Abstract
本发明涉及日用化工品领域,提供一种洗碗机清洁剂和洗碗机用洗碗凝珠。所述清洁剂包含表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂包括表面活性剂A、表面活性剂B和表面活性剂C,所述表面活性剂A选自脂肪醇烷氧基化物中的一种或多种,其重量占所述表面活性剂的10‑30%,所述表面活性剂B为长链羧酸酯聚氧乙烯‑18,其重量占所述表面活性剂的20‑40%,所述表面活性剂C选自胺基油酸脂中的一种或多种,其重量占所述表面活性剂的20‑40%。本发明的洗碗机清洁剂主要通过表面活性剂的复配,不再只是简单地提供润湿作用,还能够促进活性物质对油污的乳化分解,从而提高对口红等蜡质固体重油的去除能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工品领域,尤其涉及一种洗碗机清洁剂和洗碗机用洗碗凝珠。
背景技术
近年来随着生活水平的提高,生活节奏的加快,家用洗碗机作为“懒人家电”和“健康家电”的代表,被越来越多家庭所关注。相较传统的餐具清洗方式,家用洗碗机既能节省人力时间,又减少水资源浪费,对餐具具有清洗、漂洗、消毒和烘干等功能,可以充分满足人们从简单重复的家务劳动中解放出来的需求。
常见洗碗机的工作原理是通过高温高压水流对餐具表面进行360°机械冲刷,以及洗涤剂对餐具表面油污和残渣的皂化与分解,加之热水对食物残渣的浸泡澎化,使得油污和残渣迅速分解与脱落,并达到清洁与除菌的双重效果。目前市面常见的洗碗机洗涤剂主要包括洗碗液、洗碗粉、洗碗块、洗碗凝珠等。其中,洗碗粉、洗碗块、洗碗液由于剂型限制,活性物含量相对较低,不能满足消费者日益增加的清洁需求。因此,分腔/多腔洗碗凝珠一定程度上解决了这个问题。
但是,目前市面所售的洗碗凝珠,主要去除一般常见污垢,配方不具有针对性,对于一些特殊污渍如口红等蜡质重油污的清除效果依然不能尽如人意。口红中含有较高含量的铅、镉等重金属,长期吸入人体恐会导致慢性中毒,引起贫血、腹痛、急性肾衰竭及脑部神经病变等问题。羊毛脂易吸附空气中的尘埃、细菌、病毒,引起健康隐患。人工色素,在紫外线照射下,可能会转化为突变原,导致癌症。因此口红洗不净不仅影响餐具外观,也会给消费者带来健康隐患。而口红与餐具表面间存在强的分子间作用力(范德华力,分子间氢键等),使口红很难从表面剥离;另外口红主要成分为蜡质,熔点高于洗涤温度(55-65℃),如巴西棕榈蜡,熔点:80-86℃,小烛树蜡,熔点:66-69℃等,所以在洗涤时仍呈固态,不溶,很难被清除。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决相关技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种洗碗机清洁剂和洗碗机用洗碗凝珠。
根据本发明实施例的洗碗机清洁剂,所述清洁剂包含表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂包括表面活性剂A、表面活性剂B和表面活性剂C,所述表面活性剂A选自脂肪醇烷氧基化物中的一种或多种,其重量占所述表面活性剂的10-30%,所述表面活性剂B为长链羧酸酯聚氧乙烯-18,其重量占所述表面活性剂的20-40%,所述表面活性剂C选自胺基油酸脂中的一种或多种,其重量占所述表面活性剂的20-40%。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述表面活性剂在所述清洁剂中的重量百分比为5-30%。
和/或,所述表面活性剂C为选自胺基油酸脂中的一种或多种,优选特乙胺油酸酯、乙二胺油酸脂、三乙醇胺油酸皂中的一种或多种。
所述表面活性剂B为长链羧酸酯聚氧乙烯-18;
所述表面活性剂C为特乙胺油酸酯。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述清洁剂中还含有碱性助剂,所述碱性助剂中氧元素含量占所述清洁剂的重量百分比为20-50%;所述碱性助剂为碳酸钠、碳酸钾、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸氢钠、硅酸钠中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述清洁剂中还含有1-20%的氧化剂,所述氧化剂选自碱金属和碱土金属过氧化物、过氧化氢、过氧酸盐和有机过氧化物中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述清洁剂中还含有0.1-30%的聚合物,所述聚合物选自分子结构中包含羧基、烷基、磺酸基、氨基、羟基中至少一种基团的均聚/共聚高分子化合物,其分子量在500-10000之间。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述清洁剂中还含有0.1-40%的氨基酸衍生物螯合剂,所述氨基酸衍生物螯合剂包含甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、谷氨酸二乙酸、N,N-二羧酸氨基-2-羟基丙烷基磺酸、3-羟基-2,2’-亚氨酸二琥珀酸及其碱金属盐或铵盐中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述清洁剂中还含有0.02-30%的酶制剂,所述酶制剂包含蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶、酯酶、纤维素酶、甘露聚糖酶、还原酶中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述清洁剂中还含有缓蚀剂、色素、香精、消泡剂、pH调节剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、彩色颗粒中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供一种自动洗碗机用洗碗凝珠,其包含上述任一所述清洁剂。

本发明的洗碗机清洁剂,主要通过表面活性剂的复配,不再只是简单地提供润湿作用,还能够促进活性物质对油污的乳化分解,从而提高对口红等蜡质重油的去除能力。尤其在用户使用较短时序时,能够一定程度上增强对口红等蜡质重油的洗涤能力。

现代女性使用口红已经很普遍,但目前市面所售的洗碗凝珠,主要通过碱性助剂,氧化剂复配低泡型非离子表面活性剂而去除一般常见污垢,对于口红等蜡质重油污的清除效果依然不能尽如人意。口红中含有较高含量的铅、镉等重金属,长期吸入人体恐会导致慢性中毒,引起贫血、腹痛、急性肾衰竭及脑部神经病变等问题。羊毛脂易吸附空气中的尘埃、细菌、病毒,引起健康隐患。人工色素,在紫外线照射下,可能会转化为突变原,导致癌症。因此口红洗不净不仅影响餐具外观,也会给消费者带来健康隐患。而口红与餐具表面间存在强的分子间作用力(范德华力,分子间氢键等),使口红很难从表面剥离;另外口红主要成分为蜡质,熔点高于洗涤温度(55-65℃),如巴西棕榈蜡,熔点:80-86℃,小烛树蜡,熔点:66-69℃等,所以在洗涤时仍呈固态,不溶,很难被清除。
根据本发明实施例的洗碗机清洁剂,所述清洁剂包含表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂包括表面活性剂A、表面活性剂B和表面活性剂C,所述表面活性剂A选自脂肪醇烷氧基化物中的一种或多种,其重量占所述表面活性剂的10-30%,所述表面活性剂B为长链羧酸酯聚氧乙烯-18,其重量占所述表面活性剂的20-40%,所述表面活性剂C选自胺基油酸脂中的一种或多种,其重量占所述表面活性剂的20-40%。
洗碗机是通过高温高压水流对餐具进行三维全方位强力冲刷,以及洗涤剂对餐具表面油污和残渣的分解,加之热水对食物残渣的浸泡膨化使得油污和残渣迅速分解和脱落,最终达到清洁的效果。由于洗碗机工作原理的限制,在机洗中,为了保护水泵,防止溢流,防止过多的泡沫影响摆洗臂的旋转灯,洗碗机专用洗涤剂必须是低泡的,甚至无泡的。表面活性剂在机洗专用洗涤剂中更多是起到表面润湿作用。因此,目前的洗碗机清洁剂很难去除口红等蜡质固体重油。
本发明研究发现,将上述表面活性剂A、表面活性剂B和表面活性剂C合理配伍,在满足低泡的条件下,可以实现润湿以及良好的去污作用。其中表面活性剂A为快速乳化剂;表面活性剂B为长链羧酸酯聚氧乙烯-18,是18碳脂肪酸酯,酯基分子结构,与油脂和蜡质的结构类似,根据相似相容原理,对油脂、矿物油及石蜡蜡质具有较强的溶解和去除能力,其具有十分合理的双键结构,对脂类有着良好的分散和去除力;表面活性剂C与油酸基和动植物油中的脂肪酸结构类似,可以吸附、溶解污垢中的疏水基团,同时胺基、醇胺基为亲水基团,可以将油垢从基体中剥离出来。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述表面活性剂在所述清洁剂中的重量百分比为5-30%,进一步优选为7-20%。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述表面活性剂C为特乙胺油酸酯、乙二胺油酸脂、三乙醇胺油酸皂中的一种或多种。
所述表面活性剂B为长链羧酸酯聚氧乙烯-18;
所述表面活性剂C为特乙胺油酸酯。
在上述优选的组合下,所得清洁剂能够更有效地去除蜡质油污,且低泡性更好。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述清洁剂中还含有碱性助剂,所述碱性助剂中氧元素含量占所述清洁剂的重量百分比为20-50%;所述碱性助剂为碳酸钠、碳酸钾、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸氢钠、硅酸钠中的一种或多种。
碱性助剂具有皂化油脂的能力,本发明的碱性助剂用量较常规偏多,这样做的目的是碱性助剂中的OH-与油脂发生皂化反应生成可溶于水的脂肪酸盐而去除油脂污垢。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述清洁剂中还含有1-20%的氧化剂,所述氧化剂选自碱金属和碱土金属过氧化物、过氧化氢、过氧酸盐和有机过氧化物中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述清洁剂中还含有0.1-30%的聚合物,所述聚合物选自分子结构中包含羧基、烷基、磺酸基、氨基、羟基中至少一种基团的均聚/共聚高分子化合物,其分子量在500-10000之间。聚合物具有分散污渍、抗再沉积作用。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述清洁剂中还含有0.1-40%的氨基酸衍生物螯合剂,所述氨基酸衍生物螯合剂包含甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、谷氨酸二乙酸、N,N-二羧酸氨基-2-羟基丙烷基磺酸、3-羟基-2,2’-亚氨酸二琥珀酸及其碱金属盐或铵盐中的一种或多种。
螯合剂可以螯合钙离子、镁离子,抗水垢沉积,本发明选用氨基酸衍生物螯合剂是因为自动洗碗机洗涤剂不仅需要应对不同硬度的硬水,还必须具有环境友好的特点,在要求无磷,以及考虑EDTA与NTA对环境与人体的负面影响之下,氨基酸衍生物螯合剂毫无疑问成为了最佳的选择。从清洁机理角度来说,对于去除餐具油脂与各种污渍,必须要能有效地去除键结油脂与污渍的“钙键”。这方面氨基酸衍生物螯合剂是生物易降解的螯合剂中螯合“钙”能力最强的。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述清洁剂中还含有0.02-30%的酶制剂,所述酶制剂包含蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶、酯酶、纤维素酶、甘露聚糖酶、还原酶中的一种或多种。酶制剂具有催化作用,可定向分解污渍。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述清洁剂中还含有缓蚀剂、色素、消泡剂、pH调节剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、彩色颗粒、香精、填料中的一种或多种。
其中,消泡剂优选为聚硅氧烷消泡剂,包含二甲基硅氧烷、苯基硅氧烷、氨基封端硅氧烷中的一种或多种。
色素包含染料和颜料,可为本领域允许在洗涤产品中应用的所有色素,合适的例子如酸性大红G,碱性品红,酸性金黄G,酸性嫩黄G,碱性蛋黄,直接耐晒蓝B2RL,靛青等。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述清洁剂包括以下组分:
表面活性剂5-30%

本发明还提供一种洗碗机用洗碗凝珠,其包含上述任一所述清洁剂。
在本发明份具体实施例中,所述洗碗凝珠分为3个腔室,其中碱性助剂、氧化剂、生物螯氨基酸衍生物螯合剂、酶制剂、消泡剂、pH调节剂、彩色粒子、缓蚀剂、香精等在粉体腔中;表面活性剂A,香精,色素、抗菌剂在一个液体腔中;表面活性剂B,表面活性剂C,螯合剂,防腐剂,香精等在另一个液体腔中。
本发明实施例提供的洗碗机清洁剂,其制备方法为本领域常规方法。制作成洗碗凝珠时,将分属于各腔室的组分分别进行混合,然后采用制作凝珠的常规方法制成洗碗凝珠。
本发明的洗碗机清洁剂的使用方法是本领域技术人员所熟知的,典型的使用方法是将具体的清洁剂稀释在水中的方式,和被洗涤物件的表面接触,然后漂洗被洗涤物件的表面。优选地,被洗涤物件在上述接触步骤和漂洗步骤之间进行洗涤步骤。洗涤步骤包括但不限于擦洗和机械搅拌。所述洗涤剂组合物在水中浓度约为500ppm至10000ppm,水温优选为5℃至约60℃。水与被洗涤物件的比率优选为约1:1至约300:1。当然,本发明的清洁剂也可以根据洗碗机的具体操作说明中关于洗涤剂添加的描述部分进行使用。
下面将介绍具体实施例。
实施例1-4
实施例1-4分别提供一种洗碗机清洁剂,其配方组成如表1所示(表中为重量百分比,单位%),其制备方法为将各组分混合均匀。

注:Lutensol TO 5为巴斯夫公司异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5原料的商品牌号,LMEO-18为希马公司长链羧酸酯聚氧乙烯-18的商品牌号,Sokalan CP5是巴斯夫马丙共聚物的商品牌号。
对比例1-4
对比例1-4分别提供一种洗碗机清洁剂,其配方组成如表2所示,其制备方法同实施例。

产品性能测试
1、标准污渍的洗净力测试
评价方法:执行GB 38383-2019《洗碗机能效水效限定值及等级》,洗碗机型号:Miele-G1222SC标准洗碗机,清洁剂用量:13g。测试程序:EN/IEC,装载容量:12套。测试结果如下表所示。

结果表明,在多种不同的标准餐具上,对于标准污渍(黄油、菠菜、肉末、鸡蛋、燕麦粥、牛奶、红茶),实施例所得产品均有较好的洗净力。
2、口红的洗净力测试
采用标准洗涤程序进行口红的洗净力测试,结果如下表所示,洗后照片如图1所示(有残留的地方实际为红色),图中从左到右依次对应着实施例1-4、对比例1-4。

注:口红洗净值打分为1-5分:
1分---口红洗后无变化;2分---有大量口红残留;3分---有少量口红残留;
4分---有极少量口红残留;5分---无口红残留。
3、口红的洗净力测试
采用玻璃洗涤程序进行口红的洗净力测试,结果如下表所示,打分标准同标准洗涤程序,洗后照片如图2所示(有残留的地方实际为红色),图中从左到右依次对应着实施例1-4、对比例1-4。

由以上结果可知,本发明的洗碗机清洁剂,能够很好地去除口红等蜡质重油。其中表面活性剂A、表面活性剂B和表面活性剂C的复配比较关键,从实施例和对比例的对比可以看出,只有三者合理复配才能发挥更好的效果。尤其在用户使用较短时序时,能够一定程度上增强对口红等蜡质重油的洗涤能力。
最后应说明的是,以上实施方式仅用于说明本发明,而非对本发明的限制。尽管参照实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,对本发明的技术方案进行各种组合、修改或者等同替换,都不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。
Claims (10)
1.一种洗碗机清洁剂,其特征在于,所述清洁剂包含表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂包括表面活性剂A、表面活性剂B和表面活性剂C,所述表面活性剂A选自脂肪醇烷氧基化物中的一种或多种,其重量占所述表面活性剂的10-30%,所述表面活性剂B为长链羧酸酯聚氧乙烯-18,其重量占所述表面活性剂的20-40%,所述表面活性剂C选自胺基油酸脂中的一种或多种,其重量占所述表面活性剂的20-40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机清洁剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂在所述清洁剂中的重量百分比为5-30%。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的洗碗机清洁剂,其特征在于,所述清洁剂中还含有碱性助剂,所述碱性助剂中氧元素含量占所述清洁剂的重量百分比为20-50%;所述碱性助剂为碳酸钠、碳酸钾、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸氢钠、硅酸钠中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的洗碗机清洁剂,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,所述清洁剂中还含有1-20%的氧化剂,所述氧化剂选自碱金属和碱土金属过氧化物、过氧化氢、过氧酸盐和有机过氧化物中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的洗碗机清洁剂,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,所述清洁剂中还含有0.1-30%的聚合物,所述聚合物选自分子结构中包含羧基、烷基、磺酸基、氨基、羟基中至少一种基团的均聚/共聚高分子化合物,其分子量在500-10000之间。
8.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的洗碗机清洁剂,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,所述清洁剂中还含有0.1-40%的氨基酸衍生物螯合剂,所述氨基酸衍生物螯合剂包含甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、谷氨酸二乙酸、N,N-二羧酸氨基-2-羟基丙烷基磺酸、3-羟基-2,2’-亚氨酸二琥珀酸及其碱金属盐或铵盐中的一种或多种;
和/或,以重量百分比计,所述清洁剂中还含有0.02-30%的酶制剂,所述酶制剂包含蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶、酯酶、纤维素酶、甘露聚糖酶、还原酶中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的洗碗机清洁剂,其特征在于,所述清洁剂中还含有缓蚀剂、色素、香精、消泡剂、pH调节剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、彩色颗粒中的一种或多种。
10.一种洗碗机用洗碗凝珠,其特征在于,包含权利要求1-9任一项所述的清洁剂。
