Detection method
1. Stimulation test of rabbit
The shampoos prepared in examples 1 to 12 and comparative example 2 were scored and rated for irritation, and specific test methods were referred to the "cosmetic safety Specification" (2015 edition) acute eye irritation/corrosiveness test, and the specific procedures were as follows:
1. experimental animals: 39 healthy adult white rabbits, female, 1.8-2.2kg, were divided into 13 groups of 3.
2. The experimental steps are as follows:
adapting the environment of a healthy adult white rabbit in an experimental animal house for 12 hours; both eyes of the test animals were examined (including examination with sodium fluorescein) within 24 hours before the start of the test. Animals with symptoms of eye irritation, corneal defects, and conjunctival lesions cannot be used for the test.
The lower eyelid of the eyes of the rabbit was gently pulled open, and 0.1mL of the test substance was instilled into the conjunctival sac, and the upper and lower eyelids were passively closed for 1s, so as to prevent the test substance from being lost. The other eye was not treated as a self-control. The test subjects were instilled into the eyes of rabbits for 3 minutes, and then rinsed with a sufficient amount of water at a relatively rapid flow rate without causing damage to the eyes of animals for at least 30 seconds, and then examined and scored as shown in Table 1, and the eye irritation response grade of the products was judged as shown in Table 2.
TABLE 1 eye damage scoring criteria table
TABLE 2 hierarchical table of eye irritation response
Table 3 Graded Table of the products response to eye irritation in rabbits
Furthermore, the tear-free shampoos of examples 1-12 and comparative example 2 were scored for skin response according to the cosmetic safety Specification (2015 edition) skin irritation/corrosiveness test, which shows that the tear-free shampoos of examples 1-12 of the present application have a highest integrated mean value of < 0.5 at each observation time point in the test, and the tear-free shampoo of comparative example 2 has a highest integrated mean value of 1.6 at each observation time point in the test, and are slightly irritating. Therefore, the lacrimation-free shampoo provided by the application is milder to eyes and scalp, has no irritation, and is very friendly to scalp of sensitive people and scalp of infants.
2. Antibacterial property test
The shampoos of examples 1-12 and comparative examples 1-2 were tested for their bacteriostatic effect as follows: preparing bacterial suspension of each test strain (Staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, malassezia furfur) subjected to subculture with physiological saline with a bacterial content of 1.0X10 7 CFU/mL, diluting the products (shampoo in application examples 1-12 and comparative examples 1-2) to different concentrations by using oxford cup bacteriostasis, uniformly coating a certain amount of test bacterial liquid on a culture medium plate, slightly placing the sterile oxford cup into a culture dish by using tweezers, adding sample liquid with different concentrations into the oxford cup, and culturing in a constant temperature incubator at 37 ℃ for 24 hours, wherein the result is shown in Table 4.
