本发明的目的在于克服以上技术的不足,提供一种免烫针织裤的生产工艺,其设计科学合理,制得的产品质地松软舒适,可防止针织裤在水洗过程中尺寸变化大,变形,起球、起毛等问题,具有持久的免烫性,抗菌性,尺寸稳定性和防静电性,耐磨性等。
本发明所述的免烫针织裤的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将针织裤进行浸泡式皂洗,在50℃浸泡15分钟,采用皂洗剂5-20g/L;
(2)针织裤采用20-30℃冷风低温烘干;
(3)淋浴式对针织裤进行喷免烫整理液或包裹式浸透免烫整理液;
采用的免烫整理液组成为:低降强免烫树脂:80-150g/L;无机盐混合物的催化剂20-40g/L;有机硅柔软剂:10-40g/L;抗静电剂:10-30g/L;强力保护剂:10-15g/L;抗起毛起球剂:20-30g/L;
(4)接着把针织裤滤水,使针织裤的带液率在70%-90%;
(5)针织裤预烘定型,使针织裤带液率在20-40%;
(6)针织裤子压烫定型;
(7)针织裤子焙烘定型;

步骤(5)针织裤预烘定型:将针织裤套在和裤子尺寸大小版型相符的焙烘膜上,焙烘膜慢慢升温加热至60-90℃,使针织裤带液率在20-40%。
步骤(6)中,压烫定型的温度120-160℃,压烫时间10-25S,压力2-5kg。
步骤(7)针织裤子焙烘定型:将针织裤套在耐高温的简易裤模上,裤模横向放在耐高温车架上,推入车架至加热密闭的焙烘炉进行90-100℃焙烘;或者将针织裤套在焙烘膜上,焙烘膜慢慢升温加热90-100℃,进行免烫整理。
步骤(8)推出裤架进行低温冷风或者焙烘降温冷风至20-30℃,得到持久的免烫针织裤。

(1)称取针织裤,放入水洗机,浸泡式皂洗,采用皂洗剂5-20g/L,在50℃浸泡15分钟,通过皂洗剂浸泡增加面料的渗透性,去除面料的杂质和刺痒感。也是针织裤稳定尺寸的前提条件。
(2)把针织裤平铺在滤衣槽内,并采用20-30℃冷风低温烘干。
(3)淋浴式对针织裤进行喷免烫整理液或包裹式浸透免烫整理液;
采用的免烫整理液组成为:低降强免烫树脂CR-W:80-150g/L;无机盐混合物的催化剂CT-F:20-40g/L;有机硅柔软剂SMA-01:10-40g/L;抗静电剂AS-AL:10-30g/L;强力保护剂KSA:10-15g/L;抗起毛起球剂SF-PIL:20-30g/L。
(4)接着把针织裤平铺在滤衣槽内,使针织裤的带液率在70%-90%以内。
(5)针织裤预烘定型,即将针织裤套在和裤子尺寸大小版型相符的焙烘膜上,焙烘膜慢慢升温加热至60-90℃,使针织裤带液率在20-40%,使针织裤预烘定型。
(6)针织裤子压烫定型;压烫机的温度120-160℃,压烫时间10-25S,压力2-5kg。
(7)针织裤子焙烘定型:将针织裤套在耐高温的简易裤模上,裤模横向成放在耐高温车架上,推入车架至加热密闭的焙烘炉进行90-100℃焙烘;或者将针织裤套在焙烘膜上,焙烘膜慢慢升温加热90-100℃,进行免烫整理;
(8)针织裤子冷却定型:推出裤架进行低温冷风或者焙烘降温冷风至20-30℃,然后得到持久的免烫针织裤。

1、本发明具有尺寸稳定性,不易变形,耐水洗、耐皂洗、耐汗渍,耐摩擦的特点。
2、本发明具有高抗皱免烫性,耐光色牢度,水洗扭曲率低,洗可穿,易打理的特点。
3、本发明具有高的防静电、耐磨性。
4、本发明具有四面弹性、延展性和舒适性。
5、本发明甲醛含量低,具有很好环保性和安全性。
6、本发明科学合理、简单易行。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
下列实施例中:
低降强免烫树脂CR-W的生产厂家为淄博鲁瑞精细化工公司;无机盐混合物的催化剂CT-F的生产厂家为淄博鲁瑞精细化工公司;有机硅柔软剂SMA-01的生产厂家为博鲁瑞精细化工公司;抗静电剂AS-AL的生产厂家为博鲁瑞精细化工公司;强力保护剂KSA的生产厂家为鲁道夫化工有限公司;抗起毛起球剂SF-PIL的生产厂家为博鲁瑞精细化工公司。
实施例1
本实施例所述的免烫针织裤的生产工艺,其步骤为:
(1)称取针织裤,放入水洗机,浸泡式皂洗,采用皂洗剂5L,在50℃浸泡15分钟,通过皂洗剂浸泡增加面料的渗透性,去除面料的杂质和刺痒感。也是针织裤稳定尺寸的前提条件。
(2)把针织裤平铺在滤衣槽内,并采用30℃冷风低温烘干。
(3)淋浴式对针织裤进行喷免烫整理液;
采用的整理液组成为:低降强免烫树脂CR-W:100g/L;无机盐混合物的催化剂CT-F:20g/L;有机硅柔软剂SMA-01:15g/L;抗静电剂AS-AL:15g/L;强力保护剂KSA:14g/L;抗起毛起球剂SF-PIL:20g/L。
(4)接着把针织裤平铺在滤衣槽内,使针织裤的带液率在70%以内。
(5)针织裤预烘定型,即将针织裤套在和裤子尺寸大小版型相符的焙烘膜上,焙烘膜慢慢升温加热至90℃,使针织裤带液率在20%,使针织裤预烘定型。
(6)针织裤子压烫定型;压烫机的温度120℃,压烫时间10S,压力2kg。
(7)针织裤子焙烘定型:将针织裤套在耐高温的简易裤模上,裤模横向放在耐高温车架上,推入车架裤模横向放在耐高温车架上,至加热密闭的焙烘炉进行90℃焙烘。
(8)针织裤子冷却定型:推出裤架进行低温冷风至30℃,然后得到持久的免烫针织裤。
所述的针织裤面料采用防静电,易去污的针织裤面料,具有极佳的弹性和舒适的手感,具有吸湿、排汗、透气、不易变形的特征。
实施例2
本实施例所述的免烫针织裤的生产工艺,其步骤为:
(1)称取针织裤,放入水洗机,浸泡式皂洗,采用皂洗剂15g/L,在50℃浸泡15分钟,通过皂洗剂浸泡增加面料的渗透性,去除面料的杂质和刺痒感。也是针织裤稳定尺寸的前提条件。
(2)把针织裤平铺在滤衣槽内,并采用20℃冷风低温烘干。
(3)包裹式浸透免烫整理液;
采用的整理液组成为:低降强免烫树脂CR-W:120g/L;无机盐混合物的催化剂CT-F:25g/L;有机硅柔软剂SMA-01:25g/L;抗静电剂AS-AL18g/L;强力保护剂KSA:10-15g/L;抗起毛起球剂SF-PIL:20g/L。
(4)接着把针织裤平铺在滤衣槽内,使针织裤的带液率在80%以内;
(5)针织裤预烘定型,即将针织裤套在和裤子尺寸大小版型相符的焙烘膜上,焙烘膜慢慢升温加热至80℃,使针织裤带液率在30%,使针织裤预烘定型。
(6)针织裤子压烫定型;压烫机的温度140℃,压烫时间15S,压力3kg。
(7)针织裤子焙烘定型:将针织裤套在焙烘膜上,焙烘膜慢慢升温加热100℃,至进行免烫整理。
(8)针织裤子冷却定型:焙烘降温冷风至30℃,然后得到持久的免烫针织裤。
所述的针织裤面料采用防静电,易去污的针织裤面料,具有极佳的弹性和舒适的手感,具有吸湿、排汗、透气、不易变形的特征。
实施例3
本实施例所述的免烫针织裤的生产工艺,其步骤为:

采用的整理液组成为:低降强免烫树脂CR-W:130g/L;无机盐混合物的催化剂CT-F35g/L;有机硅柔软剂SMA-01:35g/L;抗静电剂AS-AL:20g/L;强力保护剂KSA:12g/L;抗起毛起球剂SF-PIL:25g/L;
(4)接着把针织裤平铺在滤衣槽内,使针织裤的带液率在90%以内。
(5)针织裤预烘定型,即将针织裤套在和裤子尺寸大小版型相符的焙烘膜上,焙烘膜慢慢升温加热至80℃,使针织裤带液率在40%,使针织裤预烘定型。
(6)针织裤子压烫定型;压烫机的温度160℃,压烫时间25S,压力5kg。
(7)针织裤子焙烘定型:将针织裤套在耐高温的简易裤模上,裤模横向放在耐高温车架上,推入车架至加热密闭的焙烘炉进行焙烘;
(8)针织裤子冷却定型:焙烘降温冷风至20℃,然后得到持久的免烫针织裤。
所述的针织裤面料采用防静电,易去污的针织裤面料,具有极佳的弹性和舒适的手感。具有吸湿、排汗、透气、不易变形的特征。

1.一种免烫针织裤的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将针织裤进行浸泡式皂洗,在50℃浸泡15分钟,采用皂洗剂5-20g/L;
(2)针织裤采用20-30℃冷风低温烘干;
(3)淋浴式对针织裤进行喷免烫整理液或包裹式浸透免烫整理液;
采用的免烫整理液组成为:低降强免烫树脂:80-150g/L;无机盐混合物的催化剂20-40g/L;有机硅柔软剂:10-40g/L;抗静电剂:10-30g/L;强力保护剂:10-15g/L;抗起毛起球剂:20-30g/L;
(4)接着把针织裤滤水,使针织裤的带液率在70%-90%;
(5)针织裤预烘定型,使针织裤带液率在20-40%;
(6)针织裤子压烫定型;
(7)针织裤子焙烘定型;
(8)针织裤子冷却定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免烫针织裤的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)中采用的整理液组成为:低降强免烫树脂CR-W:80-150g/L;无机盐混合物的催化剂CT-F:20-40g/L;有机硅柔软剂SMA-01:10-40g/L;抗静电剂AS-AL:10-30g/L;强力保护剂KSA:10-15g/L;抗起毛起球剂SF-PIL:20-30g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的免烫针织裤的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)针织裤预烘定型:将针织裤套在和裤子尺寸大小版型相符的焙烘膜上,焙烘膜慢慢升温加热60-90℃,使针织裤带液率在20-40%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的免烫针织裤的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(6)中,压烫定型的温度120-160℃,压烫时间10-25S,压力2-5kg。
5.根据权利要求1所述的免烫针织裤的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(7)针织裤子焙烘定型:将针织裤套在耐高温的简易裤模上,裤模横向放在耐高温车架上,推入车架至加热密闭的焙烘炉进行焙烘90-100℃;或者将针织裤套在焙烘膜上,焙烘膜慢慢升温加热,进行免烫整理。
6.根据权利要求1所述的免烫针织裤的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(8)推出裤架进行低温冷风或者焙烘降温冷风20-30℃,得到持久的免烫针织裤。
