Example 6 in vitro antibacterial Performance test
Clinical isolated strains of staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans are respectively cultured in a culture medium, the private care products prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3 are used as test objects, operation is carried out according to national standard GB15979-2002, the detection results are shown in table 1, and table 1 is the in-vitro antibacterial performance test result of the private care product prepared in the embodiment of the invention.

Example 7 irritation test on vaginal mucosa

crushing dried perilla, isatis root, prinsepia utilis royle and coptis, weighing the medicinal material powder, adding distilled water with the mass 6-10 times of that of the medicinal material powder, soaking for 30-60 min, decocting for 2-3 times at 60-85 ℃ for 1-2 h each time, filtering, combining filtrates, and concentrating under reduced pressure to 1-1.05 g/mL to prepare each medicinal material extract.

thickening agent, solvent, surfactant, foam stabilizer, preservative, stabilizer and/or acidity regulator.
