接部62为外凸结构,因此对应匹配的锁附件70的锁附部71为内凹结构。
综上,在上述所记载的对位部51、第一连接部61、第二连接部62以及锁附部71彼此之间四种不同连接实施例中,所记载的内凹结构不限制仅能以具有内螺纹的螺帽实现,亦即只要具有对接、锁合功能的内凹结构的部件,皆可作为具有内凹结构的对位部51、第一连接部61、第二连接部62以及锁附部71之用。同样地,在上述所记载的外凸结构不限制仅能以具有外螺纹的螺丝实现,亦即只要具有对接、锁合功能的外凸结构的部件,皆可作为具有外凸结构的对位部51、第一连接部61、第二连接部62以及锁附部71之用。换言之,只要能够达成对位部51、第一连接部61、第二连接部62以及锁附部71彼此之间对应匹配的内凹结构和/或外凸结构,皆可作为对位部51、第一连接部61、第二连接部62以及锁附部71之用。
请参见图10所示,其为本发明电感元件的第五实施例的组合剖视图。图10所示的第五实施例与图5所示的第一实施例最大的差异在于线材21自电感元件20延伸出的位置不同。后者(图5)所示的线材21连接于电感元件20远离对位件50(或连接件60、锁附件70)的一侧,即以图5的视角方向观之则为线材21系连接于电感元件20的左侧(即线材21系由电感元件20的左侧延伸至对位件50)。当线材21连接铁心上线圈的引脚较粗而不易弯折的情况下,图5所示的配置有利于缩小电感元件20与连接件60和锁附件70的距离,进一步可节省空间。相较于此,当线材21连接铁心上线圈的引脚容易弯折时,前者(图10)所示的线材21连接于电感元件20邻近对位件50(或连接件60、锁附件70)的一侧,即以图10的视角方向观之则为线材21连接于电感元件20的右侧(即线材21由电感元件20的右侧延伸至对位件50),藉此,通过线材21延伸自邻近对位件50的电感元件20一侧,可减短线材21的长度,以降低线材21的成本。
请参见图11所示,其为本发明电感元件的第六实施例的组合剖视图。图11所示的第六实施例与图6所示的第一实施例最大的差异在于支撑件30设置的位置不同。后者(图6)所示的支撑件30设置于铁心及绕设于铁心上的线圈之间,即电感元件20与支撑件30为接合的组装形态。相较于此,前者(图11)所示的支撑件30非设置于铁心及绕设于铁心上的线圈之间,即电感元件20与支撑件30非为接合的配置形态,即电感元件20与支撑件30为分离的配置形态。综上,支撑件30非限制仅能与电感元件20接合组装,可根据实际的应用状况,例如电感元件20的铁心形态不同或者可使用空间的大小…等,可改变支撑件30与电感元件20的组装形态。而电感元件20可使用例如U型铁心或方块(Block)型铁心,藉此,同样可达到电路基板10、电感元件20、支撑件30、容置件40、对位件50、连接件60以及锁附件70相对应的连接关系。
请参见图12所示,其为本发明电感元件的第七实施例的组合剖视图。在此实施例中,电感元件更包含金属板80。金属板80设置于电路基板10与线材21之间,用以提供辐射屏蔽(radiation shielding),藉此大幅地降低线材21流经的高频电流所造成的电磁耦合效应对设置于电路基板10上的电路元件的电磁干扰。综上所述,本发明具有以下的特征与优点:
1、通过电感元件,能够缩短线材长度降低材料成本、减少电能损耗。
2、通过电感元件,能够降低电源转换器的电磁干扰严重,以提高整体效率。
3、对位部、第一连接部、第二连接部以及锁附部可为内凹结构和/或外凸结构,以增加匹配使用的设计便利性与多样性。
4、在容置电感元件的壳体空间内灌(注)胶,对电感元件提供固定与散热的功效。

Claims (16)

1.一种电感元件,其特征在于,包含:
一电路基板;
一电感元件,具有至少一线材,且该至少一线材非连接该电感元件的一端具有一固定端子;
一支撑件;
一对位件,形成于该支撑件上;及
一连接件,具有一第一连接部与一第二连接部,该第一连接部与该固定端子对接,以及该第二连接部电性连接并锁固于电路基板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电感元件,其特征在于,该电感元件与该支撑件为接合的组装形态。
3.如权利要求1所述的电感元件,其特征在于,进一步包括:
一锁附件,具有一锁附部,该锁附部与该第二连接部对接,以锁固于该电路基板上。
4.如权利要求3所述的电感元件,其特征在于,该对位部为内凹结构、该第一连接部为外凸结构、该第二连接部为内凹结构以及该锁附部为外凸结构。
5.如权利要求3所述的电感元件,其特征在于,该对位部为内凹结构、该第一连接部为外凸结构、该第二连接部为外凸结构以及该锁附部为内凹结构。
6.如权利要求3所述的电感元件,其特征在于,该对位部为外凸结构、该第一连接部为内凹结构、该第二连接部为内凹结构以及该锁附部为外凸结构。
7.如权利要求3所述的电感元件,其特征在于,该对位部为外凸结构、该第一连接部为内凹结构、该第二连接部为外凸结构以及该锁附部为内凹结构。
8.如权利要求3所述的电感元件,其特征在于,该线材连接于该电感元件远离该对位件、该连接件或该锁附件的一侧。
9.如权利要求3所述的电感元件,其特征在于,该线材连接于该电感元件邻近该对位件、该连接件或该锁附件的一侧。
10.如权利要求1所述的电感元件,其特征在于,还包含:
一金属板,设置于该电路基板与该线材之间。
11.如权利要求1所述的电感元件,其特征在于,该固定端子为环型端子、C型端子、U型端子以及V型端子的任一者。
12.如权利要求1所述的电感元件,其特征在于,进一步包括:
一容置件,形成于该支撑件上,提供一容置空间;
其中该对位件容置于该容置空间;以及该支撑件与该容置件为一体成型或可分离地接合所形成者。
13.如权利要求1所述的电感元件,其特征在于,该支撑件固定于一座体上,该座体为一壳体的内底座,在该壳体的空间内注胶以固定该电感元件。
14.如权利要求1所述的电感元件,其特征在于,该线材为缆线线材。
15.如权利要求2所述的电感元件,其特征在于,该对位件为一螺帽。
16.如权利要求2所述的电感元件,其特征在于,该锁附件为一螺丝。
