赛车模拟软件被游戏玩家以及工程师和赛车专业人员使用。为了提供更真实的驾驶体验,已经开发了所谓的模拟器外围设备。这些外围设备包括方向盘,踏板和换挡器。可选地,这些外围设备被安装到框架或所谓的模拟试验台上。实践中已知的传统换挡模拟器系统依赖弹性压力部件来提供换挡器阻力并改善驾驶者体验。

光学传感器的使用提供了对任何换挡位置变化/运动的可靠和稳健的检测。更具体地说,测试表明,光学传感器比传统的微动开关或电位计更可靠和稳健。在当前优选实施例中,光学传感器包括所谓的光遮断器(Opto-interrupter)。要理解的是,根据本发明还可以设想其他检测器。
本发明还涉及一种模拟器,该模拟器包括本发明实施例中的换挡模拟器系统。
这种模拟器提供与关于换挡模拟器系统所描述的相同或相似的效果和/或优点。
测试已经表明,在包括与本发明的系统类似的换挡器的模拟器中,用户体验得到显著改善。
本发明还涉及一种用于操作用于模拟器环境的换挡模拟器系统的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
-提供根据本发明实施例的换挡模拟器系统和/或模拟器;以及
-移动变速杆,使得磁接触器受到影响。
该方法提供与关于换挡模拟器系统和/或模拟器所描述的相同或相似的效果和/或优点。优选地,当磁接触器受到影响时,换挡模拟器系统向模拟器提供信号,从而限定用户进行的预期换挡。这提供了具有最佳用户体验的可靠和稳健的操作。

换挡模拟器系统2(图1A-图1C、图2A-图2C)包括带有把手6的变速杆4。框架8设置在壳体10中,并且包括将框架8连接到变速杆4的变速杆铰链12。框架8容纳可移动框架部件14,该可移动框架部件14包括具有第一接触表面16a和第二接触表面16b的接触表面16。磁接触器18(图2B-图2C)包括金属板元件20和永磁体22。板元件20经由接触元件23连接到可移动框架部件14。
框架8还容纳倾斜元件24,倾斜元件24经由铰链或铰链轴26连接到框架8。倾斜连接件28将倾斜框架24连接到变速杆4。在所示实施例中,倾斜连接件28(图2A)包括凸轮(cam)或爪30和接触元件32,凸轮或爪30和接触元件32设置在室34中,室34设置在可移动框架部件14中。倾斜元件24包括类似凹槽的凹部36(图2C)。此外,可移动框架部件14包括凹槽或凹槽状元件38(图2B),该凹槽或凹槽状元件38被配置用于接收变速杆铰链12。另外,可移动框架部件14设置有用于接收倾斜轴或倾斜轴杆26的凹槽或凹槽状元件40。
在所示的实施例中,第一接触元件42a和第二接触元件42b设置到相应的凹槽44、46。在所示实施例中,弹簧48被设置在上安装板50和下安装板52之间,上安装板50附接到爪或销杆51的。可选地,销杆51可以重新定位以为调节弹簧力提供进一步的可能性。此外,止动件54设置在框架8中以限制变速杆4的移动。
换挡模拟器系统2提供第一杠杆56和第二杠杆58,在所示实施例中,第一杠杆56和第二杠杆58都被设置为可调节杠杆。
壳体10和框架8使用元件12、26连接,元件12、26也分别用作变速杆4和倾斜元件24的铰链轴杆或铰链轴。要理解的是,根据本发明,还可以设想多种其他的和/或替代的连接件。这可包括用于将壳体10连接到框架8的另外一些螺钉、销杆或爪55。在所示实施例中,连接器57被设置用于将换挡模拟器系统2连接到另一设备,例如模拟器。在所示实施例中,壳体10设置有凹部或开口59、60a-60b,以使用户能够调节铰链28和接触元件42a-42b的位置。
在所示实施例中,变速杆4能够在+7.5°和-7.5°的角度范围内沿方向E(图2C)旋转。接触元件32相对于连接件28的凸轮、销杆或爪30的位置可以在调节范围D3内调节(图2A)。在所示实施例中,调节范围D3约为7mm。在所示实施例中,第二调节范围D1和D2约为9.5mm。要理解的是,根据本发明还可以设想其他尺寸。
当使变速杆4沿方向E移动时,倾斜元件24将绕铰链26沿方向E反向旋转(图2C)。倾斜元件24的旋转迫使第一接触元件42a或第二接触元件42b中的任何一个接合可移动框架部件14的相应接触表面16a-16b,可移动框架部件14的相应接触表面16a-16b克服弹簧48的反作用力被沿着向上方向D0上推动(图2B)。可动框架部件14的这种向上运动使板20与永磁体22脱离开接触器距离Mh,该接触器距离Mh的范围在3.5至9mm内,这取决于可调节的第一接触元件42a和第二接触元件42b和可调节倾斜连接件28的实际设置。要理解的是,根据本发明还可以设想其他尺寸。
在替代实施例中,换挡模拟器系统102包括具有手柄106的变速杆104。框架108设置在壳体110中,并包括变速杆铰链112(图3A-图3B、图4A-图4C)。此外,还提供了用于集成变速杆104和倾斜元件124的可移动框架部件114和铰链或轴杆112、126。
集成变速杆104和倾斜元件124包括第一接触元件142a和第二接触元件142b,第一接触元件142a和第二接触元件142b设置在它们相应的凹槽144中,并且被配置成接合可移动框架部件114的相应的接触表面116。可选地,设置了附加的弹簧元件148,其迫使具有板元件120的可移动框架部件114与永磁体122接触,共同限定磁接触器118。接触元件142a-142b可以沿着凹槽144重新定位以调节第二杠杆158,而在所示实施例中第一杠杆156保持不变。
在所示实施例中,换挡模拟器系统102设置有止动件155。止动件154(图4A)接合止动件155以限制变速杆104的运动。可选地,可移动框架部件114通过使用销杆或爪162和凹槽或凹槽状元件164被引导。
当沿方向E(图4C)移动变速杆104时,第一接触元件142a或第二接触元件142b接合相应接触表面116,从而可选地使可移动框架部件114克服弹簧148的弹簧力而移动。可移动框架部件114的移动通过使板120从永磁体122移离而导致接触器118的脱离。
在所示的实施例中,可以通过使接触元件142a-142b在凹槽状元件144中在大约8mm的距离内重新定位来调节第二杠杆158。根据所示实施例中的实际位置,板120与永磁体122的最大接触器距离的范围在3.3至5.5mm内。根据尺寸和另外的设置,要理解的是这些距离是可以被修改的。
模拟器202(图5)包括具有监视器框架206的框架204,多个监视器208可以附接到监视器框架206。模拟器202还包括座椅框架210,座椅212可以附接到座椅框架210。此外,设置了方向盘框架214,方向盘216可以设置到该方向盘框架214。此外,还设置了踏板框架218,多个踏板220可以附接到踏板框架218。在所示实施例中,设置了换挡模拟器系统2,并将其连接到模拟器202的框架。
已经对包括双杠杆系统56、58、156、158的换挡模拟器系统2、102进行了多个测试。连续可调节杠杆为用户提供了多个调整可能性,以使换挡模拟器系统2、102的行为符合其自己的偏好和/或模拟器202的设置和/或模拟器游戏(例如交通工具类型的模拟器游戏)中的设置。图6显示了对于系统2,102的不同设置组合的换挡力(牛顿)与变速杆角度的关系。这显示了根据本发明的换挡模拟器系统2、102的灵活性特征。
本发明决不限于其上面描述的优选实施例。所寻求保护的权利由所附权利要求限定,在权利要求的范围内可以设想许多修改。

Claims (14)

1.用于模拟器环境的换挡模拟器系统,所述系统包括:
-具有变速杆铰链的框架;
-变速杆,所述变速杆经由所述变速杆铰链铰接地连接到所述框架;
-可移动框架部件,所述可移动框架部件被配置成相对于所述框架移动,并且设置有第一接触表面和第二接触表面;
-磁接触器;以及
-倾斜元件,所述倾斜元件被配置为响应于所述变速杆的运动而经由倾斜连接件围绕倾斜轴倾斜并提供第一杠杆,并且其中,所述倾斜元件设置有第一接触元件和第二接触元件,所述第一接触元件和所述第二接触元件被配置为接合所述可移动框架部件的相应的第一接触表面和第二接触表面以提供第二杠杆,并且通过移动所述可移动框架部件通过所述磁接触器限定换挡运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的换挡模拟器系统,还包括被配置为提供反作用力的弹簧元件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的换挡模拟器系统,其中,所述倾斜连接件是可调节连接件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的换挡模拟器系统,其中,所述可调节连接件能够在第一调节范围内连续地调节。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的换挡模拟器系统,其中,所述第一接触元件和/或第二接触元件是可调节的。
6.根据权利要求5所述的换挡模拟器系统,其中,所述可调节的第一接触元件和/或第二接触元件能够在所述倾斜元件上被定位。
7.根据权利要求6所述的换挡模拟器系统,其中,所述第一接触元件和所述第二接触元件能够分别定位。
8.根据权利要求5-7中任一项所述的换挡模拟器系统,其中,所述可调节的第一接触元件和/或第二接触元件能够在第二调节范围内连续地调节。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的换挡模拟器系统,其中,所述磁接触器包括永磁体。
10.根据权利要求9所述的换挡模拟器系统,其中,所述永磁体固定地固定在所述框架中。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的换挡模拟器系统,还包括止动件。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的换挡模拟器系统,还包括用于检测换挡位置和/或换挡运动的光学传感器。
13.一种模拟器,所述模拟器包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的换挡模拟器系统。
14.用于操作用于模拟器环境的换挡模拟器系统的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-提供根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的换挡模拟器系统和/或模拟器;以及
-移动所述变速杆,使得所述磁接触器受到影响。
