Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of oral care, and particularly discloses gum repairing toothpaste containing lysozyme and probiotics and a preparation method thereof. A gum repairing toothpaste containing lysozyme and probiotics comprises 4% -7% of hydrated silica (MIC type), 3% -4.5% of hydrated silica (MIA type), 9% -12% of hydrated silica (165 type), 6% -8% of humectant, 1% -3% of surfactant, 2% -5% of stabilizer, 0.1% -0.5% of adhesive, 0.2% -0.6% of chelating agent, 0.1% -0.2% of preservative, 1% -3% of lysozyme, 2% -3% of lactobacillus and the balance of water. A preparation method of gum restoration toothpaste containing lysozyme and probiotics comprises the step of uniformly mixing all the components to obtain the gum restoration toothpaste containing lysozyme and probiotics. The gum repairing toothpaste has the effects of maintaining the microbial environment balance of the oral cavity, inhibiting halitosis and removing dental calculus.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of oral care, in particular to gum repairing toothpaste containing lysozyme and probiotics and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increasing medical level, people are increasingly focusing on oral health. It is well known that there is a large population of bacteria in the mouth, consisting of the oral environment inherent in the human body and the microorganisms therein, with an average of 400 or more bacteria per adult's mouth, in amounts of approximately 1000 hundred million. A wide variety of microorganisms co-inhabit in the oral environment, maintaining a dynamic equilibrium relationship with each other. Of course, among the numerous microorganisms in the oral cavity, there are also pathogenic microorganisms that may cause caries and periodontitis.
For a long time, it is considered that the purpose of treating periodontitis can be achieved by only destroying pathogenic microorganisms in the oral cavity. Although the effect of killing pathogenic microorganisms in the oral cavity has certain auxiliary treatment effect on oral diseases, the balance of the oral ecological system is inevitably destroyed while the pathogenic microorganisms in the oral cavity are killed, the drug resistance of the pathogenic microorganisms is enhanced, and the oral diseases are repeatedly repeated. The existing researches show that most pathogenic microorganisms in the oral cavity belong to conditional pathogenic bacteria, and oral diseases such as poor oral hygiene, pH change, immune system diseases and the like can be caused only under certain environmental changes, so that the researches also provide a new thought for the treatment of the oral diseases, and perhaps the purposes of relieving the treatment of the oral diseases or maintaining the oral health can be achieved from the aspect of maintaining the dynamic balance of the oral environment.
Most of toothpaste with functions of relieving and assisting in treating oral problems in the prior art has good antibacterial and bactericidal effects, and can inhibit the propagation and growth of pathogenic microorganisms in the oral cavity within a certain period of time so as to achieve the purpose of relieving oral diseases, but the toothpaste can inhibit the growth and propagation of other bacterial groups in the oral cavity, and the microbial groups in the oral cavity can be damaged after long-term use, so that the oral environment is unbalanced, and the oral diseases are further caused.

2. Test of Using Effect
Verification of dental effect of maintaining dynamic balance of oral environment and whitening of gum restoration toothpaste
Selection of test personnel: 455 subjects between 18 and 65 years of age met the following conditions: (1) physical well-being; (2) there are 12 natural anterior teeth: (3) Exogenous stain (Lobene stain index level between 2 and 3); (4) Gingivitis (gingival index (GI) between 1 and 2); (5) no additional trial or treatment was engaged during the trial; (6) No other toothpaste or mouthwash was used during the test; (7) endogenous staining of non-tetracycline teeth, fluorosis teeth, etc.; (8) smoking-free alcohol addiction; (9) Test researchers believe that other factors may affect the test results.
Test method 1: the test persons were randomly assigned to 13 groups, 35 persons in each group were brushed for 5min in the morning and evening, and Gingival Indexes (GI), gingival Bleeding Index (BI), lobene stain area index and Lobene stain extent index were evaluated at weeks 0, 4 and 12 of the test, and the results were averaged, and the change rate (%) of the Gingival Index (GI), the change rate (%) of the gingival Bleeding Index (BI), the change rate (%) of the Lobene stain area index and the change rate (%) of the Lobene stain extent index were calculated, and the change rate (%) = [ (average value of week 0 index-average value of week N index)/average value of week 0 index ]. 100%. The test results are shown in Table 2.
The Gum Index (GI) refers to the extent of gum lesions, and is divided into four classes, 0 to 3: level 0 indicates normal gums. Grade 1 indicates mild inflammation: slightly changed gingival color, slightly hyperemia, and no bleeding detected with a probe. Grade 2 represents moderate inflammation: gingival bleeding, edema, smooth and exploratory bleeding. Grade 3 indicates severe inflammation: gingival congestion, edema, ulcers, and spontaneous bleeding.
Gingival Bleeding Index (BI) refers to the severity of gingival bleeding, and is divided into four classes, 0 to 3: grade 0 indicates that there is no abnormal gum condition. Scale 1 indicates a slight change in gum color from a normal pale pink to a bright red. The level 2 indicates that a significant change in gum color, such as gum redness, occurs. Grade 3 indicates that the degree of gum lesions is very severe and bleeding occurs.
The Lobene stain index is a method for evaluating the color of teeth based on visual inspection, and is suitable for evaluating the effect of removing extrinsic stains (whitening) of teeth, and the area of the stain part and the degree of stains are evaluated in four grades of 0 to 3. The area grading scoring criteria are as follows: grade 0 indicates the presence of colorless plaques; scale 1 indicates that the stain does not exceed 1/3 of the tooth surface; grade 2 indicates that the stain does not exceed 2/3 of the tooth face; scale 3 indicates that the stain exceeds 2/3 of the tooth face. The degree ranking score criteria were as follows: grade 0 indicates the presence of colorless plaques; grade 1 represents light mottle (yellow or tan); grade 2 represents a moderate stain (medium brown); grade 3 represents heavy mottle (dark brown or black).
Test method 2: the recurrence rate of gingivitis was calculated during the test period (%) = (100% of gingivitis was repeated at least once after the gums recovered to normal within 12 weeks or the number of gingivitis was increased compared to the number of people before use/total number of people), and the test results are shown in table 3.
Test method 3: after the test person continuously used the gum restoration toothpaste for 12 weeks, satisfaction evaluation was made on the oral cavity odor improving effect, gum inflammation relieving effect and tooth whitening effect of the gum restoration toothpaste. The satisfaction evaluation score was 0 to 5 points, 0 points indicated very dissatisfaction, 1 points indicated dissatisfaction, 2 points indicated general, 3 points indicated comparatively satisfactory, 4 points indicated satisfactory, 5 points indicated very satisfactory, and the test results averaged as shown in table 3.
