与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种石斛冻干粉加工方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明,通过将消毒后的混料,进行低温冷冻,然后保证低温冷冻环境干燥,并通过使用细微破碎机,对于冷冻后的石斛进行破碎,从而得到冻干粉,没有采用高温持续加热的方式,从而保证了石斛的原本功效。
2、本发明,通过在制备原料中加入枸杞,且对枸杞进行破碎,然后再与各种原料进行混合,使得制备得到的石斛冻干粉中含有枸杞,且枸杞作为传统药用植物,具有解热止咳之效用,从而使得该方法制备的燕麦片具有解热止咳的功效。
3、本发明,通过在制备辅料内加入到糖类原料,从而使得该产品在食用时,保证一定的口感。

实施例一、
步骤一、采用称重设备,对原料进行称量备用(原料组分及重量份数配比为:新鲜石斛60%、肉桂1%、黄芪0.8%、新鲜枸杞1%、菊花干0.6%、柠檬酸0.06%、茶多酚0.7%、乳酸钙0.07%、二乙酸甘油酯0.06%、丙二醇0.1%、纤维素酶0.5%、果糖0.1%、卵磷脂0.13%、食用香精0.4%、海藻酸钠0.1%);
步骤二、对称取后的原料进行清洗烘干;
步骤三、对清洗烘干后的原料进行混合;
步骤四、再依次称取辅料(低聚异麦芽糖浆0.05%、植物纤维粉0.4%、食品添加剂0.2%、山楂干1%、可溶性淀粉0.01%、山梨醇0.4%、葡萄糖0.5%、壳聚糖0.1%、果葡糖浆0.6%、黄原胶2%);
步骤五、将辅料进行混合,然后再将混合后的辅料依次加入到原料内;
步骤六、将混合后的原料和辅料放入灭菌桶内,进行高温灭菌;
步骤七、然后将灭菌后的混料进行静置,然后再将静置后的混料进行低温冷冻;
步骤八、再采用细微破碎设备,对低温冷冻后的混料破碎得到产品。
实施例二、

步骤二、对称取后的原料进行清洗烘干;
步骤三、对清洗烘干后的原料进行混合;
步骤四、再依次称取辅料(低聚异麦芽糖浆0.07%、植物纤维粉0.6%、食品添加剂0.4%、山楂干3%、可溶性淀粉0.03%、山梨醇0.6%、葡萄糖0.7%、壳聚糖0.3%、果葡糖浆0.8%、黄原胶2.2%);
步骤五、将辅料进行混合,然后再将混合后的辅料依次加入到原料内;
步骤六、将混合后的原料和辅料放入灭菌桶内,进行高温灭菌;

步骤二、对称取后的原料进行清洗烘干;
步骤三、对清洗烘干后的原料进行混合;
步骤四、再依次称取辅料(低聚异麦芽糖浆0.06%、植物纤维粉0.5%、食品添加剂0.3%、山楂干2%、可溶性淀粉0.02%、山梨醇0.5%、葡萄糖0.6%、壳聚糖0.2%、果葡糖浆0.7%、黄原胶2.1%);
步骤五、将辅料进行混合,然后再将混合后的辅料依次加入到原料内;
步骤六、将混合后的原料和辅料放入灭菌桶内,进行高温灭菌;
步骤七、然后将灭菌后的混料进行静置,然后再将静置后的混料进行低温冷冻;
步骤八、再采用细微破碎设备,对低温冷冻后的混料破碎得到产品。

1.一种石斛冻干粉加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下原料和辅料;所述原料组分及重量份数配比为:新鲜石斛60%-80%、肉桂1%-3%、黄芪0.8%-1%、新鲜枸杞1%-3%、菊花干0.6%-0.8%、柠檬酸0.06%-0.08%、茶多酚0.7%-0.9%、乳酸钙0.07%-0.09%、二乙酸甘油酯0.06%-0.08%、丙二醇0.1%-0.3%、纤维素酶0.5%-0.7%、果糖0.1%-0.3%、卵磷脂0.13%-0.15%、食用香精0.4%-0.6%、海藻酸钠0.1%-0.3%;
所述辅料组分重量份数配比为:低聚异麦芽糖浆0.05%-0.07%、植物纤维粉0.4%-0.6%、食品添加剂0.2%-0.4%、山楂干1%-3%、可溶性淀粉0.01%-0.03%、山梨醇0.4%-0.6%、葡萄糖0.5%-0.7%、壳聚糖0.1%-0.3%、果葡糖浆0.6%-0.8%、黄原胶2%-2.2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石斛冻干粉加工方法,其特征在于:所述原料组分及重量份数配比为:新鲜石斛60%、肉桂1%、黄芪0.8%、新鲜枸杞1%、菊花干0.6%、柠檬酸0.06%、茶多酚0.7%、乳酸钙0.07%、二乙酸甘油酯0.06%、丙二醇0.1%、纤维素酶0.5%、果糖0.1%、卵磷脂0.13%、食用香精0.4%、海藻酸钠0.1%;
所述辅料组分重量份数配比为:低聚异麦芽糖浆0.05%、植物纤维粉0.4%、食品添加剂0.2%、山楂干1%、可溶性淀粉0.01%、山梨醇0.4%、葡萄糖0.5%、壳聚糖0.1%、果葡糖浆0.6%、黄原胶2%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石斛冻干粉加工方法,其特征在于:所述原料组分及重量份数配比为:新鲜石斛80%、肉桂3%、黄芪1%、新鲜枸杞3%、菊花干0.8%、柠檬酸0.08%、茶多酚0.9%、乳酸钙0.09%、二乙酸甘油酯0.08%、丙二醇0.3%、纤维素酶0.7%、果糖0.3%、卵磷脂0.15%、食用香精0.6%、海藻酸钠0.3%;
所述辅料组分重量份数配比为:低聚异麦芽糖浆0.07%、植物纤维粉0.6%、食品添加剂0.4%、山楂干3%、可溶性淀粉0.03%、山梨醇0.6%、葡萄糖0.7%、壳聚糖0.3%、果葡糖浆0.8%、黄原胶2.2%。

所述辅料组分重量份数配比为:低聚异麦芽糖浆0.06%、植物纤维粉0.5%、食品添加剂0.3%、山楂干2%、可溶性淀粉0.02%、山梨醇0.5%、葡萄糖0.6%、壳聚糖0.2%、果葡糖浆0.7%、黄原胶2.1%。

步骤四、再依次称取辅料(低聚异麦芽糖浆0.05%-0.07%、植物纤维粉0.4%-0.6%、食品添加剂0.2%-0.4%、山楂干1%-3%、可溶性淀粉0.01%-0.03%、山梨醇0.4%-0.6%、葡萄糖0.5%-0.7%、壳聚糖0.1%-0.3%、果葡糖浆0.6%-0.8%、黄原胶2%-2.2%);
步骤五、将辅料进行混合,然后再将混合后的辅料依次加入到原料内;
