所述无纺布为热风无纺布。普通湿巾常用的无纺布多为水刺无纺布,而水刺无纺布大多数是由粘胶纤维和涤纶材料生产的,这两种材料易于被含氯液体氧化,一方面导致无纺布本身腐烂,另一方面也会导致湿巾液体有效成分含量下降,稳定性变差。而针刺无纺布一般吸水性较差,克重一般在80克以上,纤维较粗,手感较粗糙,不适宜用作湿巾。
进一步的,所述次氯酸钠水溶液中有效氯浓度为10%-20%。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的一种或多种的混合物。
进一步的,所述络合剂为磷酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、硅酸钠的一种或多种的混合物。
进一步的,所述缓蚀剂为葡萄糖酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、水杨酸钠和多元醇磷酸酯类缓蚀剂的一种或多种的混合物。
本发明的另一方面提供了一种高水平消毒湿巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,含氯消毒湿巾生产用液的制备:
(1) 按照上述的重量份分别称取RO纯化水、次氯酸钠水溶液、络合剂和缓蚀剂;
(2) 用30 ℃-40 ℃的RO纯化水溶解所述络合剂,得到第一混合液;
(3) 向上述第一混合液中加入缓蚀剂、并搅拌均匀,整个过程温度保持在30 ℃-40 ℃之间,得到第二混合液;
(4) 向上述第二混合液中加入次氯酸钠水溶液,恒温30 ℃-40 ℃反应2个小时,降温至室温,再加入表面活性剂、并搅拌均匀,即得到所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液;
S2,消毒湿巾的制备:
将S1中制备获得的含氯消毒湿巾生产用液,与裁剪好的无纺布按照重量3.5:1的比例密封包装,即得到所述高水平消毒湿巾。
进一步的,所述无纺布的规格采用26 cm×18 cm,克重选择在30 g/m2~45 g/m2之间。
本发明相比现有技术的的优点和有益效果是:
1、本发明所述高水平消毒湿巾,通过调整含氯消毒湿巾生产用液的原料组成及配比,使含氯液体中的氯离子以一种比较稳定的络合状态存在,并筛选合适的无纺布,生产无纺布所用的材料为稳定性较好的惰性材料,降低消毒湿巾中有效氯分解、保证其稳定性,有效解决了现有含氯消毒湿巾稳定性差的问题,所述高水平消毒湿巾的稳定性达到24个月;
2、本发明使用最常用且最有效的含氯成分作为杀菌剂,具有很强的氧化能力,杀菌谱广,可有效杀灭各种细菌繁殖体、真菌、结核杆菌、各种病毒和细菌芽孢,达到高效消毒水平,具体来说,利用本发明所述高水平消毒湿巾对物品的表面擦拭消毒,可杀灭肠道致病菌、化脓性球菌、致病性酵母菌、医院感染常见菌、分枝杆菌和细菌芽孢,并可灭活病毒;
3、本发明所述高水平消毒湿巾中使用的缓蚀剂,降低有效氯对金属材质和非金属材质的腐蚀性,提高与物体表面材质兼容性;具体的,所述高水平消毒湿巾对不锈钢、铜、碳钢无腐蚀,对金属铝为轻度腐蚀;
4、本发明所述高水平消毒湿巾中使用的表面活性剂,能快速润湿物体表面,降低表面张力,使消毒液全面接触物体表面,提高消毒效果,同时有效去除物体表面的污渍,起到清洁消毒二合一的效果。
具体实施方式
在以下实施例中,在没有特别说明的情况下,涉及到的原料和实验仪器均为市售品。
原料,见表1:
以下实施例涉及的性能检测方法如下。
1、理化指标
参照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)、GB/T 27728-2011《湿巾》和T/WSJD 001-2019《载体消毒剂卫生要求》标准要求进行检测。
2、微生物指标
参照GB 15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》进行检测。
3、杀灭微生物指标
参照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)和T/WSJD 001-2019《载体消毒剂卫生要求》标准要求进行检测。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
本实施例提供了一种高水平消毒湿巾,由含氯消毒湿巾生产用液和无纺布组成,所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液包括以下各重量份的组分:
RO纯化水                      93
次氯酸钠水溶液                5
络合剂-磷酸钠                 1
缓蚀剂-三聚磷酸钠             0.5
表面活性剂-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚   0.5。
所述高水平消毒湿巾的制备方法为:
S1,含氯消毒湿巾生产用液的制备:
(1) 按照上述的重量份分别称取RO纯化水、次氯酸钠水溶液、络合剂和缓蚀剂;
(2) 用30 ℃-40 ℃的RO纯化水溶解络合剂-磷酸钠,获得第一混合液;
(3) 向上述第一混合液中加入缓蚀剂-三聚磷酸钠,搅拌均匀至完全溶解,获得第二混合液;
(4) 向上述第二混合液中加入次氯酸钠水溶液(有效氯含量为10%),恒温30 ℃-40 ℃反应2个小时,降至室温,再加入表面活性剂-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、并搅拌均匀,即得到含氯消毒湿巾生产用液。
S2,消毒湿巾的制备:
将S1中获得的含氯消毒湿巾生产用液,与裁剪好的克重30 g/m2热风无纺布,规格26 cm×18 cm,按照液体量3.5倍的比例添加所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液,密封包装,即得到所述高水平消毒湿巾。
实施例2:
本实施例提供了一种高水平消毒湿巾,由含氯消毒湿巾生产用液和无纺布组成,所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液包括以下各重量份的组分:
RO纯化水                      92
次氯酸钠水溶液                5
络合剂-磷酸氢二钠             1
络合剂-硅酸钠                 0.5
缓蚀剂-三聚磷酸钠             0.5
表面活性剂-烷基糖苷           0.5
表面活性剂-十二烷基苯磺酸钠   0.5。
所述高水平消毒湿巾的制备方法为:
S1,参照实施例1所述步骤制备含氯消毒湿巾生产用液。
S2,消毒湿巾的制备,
将S1中获得的含氯消毒湿巾生产用液降温至室温,与裁剪好的克重35 g/m2热风无纺布,规格26 cm×18 cm,按照液体量3.5倍的比例添加所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液,密封包装,即得到所述高水平消毒湿巾。
实施例3:
本实施例提供了一种高水平消毒湿巾,由含氯消毒湿巾生产用液和无纺布组成,所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液包括以下各重量份的组分:
RO纯化水                      87.5
次氯酸钠水溶液                6
络合剂-磷酸钠                 1
络合剂-硅酸钠                 1
缓蚀剂-葡萄糖酸钠             0.5
缓蚀剂-三聚磷酸钠             0.5
缓蚀剂-水杨酸钠               0.5
表面活性剂-烷基糖苷           1
表面活性剂-十二烷基苯磺酸钠   2。
所述高水平消毒湿巾的制备方法为:
S1,参照实施例1所述步骤制备含氯消毒湿巾生产用液。
S2,消毒湿巾的制备,
将S1中获得的含氯消毒湿巾生产用液降温至室温,与裁剪好的克重45 g/m2热风无纺布,规格26 cm×18 cm,按照液体量3.5倍的比例添加所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液,密封包装,即得到所述高水平消毒湿巾。
实施例4:
本实施例提供了一种高水平消毒湿巾,由含氯消毒湿巾生产用液和无纺布组成,所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液包括以下各重量份的组分:
RO纯化水                      88
次氯酸钠水溶液                6
络合剂-磷酸钠                 1
络合剂-磷酸二氢钠             1
缓蚀剂-葡萄糖酸钠             1
缓蚀剂-三聚磷酸钠             1
表面活性剂-烷基糖苷           1
表面活性剂-十二烷基苯磺酸钠   1。
所述高水平消毒湿巾的制备方法为:
S1,参照实施例1所述步骤制备含氯消毒湿巾生产用液。
S2,消毒湿巾的制备,
将S1中获得的含氯消毒湿巾生产用液降温至室温,与裁剪好的克重40 g/m2热风无纺布,规格26 cm×18 cm,按照液体量3.5倍的比例添加所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液,密封包装,即得到所述高水平消毒湿巾。
对比例1:
为研究无纺布材料对消毒湿巾稳定性的影响,本对比例提供了一种消毒湿巾,由含氯消毒湿巾生产用液和无纺布组成,所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液参照实施例1制备。
区别在于,本对比例选用的无纺布为水刺无纺布。水刺无纺布浸润于含氯消毒湿巾生产用液中约0.5 h,即出现无纺布纤维韧性严重下降,轻微拉伸就出现撕裂损坏的情况,不能用作消毒湿巾使用。这可能是水刺无纺布中的粘胶纤维与含氯消毒湿巾生产用液发生反应所致。
对比例2:
为研究络合剂对消毒湿巾稳定性的影响,本对比例参照实施例3所述组分和方法制备了一种消毒湿巾,区别在于,其中不添加络合剂-磷酸钠、硅酸钠。
所述消毒湿巾由含氯消毒湿巾生产用液和无纺布组成,含氯消毒湿巾生产用液包括以下各重量份的组分:
RO纯化水                      89.5
次氯酸钠水溶液                6
缓蚀剂-葡萄糖酸钠             0.5
缓蚀剂-三聚磷酸钠             0.5
缓蚀剂-水杨酸钠               0.5
表面活性剂-烷基糖苷           1
表面活性剂-十二烷基苯磺酸钠   2。
所述消毒湿巾的制备方法为:
S1,含氯消毒湿巾生产用液的制备:
(1) 按照上述的重量份分别称取RO纯化水、次氯酸钠水溶液和缓蚀剂;
(2) 用30 ℃-40 ℃的RO纯化水溶解缓蚀剂-葡萄糖酸钠、三聚磷酸钠,搅拌均匀至完全溶解,获得混合液;
(3) 向上述混合液中加入次氯酸钠水溶液(有效氯含量为15%),恒温30 ℃-40 ℃反应2个小时,降至室温,再加入表面活性剂-烷基糖苷和十二烷基苯磺酸钠、并搅拌均匀,即得到含氯消毒湿巾生产用液。
S2,消毒湿巾的制备:
将S1中获得的含氯消毒湿巾生产用液,与裁剪好的克重45 g/m2热风无纺布,规格26 cm×18 cm,按照液体量3.5倍的比例添加所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液,密封包装,即得到所述消毒湿巾。
对比例3:
为研究缓蚀剂对消毒湿巾稳定性的影响,本对比例参照实施例3所述组分和方法制备了一种消毒湿巾,区别在于,其中不添加缓蚀剂-葡萄糖酸钠、三聚磷酸钠和水杨酸钠。
所述消毒湿巾由含氯消毒湿巾生产用液和无纺布组成,所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液包括以下各重量份的组分:
RO纯化水                      89
次氯酸钠水溶液                6
络合剂-磷酸钠                 1
络合剂-硅酸钠                 1
表面活性剂-烷基糖苷           1
表面活性剂-十二烷基苯磺酸钠   2。
所述高水平消毒湿巾的制备方法为:
S1,含氯消毒湿巾生产用液的制备:
(1) 按照上述的重量份分别称取RO纯化水、次氯酸钠水溶液和络合剂;
(2) 用30 ℃-40 ℃的RO纯化水溶解络合剂-磷酸钠和硅酸钠,获得第一混合液;
(3) 向上述第一混合液中加入次氯酸钠水溶液(有效氯含量为20%),恒温30 ℃-40 ℃反应2个小时,降至室温,再加入表面活性剂-烷基糖苷和十二烷基苯磺酸钠、并搅拌均匀,即得到含氯消毒湿巾生产用液。
S2,消毒湿巾的制备:
将S1中获得的含氯消毒湿巾生产用液,与裁剪好的克重45 g/m2热风无纺布,规格26 cm×18 cm,按照液体量3.5倍的比例添加所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液,密封包装,即得到所述消毒湿巾。
测试例:
本测试例采用上述检测方法对各实施例及对比例制备得到的高水平消毒湿巾、消毒湿巾进行了性能检测。结果如下。
1、理化指标
实施例1~4制备获得的高水平消毒湿巾,符合T/WSJD 001 载体消毒剂卫生要求和GB/T 36758-2018 含氯消毒剂卫生要求,具体见表2
2、微生物指标
实施例1~4制备获得的高水平消毒湿巾以及对比例2、3制备得到的消毒湿巾,微生物检测指标符合T/WSJD 001 载体消毒剂卫生要求,具体见表3
3、杀灭微生物指标
实施例1~4制备获得的高水平消毒湿巾的杀菌效果,符合T/WSJD 001 载体消毒剂卫生要求、GB 27952普通物体表面消毒剂通用要求,对微生物的杀灭效果具体见表4
对比例2,由于缺少络合剂,与其他4个实施例相比,产品稳定性下降,有效期只能达到12个月,其他技术指标符合相关标准要求。
对比例3,由于缺少缓释剂,与其他4个实施例相比,对金属的腐蚀性增强,对不锈钢基本无腐蚀、对铝重度腐蚀、对铜和碳钢中度腐蚀,其他技术指标符合相关标准要求。
实施例1~4各项指标均符合标准要求,但对比外观性能,实施例3和4效果更优,原因是对金属的腐蚀性较小,而且更高克重的无纺布,可以吸附保存较多的液体,擦拭面积较大,保证杀菌效果,同时能提升临床使用感。
最后应说明的是,以上仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳布置方案对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种高水平消毒湿巾,其特征在于,所述消毒湿巾由含氯消毒湿巾生产用液和无纺布组成,所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液由以下各重量份的组分组成:
RO纯化水             87.5-93
次氯酸钠水溶液       5-6
表面活性剂           0.5-3
络合剂               0.5-2
缓蚀剂               0.5-2;
所述无纺布为热风无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高水平消毒湿巾,其特征在于,所述次氯酸钠水溶液中有效氯浓度为10%-20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高水平消毒湿巾,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的一种或多种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高水平消毒湿巾,其特征在于,所述络合剂为磷酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、硅酸钠的一种或多种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高水平消毒湿巾,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂为葡萄糖酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、水杨酸钠和多元醇磷酸酯类缓蚀剂的一种或多种的混合物。
6.一种如权利要求1~5任一项所述高水平消毒湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,含氯消毒湿巾生产用液的制备:
(1) 按照如权利要求1所述的重量份,分别称取RO纯化水、次氯酸钠水溶液、络合剂和缓蚀剂;
(2) 用30 ℃-40 ℃的RO纯化水溶解所述络合剂,得到第一混合液;
(3) 向上述第一混合液中加入缓蚀剂、并搅拌均匀,整个过程温度保持在30 ℃-40 ℃之间,得到第二混合液;
(4) 向上述第二混合液中加入次氯酸钠水溶液,恒温30 ℃-40 ℃反应2个小时,降温至室温,再加入表面活性剂、并搅拌均匀,即得到所述含氯消毒湿巾生产用液;
S2,消毒湿巾的制备:
将S1中制备获得的含氯消毒湿巾生产用液,与裁剪好的无纺布按照重量3.5:1的比例密封包装,即得到所述高水平消毒湿巾。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种如权利要求1~5任一项所述高水平消毒湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,所述无纺布的规格采用26 cm×18 cm,克重选择在30 g/m2~45 g/m2之间。
