Therefore, compared with the prior art, the grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film special for green house beans and the preparation method thereof have the following beneficial effects:
(1) The invention maintains the characteristics of heat preservation, water retention, slow release of waste materials and safe weeding of the liquid mulching film.
(2) The invention adopts cellulose and starch extracted from agricultural wastes as water-retaining matrix, the sources of raw materials are safe and pollution-free, and the cellulose is a water-retaining thickener, and has high water retention rate and high swelling rate, so that the cellulose has excellent water absorption, and further, the liquid mulching film has good stability.
(3) The degradation mechanism of the liquid mulching film in the invention enables the herbicide to have a slow release effect, not only can selectively protect leguminous crops from being damaged by the herbicide without affecting the weeding effect, but also increases the weeding safety.

The technical scheme of the invention is further described below by examples.
Unless defined otherwise, technical or scientific terms used herein should be given the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs.
The invention provides a grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film special for green house beans, which comprises the following raw materials: 20-30 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 5-10 parts of 95% ethanol as a cosolvent, 10-15 parts of sodium caseinate, chitosan and the like as a film forming additive, 5-10 parts of Arabic gum as an adhesive, 0.01-1 part of borax as a cross-linking agent, 0.01-1 part of monoglyceride, glycerol and the like as a surfactant, 20-30 parts of humic acid as a nutrient, 1-5 parts of seaweed extract and 0.01-1 part of special herbicide.
Specifically, the special herbicide is prepared by the following method: mixing 30-50 parts of one or more of low-toxicity pyrone, furbenone and fomesafen with 2-5 parts of glycerol and 2-5 parts of polyethylene glycol uniformly and diluting with water for 100 times; and adding one or more of herbicide safeners in equal proportion, namely cyclopropanesulfonamide, proline, aminobenzenesulfonamide and diphenyl carbonate, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to finally obtain the special herbicide.
Specifically, the liquid mulching film takes water as a solvent, and 2 parts of soluble starch is added in the raw material proportion.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing sodium carboxymethylcellulose, placing in a drying container, adding 95% ethanol, stirring for 10min, stirring to flocculent to obtain matrix slurry, adding 50% water into a reaction kettle with stirring paddles, heating in water bath, stirring at 200r/min, adding small amount of matrix slurry in stirring process, stirring to pasty, and stirring for at least 0.5h.
(2) Adding the rest 50% of water into the reaction kettle, adding sodium caseinate, chitosan, arabic gum and the like after the temperature in the reaction kettle rises to 40 ℃, heating to 60 ℃, and stirring for 2 hours to obtain a mixed solution.
(3) Adding borax, monoglyceride, glycerol, soluble starch and glycerol into the mixed solution, heating to 60 ℃, rapidly stirring for 5min at 600r/min, adjusting the stirring speed to 100r/min, stirring for 25min, and naturally cooling to 25 ℃ to obtain the liquid mulching film.
(4) And adding humic acid, seaweed extract and special herbicide into the obtained liquid mulching film, stirring at room temperature at the stirring speed of 100r/min, and stirring until the liquid mulching film is fully dissolved to obtain the functional liquid mulching film.
(5) And adding the special herbicide into the obtained liquid mulching film, stirring until the special herbicide is fully dissolved, obtaining the final grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film, and sealing and placing the liquid mulching film in a tank for standby.
The application method of the grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film comprises the following steps:
the prepared grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film is dissolved in 5 times of water, uniformly stirred and poured into an agricultural liquid sprayer, and is sprayed at a position 20cm away from the ground or sprayed by using a drip irrigation belt, and the consumption of the grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film per mu is 100kg.
The technical scheme of the invention is further verified by a specific test.
The test was performed in 3 months to 5 months 2023 in green house of temple green house in Qingzao district of Tianjin city. The selected test crops are four leguminous crops of purple kidney beans, cowpeas, kidney beans and white non-old beans, 4 treatment tests are set, namely a blank control group, an example 1, an example 2 and an example 3, wherein the example 1 is a prepared liquid mulching film, the example 2 is a special herbicide, and the example 3 is a liquid mulching film with herbicide function.
The test is to sow in 9 days of 3 months, spray the liquid mulching film of the same concentration in 11 days of 3 months, the leguminous crops in each treatment test are planted and field management measures are the same, and other substances for promoting the growth of crops such as pesticides, fertilizers and the like are not applied in the test period.
After 45 days of sowing the test crops, 5 plants were randomly selected for each treatment test, and plant height, stem thickness and leaf area growth composition indexes were counted respectively, as shown in table 1:

As can be seen from table 1, the four bean growth indexes of example 1, example 2 and example 3 are all superior to the blank control group, wherein the bean growth index of example 3 is optimal.
The soil temperature and humidity was monitored for changes within 15 days after sowing of the test crops as shown in table 2:

As can be seen from table 2, the soil moisture and temperature increasing effect of example 1 was more remarkable than that of the blank control 15 days after spraying the liquid mulch film.
The number of weeds per unit area (40×30) was measured 30 days after sowing of the test crops, and the weeds on the ground were taken for drying, and the dry weight of the biomass on the ground per unit area was estimated, as shown in table 3:

As can be seen from table 3, the herbicidal effect of examples 2 and 3 was significantly better than that of the blank control and example 1.
In addition, in this example, pesticide residue detection was also performed on edible parts of beans, as shown in the results of table 4.
As can be seen from table 4, after spraying the special herbicide and the liquid mulching film with weeding function in example 2 and example 3, pesticide residue detection is carried out on the mature edible parts of the beans, which are lower than the quantitative limit specified in GB 23200.113-2018.
From the comprehensive data of tables 1, 2, 3 and 4, the grass-inhibiting liquid mulch film of the invention has the effects of warming, preserving soil moisture and promoting effect, and although special herbicide is added, the grass-inhibiting liquid mulch film of the invention has low toxicity, contains herbicide protective agent and can avoid crop damage, and has long degradation period and can slowly release the weeding effect of the herbicide.
Therefore, the grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film special for the green house green beans and the preparation method thereof are safe and pollution-free in raw material source, can selectively protect leguminous crops from being damaged by herbicides without affecting the weeding effect, increase the weeding safety, and have good stability and can enable the herbicides to have slow-release effect. .
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting it, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical scheme of the invention can be modified or replaced by the same, and the modified technical scheme cannot deviate from the spirit and scope of the technical scheme of the invention.

The grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film special for the green house green beans is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of matrix, 5-10 parts of cosolvent, 10-15 parts of film-forming additive, 5-10 parts of adhesive, 0.01-1 part of cross-linking agent, 0.01-1 part of surfactant, 20-30 parts of nutrient, 1-5 parts of seaweed extract and 0.01-1 part of special herbicide.

The liquid mulching film special for green house beans according to claim 1, wherein the matrix is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, the cosolvent is 95% ethanol, the film forming auxiliary agent is sodium caseinate and chitosan, the adhesive is acacia, the cross-linking agent is borax, the surfactant is glyphosate and glycerol, and the nutrient is humic acid and seaweed essence.

The liquid mulching film special for inhibiting grasses of green house beans according to claim 1, wherein the special herbicide is prepared by the following method: mixing 30-50 parts of one or more of low-toxicity pyrone, furbenone and fomesafen with 2-5 parts of glycerol and 2-5 parts of polyethylene glycol uniformly and diluting with water for 100 times; and adding herbicide safener in equal proportion for ultrasonic dispersion to finally obtain the special herbicide.
4. The liquid mulching film special for green house beans according to claim 3, wherein the herbicide safener is one or more of cyclopropanesulfonamide, proline, aminobenzenesulfonamide and diphenyl carbonate.

The preparation method of the grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film special for the green house green beans is characterized by comprising the following steps of: weighing sodium carboxymethylcellulose, placing in a drying container, adding 95% ethanol, stirring for 10min, stirring to flocculent to obtain matrix slurry, adding 50% water into a reaction kettle with stirring paddles, heating in water bath, stirring at 200r/min, adding small amount of matrix slurry in stirring process, stirring to pasty, and stirring for at least 0.5h.

The method for preparing the grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film special for green house beans according to claim 5, wherein the rest 50% of water is added into the reaction kettle, sodium caseinate, chitosan and acacia are added after the temperature in the reaction kettle rises to 40 ℃, and the mixture is heated to 60 ℃ and stirred for 2 hours to obtain a mixed solution.

The method for preparing the grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film special for green house beans according to claim 6, wherein borax, monoglyceride, glycerin, soluble starch and glycerol are added into the mixed solution, the mixed solution is heated to 60 ℃, the mixed solution is rapidly stirred for 5min at a stirring speed of 600r/min, the stirring speed is regulated to 100r/min, the stirring time is 25min, and the mixed solution is naturally cooled to 25 ℃ to obtain the liquid mulching film.

The method for preparing the grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film special for green house beans, according to claim 7, wherein humic acid, seaweed extract and special herbicide are added into the obtained liquid mulching film, and the mixture is stirred at room temperature at a stirring speed of 100r/min until the mixture is fully dissolved, so that the functional liquid mulching film is obtained.

The method for preparing the grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film special for green house beans, which is disclosed in claim 8, is characterized in that the special green house bean herbicide is added into the obtained liquid mulching film, and the grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film is obtained after stirring until the grass-inhibiting liquid mulching film is fully dissolved, and is placed in a tank in a sealing manner for standby.
