One complete skin irritation test: the skin irritation index of the test substance to white rabbits is 0, and the skin irritation intensity is nonirritant.
Vaginal mucosa irritation test: the test article was non-irritating to the vaginal mucosa of rabbits.
And the toxicological tests are detected by a third-party detection mechanism, namely, a microbiological analysis and detection center in Guangdong province.
Comprehensive use inspection and test: volunteers are recruited in a gynecological clinic of a certain hospital, and the conditions of the recruited volunteers are as follows: 200 female volunteers were recruited and randomly divided into 4 groups of 50 persons each, namely a test group 1, a test group 2, a test group 3 and a test group 4, wherein the test group 1 used the care gel prepared in example 1, the test group 2 used the care gel prepared in example 2, the test group 3 used a commercially available care gel product, the test group 4 used a commercially available moisturizing care gel, and the number of samples was measured in two weeks.
The nursing gel used in the test has the marked substances such as trademarks and the like torn off, so that volunteers do not know the nursing gel used by the volunteers, and the volunteers need to provide own use feeling to experimenters after finishing each time. compared with the commercially available nursing gel, the silk fibroin skin care gel for the private parts has the obvious advantages of moisturizing, moistening, tightening, moistening and itching relieving. Meanwhile, the nursing gel product prepared by the embodiment of the invention enhances the activity of skin cells, relieves various symptoms of pudendum inflammation, has elastic touch after use, achieves the purposes of moistening skin and balancing skin microecology, and comprehensively maintains private skin.

Claims (9)
1. The silk fibroin skin beautifying gel is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-8% of silk fibroin nanoemulsion, 0.3-1.0% of thickening agent, 0.1-0.5% of amine auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.5% of probiotics, 5.0-10.0% of proteoglycan, 2.0-3.0% of prebiotics, 0.1-0.25% of humectant sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-1% of nano silver ions, 0.3-1.0% of accelerant, 0.3-0.5% of anti-allergy agent essential oil and the balance of pure water.
2. A gel according to claim 1, characterized in that said thickener is Carbopol ® Ultrez 21 polymer.
3. The gel of claim 1, characterized in that said amine adjuvant is aminomethyl propanol.
4. The gel according to claim 1, characterized in that said probiotic bacteria are lactobacilli.
5. The gel of claim 1, wherein said proteoglycan is a vitreous chromogen.
6. The gel according to claim 1, characterized in that said prebiotic is a mixture of chlorella extract and lactic acid in a weight ratio of 1:5 to 5: 1.
7. The gel of claim 1, wherein said enhancer is essential oil of angelica sinensis.
8. The gel according to claim 1, characterized in that said anti-sensitiser is agilawood essential oil.
9. A process for preparing a gel according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
(1) firstly, adding the Carbopol Ultrez 21 polymer with the weight fraction and the pure water with the weight fraction of 80% into a main stirring kettle, and stirring for 5-10 minutes at the rotating speed of 50-60r/min to prepare a component A;
(2) adding the silk fibroin nanoemulsion, the lactobacillus, the boswellin, the angelica essential oil, the agilawood essential oil and the chlorella extract/lactic acid mixture in parts by weight into an emulsion stirrer, stirring for 5-10 minutes at a rotating speed of 50-60r/min until the mixture is uniformly mixed, and keeping the temperature below 45 ℃ to obtain a component B;
(3) adding the hyaluronic acid with the weight percentage and pure water with the weight percentage of 20% into a stirrer, stirring and dissolving at the rotating speed of 50-60r/min until the hyaluronic acid is clear and transparent, and preparing a component C;
(4) firstly, adding the component B into a main stirring kettle, and continuously stirring for 20-30 minutes at a rotating speed of 50-60 r/min; then adding the component C into a main stirring kettle, and stirring for 5-10 minutes at a rotation speed of 50-60 r/min; then adding the nano silver ions with the weight fraction into the main stirring kettle, uniformly stirring for 10-15 minutes at a rotation speed of 50-60 r/min; then adding the aminomethyl propanol with the weight fraction into a main stirring kettle, keeping the rotating speed of 50-60r/min, stirring for 20-30 minutes, uniformly stirring, standing, and discharging.
