技术领域
本公开涉及氢卤代烯烃组合物。
背景技术
为了防止全球变暖、臭氧层破坏,作为氟利昂代替品,期待全球变暖系数低的氢氟烯烃(HFO)、氢氯氟烯烃(HCFO)等氢卤代烯烃。
氢卤代烯烃有时因时间的经过等而发生分解,不能说稳定性充分。若通过分解产生酸,则有时也会引起金属的腐蚀。
专利文献1中记载了在1-氯-2,3,3-三氟-1-丙烯(HCFO-1233yd)中加入少量1-氯-2,2,3,3-四氟丙烷(HCFC-244ca)时抑制了保存中的分解的例子。
专利文献2中记载了在包含2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234yf)或1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234ze)且包含氧的组合物中加入少量水时抑制了保存中的分解的例子。

发明要解决的问题
专利文献1及2中,作为有助于稳定性的化合物,公开了HCFC-244ca或水,要求进一步的技术的丰富化。
本公开的目的在于,提供稳定性良好的氢卤代烯烃组合物。
用于解决问题的方案
本公开包含下述方式。
[1]一种氢卤代烯烃组合物,其主成分为氢卤代烯烃,还包含1,1,2,3-四氟丁烷,相对于有机化合物的总量,前述1,1,2,3-四氟丁烷的含量为0.001~0.1质量%。
[2]根据[1]所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其中,前述氢卤代烯烃包含2,4,4,4-四氟-1-丁烯,相对于前述有机化合物的总量,前述1,1,2,3-四氟丁烷和前述2,4,4,4-四氟-1-丁烯的合计的含量超过0.001质量%且为0.4质量%以下。
[3]根据[1]或[2]所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其中,前述主成分为氢氯氟烯烃。
[4]根据[3]所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其中,前述主成分为1-氯-2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯。
[5]根据[1]~[4]中任一项所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其用途为选自由工作流体、发泡剂、稀释溶剂、清洗剂、喷射剂、灭火剂、气体电介质、蚀刻气体、及熔融金属覆盖气体组成的组中的1种以上。

氢卤代烯烃为氢原子和选自由氟原子、氯原子、溴原子及碘原子组成的组中的1种以上的不饱和烃化合物的总称。
有机化合物为包含碳原子的化合物,为除了碳的氧化物及金属的碳酸盐以外的化合物的总称。
组合物的主成分是指含有质量相对于组合物的总质量最多。
有时在化合物的名称后的括弧内记上该化合物的简称或别名。有时使用其简称或别用来代替化合物名。
不饱和烃化合物中,根据具有双键的碳上所键合的取代基的位置,存在作为几何异构体的Z体(顺式体)和E体(反式体)。关于存在Z体和E体的化合物,不特别说明地使用化合物名、化合物的简称的情况下,是指为Z体或E体、或Z体与E体的任意比例的混合物。在化合物名、化合物的简称后带上(Z)或(E)的情况下,表示为各个化合物的Z体或E体。

<氢卤代烯烃组合物>
本公开的氢卤代烯烃组合物(以下也称为本组合物。)包含2种以上的有机化合物,主成分为氢卤代烯烃。
相对于本组合物的总质量,主成分的含量优选50质量%以上、更优选70质量%以上、进一步优选80质量%以上、特别优选90质量%以上、极其优选99质量%以上。
[氢卤代烯烃]
作为氢卤代烯烃,可以例示氢氟烯烃(HFO)、氢氯氟烯烃(HCFO)、及氢氯烯烃(HCO)。氢卤代烯烃可以单独使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。

本组合物的主成分优选氢氯氟烯烃(HCFO)、更优选HCFO-1224yd。
HCFO-1224yd可以为HCFO-1224yd(Z),可以为HCFO-1224yd(E),也可以为它们的混合物。表示HCFO-1224yd中的Z体的含量与E体的含量的质量比的Z/E比可以为100/0~0/100,优选99.9/0.1~50/50、更优选99.9/0.1~70/30、进一步优选99.9/0.1~99.0/1.0。
本组合物除了包含作为主成分的氢卤代烯烃以外,还包含1,1,2,3-四氟丁烷(HFC-374pee)。
相对于本组合物中的有机化合物的总质量,HFC-374pee的含量为0.001~0.1质量%,优选0.001~0.05质量%、更优选0.001~0.01质量%。为上述范围内时,本组合物的稳定性优异。
氢卤代烯烃可以包含2,4,4,4-四氟-1-丁烯(HFO-1354yf),包含HFO-1354yf的情况下,相对于本组合物中的有机化合物的总质量,HFC-374pee与HFO-1354yf的合计含量优选超过0.001质量%且为0.4质量%以下、更优选0.001~0.2质量%、进一步优选0.01~0.1质量%。为上述范围内时,本组合物的稳定性优异。
需要说明的是,本组合物包含HFO-1354yf的情况下,主成分为除HFO-1354yf以外的氢卤代烯烃。
本组合物可以包含1种以上除作为主成分的氢卤代烯烃(可以包含HFO-1354yf)、及除HFC-374pee以外的其他有机化合物。
作为其他有机化合物,可以例示氯氟烯烃(CFO)、氟烯烃、氯烯烃、烯烃、除HFC-374pee以外的氢氟碳(HFC)、氢氯碳(HCC)、氢氯氟碳(HCFC)、氯氟碳(CFC)、氯碳、氟碳(FC)、氢碳(HC)、氢氟醚(HFE)、氯氟炔、醇、醚、酮、有机酸、及饱和烃。
进而还可以根据需要包含含有选自由溴原子及碘原子组成的组中的1种以上的卤化甲烷。
作为氯氟烯烃(CFO)的具体例,可举出1,1-二氯-2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(CFO-1214ya)、1,1,2-三氯-2-氟乙烯、1,1,2-三氟-2-氯乙烯(HCFO-1113)及2-氯-1,1,3,3,3-五氟-1-丙烯(CFO-1215xc)。
作为氟烯烃的具体例,可举出六氟丙烯(FO-1216)、及八氟-2-丁烯(FO-1318my)。
作为氯烯烃的具体例,可举出四氯乙烯。
作为烯烃的具体例,可举出乙烯及丙烯。

相对于本组合物中的有机化合物的总质量,其他有机化合物的含量优选1.5质量%以下、更优选1.0质量%以下、进一步优选0.5质量%以下。
本组合物除了有机化合物以外还可以包含非活性气体。作为非活性气体的具体例,可举出二氧化碳、氮、氧、空气(氮:约80体积%、氧:约20体积%)、氩、及氦。
相对于将本组合物填充至密闭容器时的气相部的合计体积,非活性气体可以为20体积%以下,优选15体积%以下、更优选10体积%以下、进一步优选5体积%以下、特别优选1.5体积%以下。
本组合物除了有机化合物以外,还可以包含水。相对于本组合物中的有机化合物的总量,水的含量可以为200质量ppm以下,优选150质量ppm以下、更优选100质量ppm、进一步优选20质量ppm。
<制造方法>
本组合物中包含的氢卤代烯烃可以通过公知的制法进行制造。
例如,HCFO-1224yd在将CFO-1214ya在催化剂存在下使用氢进行还原(氢还原反应)而得到HFO-1234yf的工序中作为中间体而得到。
作为原料的CFO-1214ya例如可以通过将HCFC-225ca作为原料、在四丁基溴化铵等相转移催化剂存在下、在氢氧化钾水溶液等碱水溶液中进行脱氟化氢反应的方法、或在铬、铁、铜、活性炭等催化剂存在下在气相反应中进行脱氟化氢反应的方法来制造。
将通过前述氢还原反应得到的反应液使用通常的蒸馏法或国际公开第2017/146190号中记载的提取蒸馏法进行蒸馏,由此将未反应的CFO-1214ya及HFO-1234yf与HCFO-1224yd分离,得到以高浓度包含HCFO-1224yd的纯化组合物。该纯化组合物可以包含前述氢还原反应中生成的副产物。
本组合物中包含的HFC-374pee可以包含在制造氢卤代烯烃并进行纯化而得到的纯化组合物中,可以另外添加,也可以为它们的组合。
本组合物中可以包含的HFO-1354yf可以包含在氢卤代烯烃的纯化组合物中,可以另外添加,也可以为它们的组合。
本组合物中包含的有机化合物的种类及其含量可以使用GC-MS系统进行分析并进行鉴定。
如后述的实施例所示,通过以氢卤代烯烃为主成分的组合物含有HFC-374pee,从而氢卤代烯烃的分解得以抑制,稳定性提高。其理由尚不明确,但认为如以下。
HFC-374pee具有作为HFC的性质,并且虽然未必明确,但推定具有捕捉自由基的作用。通过其作用,发挥抑制HCFO-1224yd之类的氢卤代烯烃的分解而使其稳定化的作为稳定剂的功能。
<用途>
本组合物的稳定性良好,作为氢卤代烯烃的用途可以用于公知的用途。另外,本组合物即使与金属接触也不易腐蚀金属,可以应用于与金属接触的用途。
作为本组合物的用途的例子,可举出工作流体、发泡剂、稀释溶剂、清洗剂、喷射剂、灭火剂、气体电介质、蚀刻气体、及熔融金属覆盖气体。本组合物的用途可以为1种,也可以为2种以上。本组合物可以以气溶胶的形态使用。
作为使用本组合物的工作流体,可以例示冷冻机用冷却介质、空调机器用冷却介质、发电系统(废热回收发电等)用工作流体、潜热输送装置(热管等)用工作流体、二次冷却介质等热循环用的工作流体。
作为使用本组合物的发泡剂,可以例示热塑性树脂发泡体、热固化性树脂发泡体的制造中使用的物理发泡剂。
作为热塑性树脂发泡体中包含的热塑性树脂的具体例,可举出聚碳酸酯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、聚亚苯基醚树脂、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂、聚烯烃树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、(甲基)丙烯酸类树脂、聚酯树脂、改性聚亚苯基醚树脂、聚缩醛树脂、聚醚酰亚胺树脂、聚醚砜树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚砜树脂、聚醚醚酮树脂、及聚醚酮树脂。
作为热固化性树脂发泡体的具体例,可举出聚氨酯发泡体、聚异氰脲酸酯发泡体、及酚醛树脂发泡体。
作为聚氨酯发泡体的具体例,可举出硬质氨基甲酸酯发泡体、软质氨基甲酸酯发泡体、半硬质氨基甲酸酯发泡体、及自结皮泡沫。
作为使用本组合物的稀释溶剂,可以例示包含润滑剂(有机硅系润滑剂、氟系润滑剂等)、防锈剂(矿物油、合成油等)、用于实施拒水处理的防湿涂布剂、用于实施防污处理的防污涂布剂(指纹去除附着防止剂)等功能性成分的涂膜形成用组合物的溶剂、用于对杀虫剂、防虫剂、防腐剂等功能性成分等进行稀释的溶剂、化学工艺用的稀释溶剂(提取溶剂、聚合溶剂)等。稀释溶剂可以以气溶胶的形态等使用。
作为使用本组合物的清洗剂,可以例示脱脂清洗、助焊剂(flux)清洗、精密清洗、干洗的清洗剂、配管清洗、玻璃清洁剂、冷冻空调机器的热交换器清洁剂、油污清洗、助焊剂清洗、精密清洗、干洗等用于去除疏水性物质的清洗、衣类等的去污清洗用的清洗剂等。清洗剂可以以气溶胶的形态等使用。
使用本组合物的清洗剂的清洗方法中,作为清洗去除的污迹,可举出各种被清洗物上附着的、碳、油脂、及借助它们而附着的灰尘。作为油脂,可举出助焊剂、加工油、脱模剂、皮脂、食品油、及化妆品。作为加工油,可举出切削油、淬火油、压延油、润滑油、机械油、加压加工油、冲切油、拉拔油、组装油、拉丝油、制动液等。作为化妆品,可举出指甲油、口红等。各种被清洗物上可以附着有上述污迹中的2种以上。本公开的溶剂组合物与作为以往的溶剂组合物的HFC、HFE等相比,从在这些油类中的溶解性优异的方面出发,优选在这些油类形成的污迹的清洗中使用。
作为可应用使用本组合物的清洗剂的物品的材料,可举出金属、树脂、橡胶、玻璃、陶瓷、天然纤维、合成纤维。另外,作为物品,可以为包含具有这些2种以上材料的复合材料的物品。作为复合材料,可举出金属与树脂的层叠体等。特别是,本公开的溶剂组合物也可以用于包含受HCFO-1224yd的影响的SBR等橡胶材料、树脂材料的物品。
使用本组合物的喷射剂可以与作为功能性成分的选自由升压剂及喷雾药剂组成的组中的1种以上混合。具体而言,可以例示作为升压计的压缩气体、作为喷雾药剂的杀虫剂、消臭剂、润滑剂、防锈剂、抗静电剂、极压剂、防雾剂、浸透剂、湿润剂、涂料、清洗剂、化妆品、外用药、染料、防污剂、拒水剂、及拒油剂。喷射剂可以以气溶胶的形态等使用。
使用本组合物的气体电介质可以与选自由液化气体及压缩气体组成的组中的1种以上混合而用于电气装置。作为电气装置的具体例,可以例示断路器、电流阻断设备、气体绝缘送电线、气体绝缘变压器、气体绝缘变电所、气体绝缘开闭器、气体绝缘断路器、及气体绝缘负荷开闭器。
作为使用本组合物的蚀刻气体的使用例,可以例示形成半导体集成电路的电路图案的工序。
作为使用本组合物的熔融金属覆盖气体的使用例,可以例示防止在坩埚内熔融的金属的氧化、蒸发而覆盖熔融金属的气体(保护气氛)。
实施例
以下使用实施例更详细地对本公开的实施方式进行说明,但本公开的实施方式不限定于这些实施例。
<评价方法>
[稳定性试验·金属耐蚀试验]
准备SS400制、Cu制、及Al制的金属片(一边的长度20mm×30mm、厚度2mm)各1张,合计3张。
将3张前述金属片放入至容量200mL的不锈钢制耐压容器中进行密闭。进行真空排气,填充试验对象的氢卤代烯烃组合物60g。
接着,将密闭的耐压容器在175℃的恒温槽内保存14天后,静置至室温(25℃)为止。
准备在4个吸收瓶中分别放入纯水100mL并用导管串联连接而成者。将前述连接有吸收瓶者与为室温(25℃)的耐压容器连接,缓慢打开耐压容器的阀,将耐压容器内的气体导入至吸收瓶的水中,提取前述气体中包含的酸成分。
对于提取后的吸收瓶内的水,在自靠近耐压容器的一侧起第1个和第2个吸收瓶合并,加入1滴指示剂(BTB:溴百里香酚蓝),使用1/100N的NaOH碱标准液进行滴定,作为测定值。另外,将第3个及第4个吸收瓶的水合并,同样进行滴定,作为测定空白。根据这些测定值和测定空白的值,以HCl换算浓度的形式求出试验对象的氢卤代烯烃组合物中包含的酸成分。
基于求出的酸成分(HCl换算浓度)的值,按下述的基准对稳定性进行评价。
S(优良):酸成分低于1质量ppm。
A(良):酸成分为1质量ppm以上且低于5质量ppm。
B(稍微不良):酸成分为5质量ppm以上。
酸成分的测定后从耐压容器中取出3张金属片,通过目视观察外观。与未使用的各金属片进行外观的比较,按下述的基准评价金属耐蚀性。
S(优良):3张金属片全部与未使用品具有同等光泽,没有产生锈的金属片。
A(良):有1张以上失去了光泽的金属片,没有产生锈的金属片。
B(稍微不良):有1张以上表面稍微生锈的金属片,但没有整面生锈的金属片。
例1为比较例,例2~5为实施例。
<例1~5>
将HCFC-225ca作为原料,在相转移催化剂存在下与金属氢氧化物水溶液混合,进行脱氟化氢反应,得到CFO-1214ya。将得到的CFO-1214ya作为原料,在气相中使氢及氮与活性炭或金属氧化物上负载有钯的催化剂接触,由此进行氢还原反应,得到包含HFO-1234yf及HCFO-1224yd的反应液。对得到的反应液进行蒸馏而纯化,得到以高浓度包含HCFO-1224yd的纯化组合物。例1中,将得到的纯化组合物作为氢卤代烯烃组合物。例2~5中,在得到的纯化组合物中添加HFC-374pee,得到表1所示的氢卤代烯烃组合物。
得到的氢卤代烯烃组合物的组成使用GC-MS系统来进行分析。将相对于氢卤代烯烃组合物中的有机化合物的总质量而言的、HCFO-1224yd(Z)、HCFO-1224yd(E)、HFC-374pee、HFO-1354yf、及其他有机化合物的含量(单位:质量%)示于表1。表1中“<0.001”是指低于检测限。
将得到的氢卤代烯烃组合物作为试验对象,通过上述方法评价稳定性和金属耐蚀性。将结果适于表1。

Claims (11)
1.一种氢卤代烯烃组合物,其主成分为氢卤代烯烃,还包含1,1,2,3-四氟丁烷,相对于有机化合物的总量,所述1,1,2,3-四氟丁烷的含量为0.001~0.1质量%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其中,所述氢卤代烯烃包含2,4,4,4-四氟-1-丁烯,相对于所述有机化合物的总量,所述1,1,2,3-四氟丁烷和所述2,4,4,4-四氟-1-丁烯的合计含量超过0.001质量%且为0.4质量%以下。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其中,所述主成分为氢氯氟烯烃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其中,所述主成分为1-氯-2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其用途为选自由工作流体、发泡剂、稀释溶剂、清洗剂、喷射剂、灭火剂、气体电介质、蚀刻气体、及熔融金属覆盖气体组成的组中的1种以上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其为气溶胶的形态。
7.根据权利要求5所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其中,所述工作流体为热循环用的工作流体。
8.根据权利要求5所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其中,所述清洗剂为用于将选自由碳、油脂、及借助它们而附着的灰尘组成的组中的至少1种去除的清洗剂。
9.根据权利要求5所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其中,所述清洗剂为由金属、树脂、橡胶、玻璃、陶瓷、天然纤维、合成纤维、或具有它们中的2种以上材料的复合材料形成的物品用的清洗剂。
10.根据权利要求5所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其中,所述喷射剂为选自由升压剂及喷雾药剂组成的组中的1种以上。
11.根据权利要求5所述的氢卤代烯烃组合物,其中,所述气体电介质包含选自由液化气体及压缩气体组成的组中的1种以上。
