Experiment:
1. and (3) safety testing:
50 healthy female volunteers of 20-30 years old without allergic history were selected and divided into 5 groups of 10 persons each, and the mask samples prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 were tested, respectively. All subjects had signed an informed consent.
In the test, the left forearm of the subject was used as the test site, the mask sample was applied 1 time a day, gently massaged with a finger until complete absorption, and the skin reaction after 24 hours was observed using the right forearm itself as a blank control.
As a result: after detection, the product has good smell and stability, all subjects have no abnormal phenomena such as erythema and the like, and the result is still free of any reaction after continuous observation for 3-4 days, which indicates that the moisturizing mask prepared by the technical scheme is safe.
2. Moisture retention test:
60 healthy female volunteers without allergic history of 20-30 years old were selected and divided into 6 groups of 10 persons, and the mask samples prepared in examples 1-3, the mask samples prepared in comparative examples 1-2, and a commercially available conventional mask were tested, respectively, and all subjects had signed informed consent.
During testing, the inner area of the left forearm of a subject is used as a tested part, the tested part is cleaned by clean water before testing and is stabilized for 30min before testing, the testing temperature is 20-25 ℃, the relative humidity is 50-60%, after the inner sides of the left forearm and the right forearm are respectively coated with a mask sample for 15min, the mask is taken down, the moisture percentage content of each part in 0, 60 and 120min is measured by an intelligent moisture tester, and the test is repeated for 5 times every time to obtain the average value.

as a result: examples 1 to 3 are masks prepared according to the technical scheme of the present application, and no traditional Chinese medicine additive is added in comparative example 1, and no antibacterial peptide and no traditional Chinese medicine additive are added in comparative example 2.
As can be seen from the above table, the mask samples prepared in the present application have excellent moisturizing and moistening effects, while the moisturizing effects of the masks prepared in comparative examples 1 and 2 are significantly inferior to the solutions disclosed in the present application, and meanwhile, the moisturizing effects of the mask samples prepared in comparative examples 1 and 2 are also significantly superior to those of conventional masks purchased in the market.
3. And (3) testing the antibacterial performance:
taking the mask samples prepared in the examples 1-3, the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 2, and respectively carrying out bacteriostasis tests by using escherichia coli, propionibacterium acnes and pseudomonas aeruginosa, wherein the specific test method comprises the following steps:
and (4) taking a facial mask sample, and carrying out a bacteriostatic test after degerming. Inoculating test bacteria in LB liquid culture medium, culturing at 37 deg.C for 24 hr, collecting the filtered and sterilized facial mask sample, adding LB culture medium and bacterial suspension (bacterial suspension concentration is 10)3CFU/mL), mixing, incubating for 1h at 37 ℃ and 150r/min in a shaking table, placing on a solid medium plate, culturing overnight at 37 ℃, calculating the number of colonies, and calculating the bacteriostasis rate.

As can be seen from the above table, the mask samples prepared in the present application have excellent antibacterial effects, while the antibacterial effects of the masks prepared in comparative examples 1 and 2 are significantly inferior to the solutions disclosed in the present application, and meanwhile, the antibacterial effect of the mask sample prepared in comparative example 2 is significantly superior to that of the mask prepared in comparative example 1.
And (4) conclusion: the invention discloses a high-moisture-retention facial mask based on cellulose fibers and a preparation method thereof, the process design is reasonable, the component proportion is proper, the prepared moisture-retention facial mask has excellent effects of moisturizing and skin moistening, and the moisture-retention facial mask also has excellent antibacterial effect, can inhibit the growth of microorganisms on the surface of the skin, avoids the occurrence of acne, and has better practicability.
