Abstract
Description
1.インダクタンス素子の接続構造によれば、線材の長さを短くして材料コストを低減でき、電力損失を低減することができる。
2.インダクタンス素子の接続構造によれば、電力コンバータの強い電磁干渉を低減し、全体効率を高めることができる。
3.位置決め部、第1接続部、第2接続部、及びロック部は、凹構造及び/又は凸構造であるので、互いに対応して使用する設計の利便性及び多様性を高めることができる。
4.インダクタンス素子を収容するハウジングの空間に接着剤を充填(注入)することにより、インダクタンス素子に固定及び放熱効果を与える。

Claims (15)
- スルーホールを有する回路基板と、
少なくとも一つの線材を有するインダクタンス素子と、
基体に固定される支持部材と、
前記支持部材に形成され、収容空間を提供する収容部材と、
前記収容空間に収容され、位置決め部を有する位置決め部材と、
第1接続部及び第2接続部を有する接続部材と、
前記回路基板にロックされるように前記第2接続部に嵌合するロック部を有するロック部材と、を含み、
前記線材は、前記インダクタンス素子に接続されていない一端に固定端子を有し、
前記固定端子を挟持するように前記第1接続部と前記位置決め部とが嵌合することを特徴とするインダクタンス素子の接続構造。 - 前記位置決め部が凹構造であり、前記第1接続部が凸構造であり、前記第2接続部が凹構造であり、前記ロック部が凸構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。
- 前記位置決め部が凹構造であり、前記第1接続部が凸構造であり、前記第2接続部が凸構造であり、前記ロック部が凹構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。
- 前記位置決め部が凸構造であり、前記第1接続部が凹構造であり、前記第2接続部が凹構造であり、前記ロック部が凸構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。
- 前記位置決め部が凸構造であり、前記第1接続部が凹構造であり、前記第2接続部が凸構造であり、前記ロック部が凹構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。
- 前記支持部材は、前記インダクタンス素子に接合配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。
- 前記支持部材は、前記インダクタンス素子から分離配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。
- 前記線材は、前記インダクタンス素子の前記位置決め部材、前記接続部材又は前記ロック部材に遠い側に接続するように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。
- 前記線材は、前記インダクタンス素子の前記位置決め部材、前記接続部材又は前記ロック部材に近い側に接続するように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。
- 前記回路基板と前記線材との間に配置される金属板をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。
- 前記固定端子は、リング状、C字形、U字形及びV字形のいずれかの端子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。
- 前記支持部材と前記収容部材とは、一体成形されるか、又は着脱可能に接合するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。
- 前記基体は、ハウジングの内側ベースであり、
前記ハウジングの空間内に接着剤を注入することで前記インダクタンス素子を固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。 - 前記位置決め部材はナットであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。
- 前記ロック部材はネジであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインダクタンス素子の接続構造。
