Abstract

一种自动和选择性地将文本存贮到传真系统存贮器中的方法,包括如下步骤:当输入了接收到存贮器功能键入时,登记预定复印传送源的电话号;当接收数据时,检查是否选择了自动数据存贮功能;当控制了自动数据存贮功能时,检测在非标准代码上装载的传送用户的电话号与在先登记的电话号是否相匹配;和将文本自动存贮到两个电话号相匹配的存贮器中。

Description

用于在存贮器中自动和有选择地 存贮传真文本的方法
本发明涉及一种传真机,特别是涉及到一种方法,在这种方法中,只有具有被正确授权代码的人才能进行更改和复印。
在具有接收存贮器的传统的传真设备中,当由于纸张太短或其它类似的故障而使打印机不能打印某个文本时,所述装置自动地将传送的内容存贮起来。存贮器被用于存贮各种目的的数据。系统只允许那些知道访问通行字的人复印所需文本,并加以保密。也可以使所述传真机重新传送所述文本给另一个预定的传真机,或者通过执行一个来自远方的轮询顺序远程请求一个文本。当使用电子邮政信箱时,两个可兼容运行的传真系统传送包括诸如非标准设备命令(NSC)或非标准设备(NSF)的非标准码的数据。并利用这些与复印相关的指令将文本存入到存贮器中。利用通行字的保护可以维持文本的保密性。在现有技术中,无论什么时候只要键输入单元上的接收到存贮器的键入是“ON”,那么就可以得传送的内容存贮到存贮器内。在这种模式下,所有传送的内容均被存入存贮器。为了使用非标准代码,传送和接收设备必须都是具有包括非标准代码在内的相同保护的非标准设备。其中,接收的所有数据都必须经过键入操作存入存贮器。而存贮在存贮器中的很多数据是不需要的,因而不能充分地利用存贮器。
因此,本发明的目的就是要提供一种方法,以使得传真机能够兼容地和有选择地在存贮器中存贮所传送的内容。
本发明的方法就是要在传真机的存贮器中自动地和有选择性地存贮所传输的内容。该方法包括如下步骤:当输入了一个接收到存贮器功能设定键时,登记预定另一端的电话号和通行字,当传真机接收到了数据时,确定是否选择了自动数据存贮功能;确定在非标准代码上装载的电话号是否与在前登记的电话号相同;自动将文本存入两个电话号码匹配的存贮器中。
图1的方框图示出了一个传统的传真机;
图2的流程图示出了根据本发明的接收到存贮器功能的设置;
图3的流程图示出了根据本发明自动和有选择地传送给存贮器的数据。
下面参照附图描述本发明。
如图1所示,中央处理单元(CPU)20包括一个只读存贮器和一个随机存取存贮器,并根据预定程序对系统进行控制。存贮器60在CPU20的控制下存贮通行字,与自动存贮器存贮相关的传真号表以及文本。为了输入各种命令,键输入单元10具有多个诸如延时键和功能设定键等的键。扫描器50扫描文本并将图象转换成数字图象数据,然后传送给CPU20。调制介解器30根据CPU20的控制将CPU的输出调制成模拟数据,和将模拟数据介调成数字数据。在CPU20的控制下,网络控制单元(NCU)40形成一个电话线回路和CPU20与电话线的接口。打印机70根据CPU的控制信号打印所接收的文本。
如图2所示,通过下述步骤设定接收到存贮器的功能:登记必须被输入给存贮在存贮器中文本的授权打印的通行字,和登记将要发出文本的传真号。
如图3所示,通过将被装载在非标准代码上传送的用户电话号码与另一端预选电话号码的一个表相比较,本发明决定是打印文本还是将该文本存贮到存贮器中。由预选传真端发出的文本被自动存贮到存贮器中。
下面详细解释图1和图2、图3的流程图。
首先,下述步骤描述了登记通行字和传送用户电话号以便在存贮器中自动和选择性地存贮文本的过程。在步骤210,CPU20检测是否选择了来自键输入单元10的接收到存贮器功能的键入。当选择了自动接收到存贮器功能键入时,在步骤220,存贮器60在CPU20的控制下存贮由用户输入的复印授权通行字。在步骤230,CPU20将预定的另一个传真传送内容的电话号存贮到存贮器中。然后,在步骤240,CPU20检测是否还存在有其它的需要存贮的电话号;当还有其它的电话号需要存贮时,从步骤240返回到步骤230。否则程序结束。
当接收到传真传送时,CPU20接收诸如非标准建立(NSS)的非标准代码,并根据协议的一般处理传送用户识别符(TSI)和数字命令信号(DCS)。传送用户的电话号装载在TSI上。如图3所示,CPU20在通行字和特别传送用户的电话号被如上所述的进行了登记以后检查在步骤230是否选择了自动接收到存贮器功能。在没有选择自动接收到存贮器功能的情况下,在步骤360,CPU20将文本数据传送给打印机。当选择了自动接收到存贮器功能时,在步骤330,CPU20检索传送用户电话号表,以执行自动接收到存贮器功能。CPU20在步骤340检查在TSI上装载的传真传送号与在被读出的自动接收表上列表的号是否匹配。如果不匹配,在步骤360,CPU20执行利用打印机70复印文本所需的一个过程。另外,当传送号与自动接收号的表相匹配时,CPU20在步骤350执行一个在存贮器中存贮文本所需的过程。在步骤370,CPU检查是否通过键输入单元10输入了通行字。如果输入了通行字,在步骤380,CPU20将这个输入的通行字与预先存贮在存贮器60中的通行字进行比较。当两个通行字彼此匹配时,CPU20传送一个控制信号给打印机70以打印出存贮在存贮器60中的文本,然后程序结束。
如上所述,本发明使一个传真系统和所有其它传真系统相兼容,借此以能自动地将数据存贮到存贮器中,而不必考虑其它传真系统的类型。本发明提供了一个自动方法,用于选择性地将文本存贮到具有文本存贮器的传真系统的存贮器中。在所存贮的文本可以被复印之前,本发明需要通行字授权。
因此,应当理解,本发明并不受限于这里作为执行本发明的最佳实施例所披露的特定实施例,也不受限于除了权利要求书所规定内容以外的在说明书中所披露的特殊实施例。

Claims (2)

1.一种自动和选择性地将文本存贮到传真系统存贮器中的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
当输入了接收到存贮器功能设定键入时,登记预定传真传送源的电话号;
当接收数据时,检查是否选择了自动数据存贮功能;
当选择了自动数据存贮功能时,检测装载在非标准代码上的传送用户的电话号码是否与在先登记的电话号相匹配;和
自动将文本贮存到两个电话号相匹配的存贮器中。
2.一种自动和选择性地将文本存贮到传真系统存贮器中的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
当输入了接收到存贮器功能设定键入时,预定传真传送源的电话号;
当接收数据时,检查是否选择了自动数据存贮功能;
当选择了自动数据存贮功能时,检测在非标准代码上装载的传送用户的电话号与在先登记的电话号是否相匹配;和
自动将文本存贮到两个电话号相匹配的存贮器中;
检测已经登记的通行字是否与将文本自动存贮到一个存贮器之后的一个输入相匹配;和
在所述通行字针对存贮器中的通行字进行验证之后打印所述文本。
