Description

Biological nursing lotion and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of nursing products, in particular to a biological nursing lotion suitable for women and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The "Xiao-character" washing lotion for women belongs to the category of disinfectants, and is a bacteriostatic agent which is used for women to clean, eliminate bad smell and treat gynecological inflammation so as to kill pathogenic microorganisms of pudendum and disinfect. The common female lotion in the market at present has various varieties, wherein the common antibacterial active ingredients comprise different antibacterial active ingredients, and the common antibacterial active ingredients comprise triclosan, chlorhexidine acetate, methyl hydroxybenzoate, silver ions, lysozyme and the like. However, these bacteriostatic active ingredients are not selective against bacterial and fungal kill, and therefore these products are called "general kill" bacteriostats.
If the general killing type bacteriostatic agent is used for a long time, the microecological balance of the vagina is broken, the lactobacillus and harmful bacteria are completely removed, and the vagina is in a sterile state. When the bacteriostatic agent is stopped, pathogenic bacteria invade the vagina again, and vagina inflammation also recurs.
In recent years, intensive research on female vaginal microbial flora has been carried out, and the results show that more than 70% of the microbial flora in the female vagina are lactobacillus which can effectively control the growth of harmful microorganisms and maintain the vaginal microecological balance. The lactobacilli can convert glycogen in the vagina into lactic acid, so that the whole vagina maintains a weak acid environment, and microorganisms which are easy to cause vagina inflammation, such as bacteria, mould, trichomonas and the like, can not tolerate a lower pH value like lactic acid bacteria, thereby achieving the purposes of killing and inhibiting harmful bacteria. Lactic acid bacteria also produce hydrogen peroxide, which has the effects of cleaning vagina and killing harmful bacteria. Thus, lactobacilli are also known as "health guards" for the vagina.
The Chinese invention patent CN103989623B discloses a functional female care lotion using probiotics and a preparation method thereof, and the functional female care lotion using the probiotics is prepared from the following raw materials: functional probiotics, anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, moisturizing and curing agent, 2.4.4-trichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether, essential oil, essence and purified water. The probiotics are introduced through a specific formula proportion and a production process, and can play a role in inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria; however, the activity of the probiotics gradually declines with the prolonging of the storage time, and the activity is easily influenced by the ambient temperature, so that the stability of the product is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The biological care lotion can effectively inhibit harmful microorganisms, has lasting and stable antibacterial performance and has small influence on beneficial microorganisms; the biological nursing liquid provided by the invention is stable in performance and easy to preserve, and overcomes the defects of the existing product.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a biological care lotion, which comprises the following components: by mass percentage, 0.05-5% of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 1-10% of propylene glycol, 0.05-1.5% of organic acid, 0.05-1.5% of potassium sorbate, 5-60% of lactobacillus fermentation extract, 0.5-5% of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 0.1-5% of decyl glucoside, 0.01-1.0% of menthol and the balance of pure water.
Further, the biological care lotion further comprises the following components: calculated by mass percent, the prebiotics is 1 to 20 percent.
Further, the organic acid is caprylyl hydroximic acid, and the propylene glycol is 1, 2-propylene glycol.
The biological nursing lotion adopts novel, safe and non-irritant organic acid preservative, and the caprylyl hydroximic acid is organic acid and non-allergen component, has no carcinogenicity and teratogenicity, and can be biodegraded. The product can be used as chelating agent in cosmetics, and can effectively chelate iron ions, so that the growth of mould is limited in the environment lacking iron ions. The potassium sorbate belongs to organic acid preservatives, is internationally recognized low-toxicity and high-efficiency acid preservatives, and can effectively inhibit the activity of mould, microzyme and aerobic bacteria.
The invention adopts caprylyl hydroximic acid potassium sorbate as a main bacteriostatic component, and the combination of the caprylyl hydroximic acid potassium sorbate and the main bacteriostatic component can effectively inhibit the activities of respiratory enzymes and electron transfer enzyme systems in microbial cells, destroy the permeability of microbial membranes, and cause the leakage of proteins and ions in the intracellular parts, thereby achieving the effect of inhibiting and killing certain microbes. The antibacterial spectrum is characterized by strong action on aerobic pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans, and no or weak inhibition on anaerobic probiotics.
The biological nursing lotion is added with a lactobacillus fermentation extract, wherein the lactobacillus fermentation extract is a solution prepared by using skim milk powder as a main raw material and performing lactobacillus fermentation, separation, extraction, concentration and other operation processes. The solution contains lactic acid and bacteriocin, and has good antibacterial effect on harmful bacteria in vagina. Meanwhile, the skin care cream also contains amino acids, vitamin series, organic matters (alcohol, phenol, unsaturated fatty acid) and the like, and has an important effect on skin repair.
The biological nursing lotion is also added with prebiotics which have obvious nourishing and benefiting effects as a micro-ecological regulator. The addition of specific prebiotics further strengthens the dominance of the in-situ lactic acid bacteria.
Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate is an anionic surfactant, has excellent foamability, fine and durable foam, no stimulation to skin bodies and good washing/dispersing/emulsifying performance, and is the optimal choice for the surfactant in the formula of the nursing washing liquid. The alkyl glucoside is a nonionic surfactant prepared from natural renewable plants, has mild performance, good foamability, rich, fine and stable foam, good compatibility with skin, no irritation, and biodegradability. According to the invention, the sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and the alkyl glucoside are compounded and used to supplement each other, and the foam is rich, fine, stable and non-irritant.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the biological care lotion, which comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing part of deionized water and the lactobacillus fermentation extract, and stirring at the temperature of 30-40 ℃ and the rpm of 50-100 for 10-20min to obtain a mixture;
s2, sequentially adding fructo-oligosaccharide, isomaltooligosaccharide, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, alkyl glucoside, caprylyl hydroximic acid, potassium sorbate, propylene glycol and menthol into the mixture obtained in the step S1 under the condition of stirring, and keeping the temperature at 30-40 ℃;
and S3, after all the ingredients are dissolved, adding the rest deionized water, stirring, homogenizing, and standing to obtain a solution with the pH value of 5.2-5.6.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the biological nursing lotion has the identifying and sterilizing effects, can effectively kill harmful bacteria and does not harm beneficial bacteria, and has a certain repairing function on skin. The biological nursing lotion has rich, fine and stable foam, strong wetting power, no toxicity, no harm, no stimulation and quick biodegradation. The biological nursing lotion has the three-in-one effects of bacteriostasis, cleaning and nursing, has lasting and stable bacteriostasis performance, and is not easy to relapse of various inflammations.
The biological nursing lotion has simple components, stable performance and easy preservation, and the quality guarantee period can reach 24 months at normal temperature.
