随着我国汽车、家电等制造业的快速发展,各类冲压件的需求正日益增长。冲压加工属于塑性加工,在外力作用下,使板材、带材、管材和型材等,产生塑性变形或分离,从而获得所需形状和尺寸的工件(冲压件)的成形加工方法。
在冲压加工过程中,加工介质性能的好坏直接关系到冲压工件质量的成败,也对模具寿命、生产效率及后道工序能否顺利进行产生重大影响。因此,很多用户对冲压油提出更高的适用性要求,其中润滑和防锈是最为关注的方面;同时,随着国家政策对环境和职业健康的日益重视,油品的环保性能也成为是用户关注的重点。
截至21世纪20年代初,市场上普遍使用的冲压油多为氯化石蜡体系,以氯化石蜡为主要成分的油品不仅价格相对便宜,还具有优良的极压抗磨性能,所以在冲压油配方中,氯化石蜡通常作为首选润滑添加剂。通常在配方中氯化石蜡的添加量在10%-70%,有些油品甚至添加到90%。用户在使用氯化石蜡体系的冲压油时,虽然性价比较高,但是防锈和环保问题是无法逾越的障碍。氯化石蜡体系的冲压油,由于使用中氯离子的析出,防锈周期非常短,工件最多放置3天就出现锈蚀情况,而在湿度较大的天气情况下甚至数小时内就会布满锈点。由于氯化石蜡对人的生殖系统及遗产基因有负面影响,欧洲已经将短链氯化石蜡列为禁用工业品。在某些行业中,例如核工业或手机制造业,对工业介质中卤素含量有严格控制,因此含氯成分被禁止使用。综上,出于防锈和环保方面的要求,市场上迫切需要一款无氯且润滑性能好的冲压油。
发明内容
基于上述现有技术,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型的无氯冲压油。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种无氯冲压油,其特点在于,所述无氯冲压油包括以下重量百分比的组分:
基础油42~55%,
油性剂20~30%,
极压剂5~11%,
铺展剂1~5%,
防锈剂3~6%,
增粘剂3~6%,
抗氧剂0.1~0.6%,
减活剂0.2~0.5%。
优选地,所述基础油为150BS基础油和/或500SN基础油。
优选地,所述油性剂为大豆油和/或棕榈油。
更优选地,所述油性剂由重量比为2:3的大豆油和棕榈油组成。
优选地,所述极压剂为磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸酯铵盐、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐、二烷基五硫化物中的至少一种。
优选地,所述极压剂为磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸酯铵盐、硫化脂肪酸酯和二烷基五硫化物质量比为1~4:1~4:1~4:1~4的组合物。
更优选地,所述极压剂为磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸酯铵盐、硫化脂肪酸酯和二烷基五硫化物质量比为1~3:1~3:1.5~3:1.5~4的组合物。
优选地,所述铺展剂为丙三醇、乙二醇、十四醇中的至少一种。
优选地,所述防锈剂为石油磺酸钡、二壬基萘磺酸钡,环烷酸锌、十二烯基丁二酸中的至少一种。
优选地,所述增粘剂为聚异丁烯。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为2,6二叔丁基对甲酚、2,2-硫代双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、辛/丁基二苯胺中的至少一种。
优选地,所述减活剂为苯并三氮唑。
本发明以精炼矿物基础油为主要原料,辅以多种添加剂,各添加剂之间协同搭配,因其选用适当比例的油性剂、铺展剂、极压剂、防锈剂和增粘剂以及这些添加剂互配得当,从而开发出不含氯化石蜡的环保型冲压油,该冲压油具很高的闪点、同时在不含氯化石蜡的情况下,仍具有优异的抗磨极压性能,完全适用于14mm厚度工件的冲压;另外,该冲压油还具有极佳的防锈性能;在工件冲压后,后期防锈周期能高达到3个月,远远优于目前市面在售冲压油(例如,福斯51H精密冲压油)。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明技术方案做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种环保型无氯冲压油,是由以下质量分数的原料制备得到的:150BS为52.4wt%、大豆油为10wt%、棕榈油为15wt%、磷酸三甲酚酯为1wt%、磷酸酯铵盐(范德比尔特,型号Vanlube 672)为2wt%、硫化脂肪酸酯(DOG,型号MD18)为2wt%、二烷基五硫化物(路博润,型号:5340)为4wt%、丙三醇为2wt%、乙二醇为2wt%、石油磺酸钡(King,型号:NA-SUL611)为1wt%、二壬基萘磺酸钡(King,型号:NA-SUL BSN)为1wt%、环烷酸锌为3wt%、聚异丁烯为4wt%、2,6二叔丁基对甲酚为0.3wt%、苯并三氮唑为0.3wt%。
制备过程:先在反应釜中加入150BS、大豆油、棕榈油,在向其中加入2,6二叔丁基对甲酚,升温到70-80℃,保持该温度,不断搅拌半小时,至固体物质全部溶解,然后降温到50-60℃,依次加入磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸酯铵盐、硫化脂肪酸酯、二烷基五硫化物、丙三醇、乙二醇、石油磺酸钡、二壬基萘磺酸钡、环烷酸锌、聚异丁烯、苯并三氮唑后,再继续搅拌1h,即得到所述的环保型无氯冲压油。
实施例2
一种环保型无氯冲压油,是由以下质量分数的原料制备得到的:150BS为33wt%、500SN为22wt%、大豆油为8wt%、棕榈油为12.6wt%、磷酸三甲酚酯为1wt%、磷酸酯铵盐(范德比尔特,型号Vanlube 672)为1.8wt%、硫化脂肪酸酯(DOG,型号MD18)为1.8wt%、二烷基五硫化物(路博润,型号:5340)为1.8wt%、丙三醇为3wt%、十四醇为2wt%、石油磺酸钡(King,型号:NA-SUL611)为2wt%、二壬基萘磺酸钡(King,型号:NA-SUL BSN)为2wt%、十二烯基丁二酸为2wt%、聚异丁烯为5.9wt%、2,6二叔丁基对甲酚为0.6wt%、苯并三氮唑为0.5wt%。
制备过程:先在反应釜中加入150BS、500SN、大豆油、棕榈油,在向其中加入2,6二叔丁基对甲酚,升温到70-80℃,保持该温度,不断搅拌半小时,至固体物质全部溶解,然后降温到50-60℃,依次加入磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸酯铵盐、硫化脂肪酸酯、二烷基五硫化物、丙三醇、十四醇、石油磺酸钡、二壬基萘磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸、聚异丁烯、苯并三氮唑后,再继续搅拌1h,即得到所述的环保型无氯冲压油。
实施例3
一种环保型无氯冲压油,是由以下质量分数的原料制备得到的:500SN为42wt%、大豆油为12wt%、棕榈油为18wt%、磷酸三甲酚酯为3wt%、磷酸酯铵盐(范德比尔特,型号Vanlube 672)为2wt%、硫化脂肪酸酯(DOG,型号MD18)为2.5wt%、二烷基五硫化物(路博润,型号:5340)为3.5wt%、乙二醇为3wt%、十四醇为2wt%、石油磺酸钡(King,型号:NA-SUL611)为3wt%、十二烯基丁二酸为2.5wt%、聚异丁烯为6wt%、2,6二叔丁基对甲酚为0.3wt%、苯并三氮唑为0.2wt%。
制备过程:先在反应釜中加入500SN、大豆油、棕榈油,在向其中加入2,6二叔丁基对甲酚,升温到70-80℃,保持该温度,不断搅拌半小时,至固体物质全部溶解,然后降温到50-60℃,依次加入磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸酯铵盐、硫化脂肪酸酯、二烷基五硫化物、乙二醇、十四醇、石油磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸、聚异丁烯、苯并三氮唑后,再继续搅拌1h,即得到所述的环保型无氯冲压油。
以市售福斯51H精密冲压油(RENOFORM MZAN 51H)作为对比,本发明的无氯冲压油及福斯51H冲压油的性能如下:

另外,以本发明实施例1的无氯冲压油进行工件冲压,如图1~图3所示,本发明的无氯冲压油完全适用于14mm厚度工件的冲压。

Claims (10)
1.一种无氯冲压油,其特征在于,所述无氯冲压油包括以下重量百分比的组分:
基础油42~55%,
油性剂20~30%,
极压剂5~11%,
铺展剂1~5%,
防锈剂3~6%,
增粘剂3~6%,
抗氧剂0.1~0.6%,
减活剂0.2~0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无氯冲压油,其特征在于:所述基础油为150BS基础油和/或500SN基础油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无氯冲压油,其特征在于:所述油性剂为大豆油和/或棕榈油。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无氯冲压油,其特征在于:所述油性剂由重量比为2:3的大豆油和棕榈油组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无氯冲压油,其特征在于:所述极压剂为磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸酯铵盐、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐、二烷基五硫化物中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无氯冲压油,其特征在于:所述铺展剂为丙三醇、乙二醇、十四醇中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无氯冲压油,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为石油磺酸钡、二壬基萘磺酸钡,环烷酸锌、十二烯基丁二酸中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无氯冲压油,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为聚异丁烯。
9.根据权利要求1所述的无氯冲压油,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为2,6二叔丁基对甲酚、2,2-硫代双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、辛/丁基二苯胺中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的无氯冲压油,其特征在于:所述减活剂为苯并三氮唑。
