Efficient toilet cleaning foam aerosol and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of aerosol of a preparation for daily necessities, and particularly relates to a high-efficiency toilet cleaning foam aerosol and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of society and the continuous improvement of living standard of people, people have higher and higher requirements on the sanitary quality of living environment, and especially have higher requirements on the sanitary standard of toilets. At present, no matter a toilet bowl or a squatting pan adopts an S-shaped design, so that a water seal is formed and is used for preventing stink of a sewer from flowing backwards. It is because of the volume of water present at the bottom that it is easy to splash dirt when sitting or squatting in a toilet, especially when diarrhea occurs. In addition, because the user is different at the service position on toilet bowl or squatting pan, when the service position kept away from "water seal", can lead to the excrement to be detained on toilet bowl or squatting pan inner wall, naked excrement can influence bathroom air circumstance in the air "stink" of discharging, and simultaneously, the closestool inner wall is stained with the filth very easily and breeds the bacterium, will have a large amount of bacteriums to splash to the air when dashing the closestool, seriously influences people's health. Moreover, after the toilet is finished, the excrement is washed by water, and partial excrement still remains, so that the excrement is washed again by using a brush, which is very inconvenient. This has been an annoying problem. The foam is stored at the water seal position, so that the water splash can be effectively prevented from being splashed by the fallen excrement, and a toilet bowl or a squatting pan which can generate the foam by depending on the material of the toilet bowl or the squatting pan is also arranged at home and abroad, but the foam is expensive, can not be widely used and is not accepted by wide consumers.
Chinese patent application CN105255603A discloses a deodorizing toilet cleaner and a preparation method thereof, wherein the deodorizing toilet cleaner is mainly prepared from polyvinyl alcohol, stearic acid, sodium hexametaphosphate, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether phosphate, sodium sulfate, propylene glycol methyl ether, hydrogen peroxide, isoborneol, 2-hydroxy-3-methyl butyrate, betaine, sodium dodecyl sulfate, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, water-soluble plant essential oil, deionized water and a deodorizing auxiliary agent. Although the toilet cleaner has the functions of lubricating, blocking and covering peculiar smell, the toilet cleaner has poor cleaning and descaling effects, is not easy to wash, only has the function of covering the peculiar smell, and can not eliminate the peculiar smell. Chinese patent CN101239194B discloses a deodorizing and sterilizing foam liquid for toilets, which integrates sterilization, deodorization, cleaning, descaling and foaming, and although the sterilizing foam liquid has a good sterilizing effect, the foam stability is not good enough, and the foam is easy to be defoamed, so that the occurrence of water splashing during toilet flushing cannot be eliminated.
In conclusion, the aerosol for cleaning the toilet in the prior art still has many defects and shortcomings, and besides the defects of poor antibacterial effect, incapability of removing peculiar smell, and insufficient abundance and stability of foam, the aerosol cannot prevent water splashing in the toilet process.

Test example one, foaming ability and foam stability test
1. Test materials: examples 1-7, comparative examples 1-3.
2. The test method comprises the following steps: the high efficiency toilet foam aerosol prepared in examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-3 was continuously pressed into a 3s to 2L measuring cylinder of a spray head, the foam volume was read, and the foaming ability and the foam stability were examined.
Wherein, foaming power: the foam volume V was measured by pouring the foam thus generated into a measuring cylinder and the foaming power of the aerosol foam was measured. Stability: the time required for the foam volume to decay by half, referred to as the half-life of the foam (t), was recorded1/2v) To measure the stability of the foam, t1/2vThe longer the surface foam concentrate, the better the stability.
