Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.フィルター(4)を備えた液体を処理するための処理アセンブリであって、 該フィルターが1または2以上の濾過要素(5)と、それぞれの濾過要素を周期 的に洗浄するための洗浄デバイスとらなり、該洗浄デバイスが、一方で逆流洗浄 をさせるためにそれぞれの濾過要素の濾過面の一部を周期的に単離する回転分配 器(12、13、14)と、他方で洗浄から生じる不純物によって充填された洗 浄液体のための排出導管(17)とを含み、当該処理アセンブリが、洗浄液体を 流入するための流入導管(28)に連結されたロータリー遠心分離エンクロージ ャ(37)を備えた遠心分離処理デバイスをさらに有し、 前記濾過要素(5)および遠心分離エンクロージャ(37)が1つのケーシン グ(1A、1B)内に含まれており、洗浄液体を流入させるための前記流入導管 が洗浄液体を排出するための排出導管に直接接続されてなる(29、30) ことを特徴とする処理アセンブリ。 2.前記排出および流入導管の1つ(28)の一端(29)が、該2つの導管の 他の1つ(17)の一端(30)に取りつけられ、流入導管(28)の他端(3 1)が前記1つのケーシング(1A、1B)に固定されてなることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1項記載の処理アセンブリ。 3.前記流入導管の他端(31)が、この他端をさらに塞ぐ(32)ボルト(3 3)によって前記ケーシング に固定されてなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項記載の処理アセンブリ。 4.前記遠心分離エンクロージャ(37)が、遠心分離された液体のための少な くとも1つの出口ノズル(43)によってケーシング(1A、1B)の内部(3 6)と連通し、該ノズルが、遠心分離エンクロージャがケーシング内に含まれた 液体について出口ノズル(43)の外に出てくる液体の反動による回転によって 駆動されるように、遠心分離エンクロージャ(37)の回転軸を通る半径に大し て実質的に直角になるように傾斜されてなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 記載の処理アセンブリ。 5.前記排出導管(17)が回転分配器(12)内に設けられてなることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項、第2項、第3項または第4項記載の処理アセンブリ。 6.前記フィルターの濾過要素によって濾過された液体と、遠心分離処理デバイ スによって処理された液体(36)を受け入れるためのチャンバが1つのケーシ ング(1A、1B)内に設けられ、該チャンバが液密隔壁(2)によってたがい に分離されてなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項、第2項、第3項、第4項 または第5項記載の処理アセンブリ。
