Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mulching films for agriculture, in particular to a liquid mulching film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The mulching film is one of important material data in agricultural production, has the functions of increasing temperature, preserving soil moisture, inhibiting weeds and the like, greatly improves the crop yield in China, and drives the change of agricultural production modes in China and the rapid development of agricultural productivity. Data from the national statistical bureau show that in 2018, the usage amount of agricultural films in China reaches 246.5 million tons, wherein the usage amount of the mulching films is 140.4 million tons, the coverage area is 2.66 hundred million acres, and the coverage areas of the agricultural films exceed 1000 million acres in 9 provinces such as Xinjiang, Shandong, inner Mongolia, Gansu, Yunnan, Henan, Sichuan, Hebei, Hunan and the like, so that the mulching films are widely applied to the whole country. However, the common plastic mulching film takes high molecular compounds such as polyethylene and the like as raw materials, and is difficult to degrade under natural conditions. With the increasing of the input amount and the service life of the mulching films and the lack of effective treatment measures, the number of waste mulching films in farmland soil increases year by year, and the pollution is continuously aggravated. A large amount of mulching film remains in the soil, destroys the soil structure, causes deterioration of the cultivated land quality, crop reduction and obstruction of the farming operation, and presents a gradually aggravated situation.
The liquid mulching film covering technology has been in the history of decades in China, and the degradability and the versatility of the liquid mulching film covering technology make the liquid mulching film covering technology increasingly receive attention of people, but the existing liquid mulching film products in the market still have many defects. 1. The liquid mulching film has poor film forming effect and insufficient heat preservation and water retention capacity on soil. 2. The liquid mulching film can not be fully dissolved, the formed undissolved small particles easily block the spray head, and the spray head is difficult to clean, so that time and labor are wasted, and the practical application is difficult to realize. 3. Poor freezing resistance, low-temperature changeability failure and incapability of use, and seriously limits the production, storage and transportation of products. 4. The liquid mulching film contains strong acid or strong base, so that the pH value of soil is easy to change after the liquid mulching film is applied, the liquid mulching film is not beneficial to the growth of crops, and secondary pollution is easy to cause. 5. The preparation method of part of liquid mulching films is complicated, time-consuming and labor-consuming, complex in formula and high in cost, and is not beneficial to practical production and application.

The liquid mulching film provided by the invention adopts sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as a main matrix, wherein the CMC is carboxymethyl derivative of cellulose, also called cellulose gum, and is an anionic high molecular compound prepared by reacting natural cellulose with sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid. The structural formula of the cellulose D-anhydroglucose hydrogel is similar to that of natural fibers, hydrogen atoms on hydroxyl (-OH) on a cellulose D-anhydroglucose link are replaced by carboxymethyl (-CH2COONa), CMC is very easy to combine with water due to the existence of a hydrophilic group carboxymethyl, and high molecular polymers are mutually staggered to form a network structure under the action of hydrogen bonds and van der Waals force, so that the cellulose D-anhydroglucose hydrogel can be combined with a large amount of water to form hydrogel. After the CMC is prepared into the liquid mulching film and sprayed into soil, the water can be fixed in the self-formed polymer film by combining with the water in the soil, so that the water is prevented from evaporating and losing water, and the water can be released into the soil again along with the degradation of the CMC by microorganisms. The liquid mulching film prepared by the invention has short film forming time, long film maintaining time, better heat preservation and soil moisture preservation functions and biodegradability. The preparation method is simple, the raw materials are low in price, and the product is harmless to human bodies and free of pollution to the environment, and really achieves an environment-friendly product. The structural formula of sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) is as follows:
therefore, by adopting the liquid mulching film and the preparation method thereof, the prepared mulching film has short film forming time, long film maintaining time, better heat preservation and soil moisture preservation functions and biodegradability, simple preparation method, low price of raw materials, no harm to human bodies and no pollution to the environment, and really achieves an environment-friendly product.

The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Example 3:
a liquid mulching film comprises the following raw materials: by weight, 15 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 37.5 parts of ethanol, 0.125 part of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.096 part of silica sol, 0.025 part of polyacrylamide, 0.0083 part of soluble starch, 0.032 part of tween-800.0084, 0.032 part of glycerol and 600 parts of water.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
The liquid mulching film produced by Liaoning company is taken as a comparative example, the main components of the liquid mulching film produced by the company are polyvinyl alcohol and calcium lignosulfonate, and the liquid mulching film prepared by the invention is subjected to performance detection, and the test method and the result are as follows:
reduced water evaporation test. Adding the same amount of fully dried, ground and uniformly mixed farmland soil into a cylindrical container with the same material and the same volume, adding water to keep the soil humidity at about 75% of the field water capacity, respectively spraying the liquid mulching films in the embodiment and the comparative example of the invention, spraying the same amount of water in a blank control, and repeating each treatment for 3 times. And (3) weighing regularly every day by adopting a regular weighing method, and calculating the accumulated evaporation capacity of soil moisture at different stages, as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
The liquid mulching film in the embodiment 1 and the comparative example of the invention and the blank control are sprayed with the same amount of water. Soil humiture was monitored periodically using a humiture detector, 5 replicates for each treatment, as in table 2.
TABLE 2
Therefore, by adopting the liquid mulching film and the preparation method thereof, the prepared mulching film has short film forming time, long film maintaining time, better heat preservation and soil moisture preservation functions and biodegradability, simple preparation method, low price of raw materials, no harm to human bodies and no pollution to the environment, and really achieves an environment-friendly product.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention and not to limit the same, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art should understand that: modifications and equivalents may be made to the invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
