背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,身体肥胖者增多,减肥瘦身需求量大。但很多人的减肥理念不科学,要么不吃,营养得不到补充,要么吃一些有负作用的减肥药,对身体带来损伤。现代饮食结构中,吃得越来越精细成了严重的问题,人们的膳食纤维摄入量严重不足。在消费升级的大背景下,消费者对饮食的需求,遵循越来越健康,越来越原生态的方向。素食代餐富含丰富的蛋白质、碳水化合物、膳食纤维(不可溶性纤维素与可溶性纤维素)以及微量元素、少量脂肪和零胆固醇等,这些都成为了素食代餐深受广大消费者青睐的价值诉求。因此,营养、健康、安全的素食代餐的开发具有很强的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目开发具有绿色安全的营养素食代餐,充分挖掘我国药食同源资源,发挥食物的“四性”“五味”的特点,通过绿色安全食疗,达到润肠通便消脂瘦身的作用,在胞腹的基础上通过其有效成分来达到消脂瘦身的目的。
为达到上述目的本发明采用的技术方案是:
(1)对燕麦、苹果粉(苹果酵素)、抗性糊精(Fibersol-2)、白芸豆、Danisco低聚半乳糖(益生元)、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽等食材的原料干燥,紫外灯灭菌,所有原料都采用粉碎机分别进行粉碎,并获得150目—200目的超微细粉;所述超微细粉溶解快,便于吸收,不粘口腔;
(2)按重量份的比例称取,超微粉进行充分混合后进行紫外灯灭菌;
(3)将步骤(2)中处理好的混合料在无菌条件下进行全密封装袋;
(4)将制备好的半成品按一定规格进行装盒、封口,总检后装箱入库。
本发明的使用办法:每天1袋,主餐后食用。将本品1袋倒入150ml左右凉水或温水,充分搅拌均匀待其乳化(约需要5分钟)后饮用。也可直接将本品倒入口中,随水吞服。
本发明的原理:采自天然药食同源植物,科学配伍,富含丰富的蛋白质、碳水化合物、膳食纤维以及微量元素、少量脂肪和零胆固醇等,在营养均衡、润肠通便、消脂瘦身的同时,避免因使用治疗复杂药物引起的其它毒副作用。
本发明所采用的原料的功效如下:
燕麦: 降低血压、降低胆固醇、防治大肠癌、防治心脏疾病的医疗价值和保健作用,已被古今中外医学界所公认。
苹果粉:以制作成苹果醋,以及调成糊状来美容都是比较好的,不仅可以保健还可以美容,而且对一些心脑血管疾病 ,还能起到预防和保健的功效。
抗性糊精(Fibersol-2): 抗性糊精血糖反应低,热量释放时间长,对控制体重有益,对肠道健康有益,耐受剂量高,除了简单地强化饮食的纤维含量外,对健康也有多方面的益处,抗性糊精耐热耐酸,易溶于液体中,且产生的黏度较低。
白芸豆:我国古代医籍记载,味甘平,具有温中下气、利肠胃、止呃逆、益肾补元等功用,是一种滋补食疗佳品。芸豆还有镇静作用,对治疗虚寒呃逆、胃寒呕吐、跌打损伤、喘息咳嗽、腰痛、神经痛均有一定疗效。芸豆还是一种高钾低钠食品,很适合于心脏病、动脉硬化、高血脂和忌盐患者食用。现代医学分析,芸豆粒含有血球凝集素等多种球蛋白。
低聚半乳糖: 是一种具有天然属性的功能性低聚糖,其分子结构一般是在半乳糖或葡萄糖分子上连接1~7 个半乳糖基,即Gal-(Gal)n-Glc/Gal(n 为0-6)。在自然界中,动物的乳汁中存在微量的GOS,而人母乳中含量较多,婴儿体内的双歧杆菌菌群的建立很大程度上依赖母乳中的GOS 成分。是一种低分子量水溶性膳食纤维,黏度低,有较强的保湿性,不结合矿物质,口感清爽,热值较低,甜度仅为蔗糖的20%~40% ,对酸和热都有很强的稳定性,在180℃或pH为3的条件下也不会发生分解现象,且着色性高,水分保持能力强,无不良质构和风味,亦不被人体消化酶所消化,具有良好的双歧杆菌增殖活性。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面对本发明作进一步说明,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。

1.本发明属于一种膳纤饮固体饮料配方及其制备方法:其特征在于,制备该发明的原料为: 燕麦、苹果粉(苹果酵素)、抗性糊精(Fibersol-2)、白芸豆、Danisco低聚半乳糖(益生元)、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种膳纤饮固体饮料配方及其制备方法:其特征在于,进一步由燕麦7%、苹果粉(苹果酵素)30%、抗性糊精(Fibersol-2)40%、白芸豆3%、Danisco低聚半乳糖(益生元)1%、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽19%组成。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述一种膳纤饮固体饮料配方及其制备方法:其特征在于,其特征在于包含以下步骤:
(1)对燕麦7%、苹果粉(苹果酵素)30%、抗性糊精(Fibersol-2)40%、白芸豆3%、Danisco低聚半乳糖(益生元)1%、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽19%,原料干燥,紫外灯灭菌,所有原料都采用粉碎机分别进行粉碎,并获得150目—200目的超微细粉;所述超微细粉溶解快,便于吸收,不粘口腔;
(2)按重量份的比例称取,超微粉进行充分混合后进行紫外灯灭菌;
(3)将步骤(2)中处理好的混合料在无菌条件下进行全密封装袋;
(4)将制备好的半成品按一定规格进行装盒、封口,总检后装箱入库。
