Abstract

一种流体处理装置具有过滤器(4)和离心处理器,过滤器具有过滤件(5)和清理机构(12),此机构用以周期性地清理各过滤件,具有用以放出使用过而充有杂质的清理流体的管道(17),离心处理器具有与流体接受管道(28)连通的旋转壳体(37)。过滤件(5)和壳体(37)装在单个外壳(1A-1B)内而接受管道(28)直接与用以放出清理流体的管道(17)连接(29-30)。因此可取得紧凑而可靠的装置。

Description

用以通过过滤和离心作用处理流体的装置
已知的流体处理装置具有一过滤器和一离心处理器,过滤器具有一或多个过滤件和一用以周期性地清理各过滤件的机构,此机构具有用以周期性地隔离各过滤件的一部分过滤表面以便对其作逆流清理的旋转分配器和用于由这种清理产生、充有杂质的清理流体的放出管道,离心处理器具有旋转离心壳体,此壳体与清理流体接受管道连通。
在这种已知的处理装置内,离心处理器是与过滤器分开设置而通过位于所述两个处理和过滤器外部的管道与过滤器连接的。
这种处理装置很笨重,费用也大,而且会出现故障,特别对外部连接管道来说是这样。
本发明的目的是克服上述缺点,这是在将迄今一直分开设置的两个处理和过滤器装在单个外壳内连成一体的情况下取得的。
因此,在本发明中,一个或多个过滤件和离心壳体是装在单个外壳内的,而带有杂质的清理流体的放出管道是直接通入旋转壳体的接受管道的。
最好还采用以下有利的布置:
所述两个管道中的放出管道以其一端装在另一接受管道的一端内,而接受管道的另一端则固定在所述外壳上;
接受管道的所述另一端通过一螺栓固定在所述外壳上,此螺栓还堵住所述另一端;
离心壳体通过用于经离心处理流体的至少一个放出喷嘴与外壳内部连通,喷嘴的取向大体上垂直于通过所述离心壳体旋转轴线的半径而使从所述一个或多个放出喷嘴流出的流体所作用在外壳内流体上的反力转动所述离心壳体;
所述放出管道装在旋转分配器内;
用以接受经过滤器过滤件过滤的流体和经离心处理器处理的流体的两个接受室装在所述单个外壳内,所述两接受室通过流体密封隔壁彼此隔开。
本发明提供以下主要优点:处理装置紧凑、可靠、制造费用与现有结构相比较低。
通过以下对实施例所作说明会使本发明及其其他的特点和优点更加明显。
可以理解,说明和附图只是说明性的,不是限制性的。

流体处理装置如图所示具有装在单个外壳1内的过滤器和离心处理器,外壳由用螺栓组装的两个分体1A-1B构成。
装在外壳分体1A内的过滤器具有:
两个横置端壁2、3,其间装有一组4过滤件5每个过滤件形成带有两个滤网6的过滤盘9;
一中轴线7;
彼此对齐的孔8,具有相同的直径,共用轴线7,每孔属于一个过滤盘9,与衬套11的筒形外表面10作紧密接触,衬套具有共用轴线7的孔15;
一中部流体分配器12,绕轴线7作旋转安装。与中壁2内的孔13作紧密接触,所述中壁本身与外壳分体1A-1B作紧密组装;
-U形截面段14,位于流体分配器12内,其周边16与衬套11的孔15作紧密贴靠,与流体分配器12内的放出管道17连通,共用轴线7;
一传动叉18,位于流体分配器12上与中壁2轴向相对的一端;
一用以接受经过滤流体的接受室19,位于外壳分体1A的内部,内装过滤件5组4,装有用于放出经过滤流体的管接头20;
一接受室21,用以接受需过滤的污染流体,装有用以接受需过滤流体的接受管接头22;
一马达23,在具体示例中为一液压马达,用以转动流体分配器12,固定在外壳分体1A上,装有与叉18作操作连接的传动件24以便转动流体分配器12。
各过滤件5具有若干成角度的扇形体41,在图2所示实施例中共有12个,用以通过衬套11上和带孔8壁体上的孔25使有关扇形体上两滤网6部分所形成的内部空间27与流体分配器12上U形截面段14内的管道26连通而通向放出管道17,此管道在流体分配器12上与壁2对置的一端是封闭的。
离心处理器装在外壳分体1B内而具有:
一中部接受管道28,用以接受需离心处理的流体,其一端29由一装在放出管道17开口端30(非封闭端)内的端接头构成,其另一端31是由用以装入封口螺栓32的阴螺纹构成;螺栓32本身构成拧入34横置端板35内的螺塞33端部,端板在外壳分体1B内用以形成接受经离心处理流体的腔室36,此腔室与接受经过滤流体的腔室19通过中壁2彼此隔开;
一离心壳体37,通过构成光滑轴承的圆环绕轴线7作旋转安装,轴线7同时是接受管道28及其外表面28A的轴线,所述管道因此也成为离心壳体37的旋转轴;
孔38,用以使接受管道28与壳体37内部39连通。
一垂直于轴线7的横置底部40构成离心壳体37上与横壁2对置的部分。所述离心壳体37除通过两个放出喷嘴43与用以接受经离心处理流体的接受室36连通外整个地与此接受室隔离,两放出喷嘴大体上沿直径对置,其放出孔大体上垂直于一经过轴线7的直径而朝向相反的方向。
现对处理装置的操作说明如下。
使需处理的流体进入接受室21并充满除各过滤件中在U形截面段14将某扇形体41与其他扇形体41暂时隔离时该扇形体的内部空间外各过滤件5的所有其他扇形体内部空间27,U形截面段本身与通道26连通。
进入所述空间27的需过滤的流体流经所述扇形体的滤网6,使流体中所含杂质积存在其内表面上而使经滤除杂质的流体进入用以接受经过滤流体的接受室19以便重新使用。
与此相反,对其他只与通道17连通的过滤件扇形体41来说,腔室19内经过滤流体的压力使部分所述流体流经滤网6的相应部分而使积存在滤网内表面上的杂质周期性地从此表面上脱离并进入放出管道17。马达23的作用是使分配器12步进式地依次转向各扇形体41,使各过滤件的各成角度的扇形体41周期性地位于与放出管道17连通的位置上。
所述充有杂质的流体通过放出管道17和接受管道28直接通向离心壳体37,进入其中39而在壳体内通过离心作用将其杂质清除出去。净化的流体通过喷嘴43流出壳体37而进入腔室36,再从腔室通过外壳分体1B上的放出管接头44通向使用设备。
应该看出,离心壳体37的旋转是由通过喷嘴43的管道42从壳体37内部39流出的流体作用在壳体37内流体上的反力产生的。这种反力作用足以使离心壳体作转速约为6000rpm的旋转而有效地产生离心作用。作为提示,马达23的转速约为2-3rpm。
所述实施例的优点是:装置紧凑而轻;由于免去了所述外部管道也就消除了位于过滤器和离心处理器之间外部管道的任何泄漏;由于免去了这些管道也就消除了外部管道破裂的危险;最后,装置的制造费用降低了。
可以理解,本发明不受限于装有用作过滤件的盘体的实施例而可采用任何其他的过滤器,如装有圆筒形滤网的过滤器。马达23最好采用液压马达,但作为一种变型也可采用任何一种马达如电动马达。最后,至少应设置一个喷嘴43,但最好采用成双数的沿直径对置的喷嘴。
本发明可用于柴油机滑油的处理,甚至也可用于柴油机某些燃油的净化。
本发明不受所述实施例的限制,相反,本发明覆盖任何对本发明作出而不脱离其范围和实质的变型。

Claims (6)

1.一种用以处理流体的处理装置,具有一过滤器(4),过滤器具有一或多个过滤件(5)和一用以周期性地清理各过滤件的机构,此机构具有一旋转分配器(12-14)和一放出管道(17),分配器周期性地隔离各过滤件的一部分过滤表面以便对其作逆流清理,放出管道用于由这种清理产生的充有杂质的清理流体,所述处理装置还具有一离心处理器,此处理器具有一旋转离心壳体(37),此壳体与一用以接受所述清理流体的接受管道(28)连接,
其特征是:一或多个过滤件(5)和离心壳体(37)装在一单个外壳(1A-1B)内,用以接受清理流体的接受管道(28)则直接与放出管道(17)连接(29-30)。
2.按权利要求1所述处理装置,其特征是:放出管道和接受管道中之一(28)的一端(29)装在所述两管道中另一管道(17)的一端(30)内,接受管道(28)的另一端(31)则固定在(33-34)所述单个外壳(1A-1B)上。
3.按权利要求2所述处理装置,其特征是:接受管道的所述另一端(31)通过一螺栓(33)固定在所述外壳上,此螺栓还堵住(32)所述另一端。
4.按权利要求1-3中任一项所述处理装置,其特征是:离心壳体(37)通过至少一个用于经离心处理流体的放出喷嘴(43)与外壳(1A-1B)的内部(36)连通,此喷嘴的取向大体上垂直于一通过所述离心壳体(37)旋转轴线(7)的半径而使所述离心壳体在从一或多个放出喷嘴(43)流出的流体对外壳内流体的反作用力驱动下旋转。
5.按权利要求1-4中任一项所述处理装置,其特征是:所述放出管道(17)装在旋转分配器(12)内。
6.按权利要求1-5中任一项所述处理装置,其特征是:用以接受经过滤器过滤件过滤的流体和经离心处理器处理的流体的腔室(19、36)装在所述单个外壳(1A-1B)内,所述腔室是用一密闭的隔壁(2)彼此隔开的。
