S1:准确称取小米、核桃、黑枸杞,粉碎、混合均匀、过筛,得到混合物一;
S2:将所得混合物一与复合果蔬粉、越桔提取物和麦芽糊精粉混合均匀,过筛,得到混合物二;
S3:将所得混合物二加入菊花提取液,制成软材,过筛,造粒,干燥,粉碎,过筛;
S4:热处理60秒,温度为85-95℃,压力为140-170MPa;
S5:加入原料混合物重量相同的水,萃取温度为60-65℃,时间为45-60分钟,萃取液浓缩至原重量的30%,浓缩,烘干,得特殊膳食。
本发明配方中的越桔提取物,含有丰富的有机酸、氨基酸和矿物元素。越桔的花色素为其最重要的生物活性成分,对多种眼科疾病有很好的治疗效果,并具有多种药理活性,在缓解视疲劳方面,越桔能够激活视网膜酶,促进视紫红质的合成,提高暗光下的视力,同时能够改善眼球血液循环,增强视力,并对保护视力,延缓视力减退有肯定的作用;菊花提取液,含有丰富的维生素A以及维生素E等营养物质,这些营养物质可以缓解眼部疲劳以及眼睛干燥等症状,同时,黑枸杞富含蛋白质、枸杞多糖、氨基酸、维生素、矿物质、微量元素等多种营养成分,具有极强的抗氧化、清除自由基活性,能够改善血管微循环、提高毛细血管强度、预防糖尿病以及改善视力,在视网膜神经节细胞视觉信息传输中参与维持正常的视觉功能;复合果蔬粉中的果蔬种类多样,营养丰富,有利于缓解视觉疲劳感、身体疲劳感及大脑疲劳感,还可以补充维生素,增强细胞免疫、非特异性免疫功能,综合提高人体免疫能力的作用,有利于减少环境对视网膜伤害,同时,各种果蔬之间实现了较好的协同提高作用,其营养价值相对于单独使用时有所提高,效果更为明显;本发明配伍简单、安全可靠、无毒副作用、满足了不同年龄阶段机体代谢特点需要护眼明目的消费者,是适合长期食用的护眼及消除视疲劳的产品,且药味轻、口感好、携带方便。

1.具有缓解视疲劳和保护视力功能的特殊膳食,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料组成:小米20-30份、核桃15-20份、复合果蔬粉15-20份、黑枸杞10-15份、越桔提取物10-15份、菊花提取液6-10份、麦芽糊精粉1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解视疲劳和保护视力功能的特殊膳食,其特征在于:所述特殊膳食由以下重量份的原料组成:小米25份、核桃18份、复合果蔬粉18份、黑枸杞13份、越桔提取物12份、菊花提取液8份、麦芽糊精粉2.8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解视疲劳和保护视力功能的特殊膳食,其特征在于:所述复合果蔬粉为蓝莓、苹果、猕猴桃、胡萝卜和菠菜的复配,其中,蓝莓、苹果、猕猴桃、胡萝卜和菠菜质量比例为2:1:1:2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解视疲劳和保护视力功能的特殊膳食,其特征在于:所述越桔提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将所述重量份的越桔,加入7—9倍重量的水,在常压下加热提取1—3次,每次提取1—3小时,合并提取液;
用300目筛过滤2-3次,浓缩至相对密度为1.52的稠膏,在70℃、0.07Mpa真空度下干燥后,粉碎成120目细粉,得越桔提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解视疲劳和保护视力功能的特殊膳食,其特征在于:所述菊花提取液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将菊花用水煎煮1h,滤出药液,完成第一次煎煮;
再取药渣重复煎煮两次,每次煎煮时间为1h,完成第二、三次煎煮;
合并三次煎煮所得药液,即得菊花提取液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解视疲劳和保护视力功能的特殊膳食,其特征在于:所述菊花与第一、二、三次煎煮用水的质量比为1:(10~13):(6~8):(6~8)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的具有缓解视疲劳和保护视力功能的特殊膳食,其特征在于:所述菊花与第一、二、三次煎煮用水的质量比为1:12:7:7。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解视疲劳和保护视力功能的特殊膳食,其特征在于:所述特殊膳食益生菌的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:准确称取小米、核桃、黑枸杞,粉碎、混合均匀、过筛,得到混合物一;
S2:将所得混合物一与复合果蔬粉、越桔提取物和麦芽糊精粉混合均匀,过筛,得到混合物二;
S3:将所得混合物二加入菊花提取液,制成软材,过筛,造粒,干燥,粉碎,过筛;
