技术领域
本发明涉及日化用品技术领域,具体的,涉及一种抑菌洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着居民生活水平的提高,随着社会和消费者对健康、清洁卫生越来越重视,对衣物的清洁不再是单纯的去污效果,更多的消费者在意洗衣用品能否达到杀菌消毒的效果。大众的防范意识会提高,从而使用产品的频率也会高,那么产品对于人体的安全系数是要放在第一位的。
目前市场的主要流通的抑菌洗衣液发挥抑菌消毒作用主要有两种形式,一种是以酒精为主的消毒产品,浓度在75%,这种产品的优势在于原料价格低,单品销售价格低。劣势在于,不便于流通,携带,不可喷洒于空气,衣物中,易燃,不建议与身体皮肤直接接触。第二种是以氯为核心的,二氧化氯、次氯酸等,浓度低偶尔使用没有问题,但是次氯酸长期使用浓度叠加的话,存在可能会致癌致畸型的风险。
发明内容
本发明提出一种抑菌洗衣液及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中的抑菌洗衣液存在安全性问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种抑菌洗衣液,按照重量份包括以下组分:去离子水100-120份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1-0.2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6-8份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠30-35份、磺酸1-5份、氢氧化钠8-12份、柠檬酸5-8份、特丁基对苯二酚1-2份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯10-20份、银离子抑菌剂0.01-0.05份、卡松0.1-0.3份、香精0.1-0.5份。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述洗衣液还包括藻酸丙二醇酯0.1-0.2份。

本发明还提出一种抑菌洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将特丁基对苯二酚加入蔗糖脂肪酸酯中进行乳化均质,得S1混合物;
S2、将乙二胺四乙酸二钠与去离子水搅拌混合的S2混合物;
S3、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、氢氧化钠加入S2混合物中搅拌均匀得S3混合物;
S4、将S1混合物与S3混合物搅拌均匀后再加入其他组分搅拌均匀,即得产品。
本发明按照所述制备方法制备得到的抑菌洗衣液。
本发明还提出所述抑菌洗衣液在衣物清洗中的应用。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明中添加银离子抑菌剂,目前是世界上唯一能够绿色健康代替氯来完成灭菌工作的一个成分,它的作用方式是直接转化成氧气和水。它属于过氧化氢的复合物,浓度基本上100ppm万分之一即可起效,目前是比较稳定、安全、温和的一种成分。所以是我们首选的成分。
2、本发明中添加特丁基对苯二酚一方面去污效果较好,另一方面还可以提高洗衣液的抑菌性,但是由于特丁基对苯二酚的油溶性,发明人通过无数次实验探究发现当使用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚进行乳化时,能够提高特丁基对苯二酚在体系中的溶解能力以及较好的稳定性,而两者比例必须在5%~10%之间,否则可能会导致稳定效果较差或者抑菌效果不能很好的发挥。
3、发明人采用藻酸丙二醇酯代替常规的增稠剂,并通过实验探究发现藻酸丙二醇酯能够在一定程度上发挥抑菌效果。

从表1和表2可以看出,对比例1中没有添加特丁基对苯二酚和蔗糖脂肪酸酯,对比例2中蔗糖脂肪酸酯替换为等量的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,得到的洗衣液杀菌、去污效果变差,发明人认为,这是由于特丁基对苯二酚能够有效对细菌和真菌的呼吸作用造成影响,从而起到较好的抑菌效果,另外特丁基对苯二酚是油溶性物质,这一特性能够对油污等同类物质起到较好的去除效果,但是正是因为其油溶性,在制备过程中难溶于水,如果不添加蔗糖脂肪酸酯而采用其他的表面活性剂代替,乳化效果较差,使得洗衣液的稳定性变差,从而导致杀菌去污效果较差。
实施例1~3中的抑菌效果也不如实施例4~6,对比例3中将藻酸丙二醇酯替换为羟乙基纤维素,虽然都是增稠剂但是发明人发现,藻酸丙二醇酯能够在一定程度上发挥抑菌效果,起到了意料不到的效果。
对比例4中蔗糖脂肪酸酯添加较少,导致乳化效果较差,洗衣液稳定性较差,而对比例5中蔗糖脂肪酸酯添加较多,虽然稳定性没有影响,但是过多的乳化剂导致特丁基对苯二酚无法发挥其抑菌效果,可见蔗糖脂肪酸酯过多或者过少都不能起到最佳的效果。

1.一种抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,按照重量份包括以下组分:去离子水100-120份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1-0.2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6-8份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠30-35份、磺酸1-5份、氢氧化钠8-12份、柠檬酸5-8份、特丁基对苯二酚1-2份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯10-20份、银离子抑菌剂0.01-0.05份、卡松0.1-0.3份、香精0.1-0.5份、藻酸丙二醇酯0.1-0.2份;
所述抑菌洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将特丁基对苯二酚加入蔗糖脂肪酸酯中进行乳化均质,得S1混合物;
S2、将乙二胺四乙酸二钠与去离子水搅拌混合的S2混合物;
S3、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、氢氧化钠加入S2混合物中搅拌均匀得S3混合物;
S4、将S1混合物与S3混合物搅拌均匀后再加入其他组分搅拌均匀,即得产品。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,按照重量份包括以下组分:去离子水105份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.16份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7.5份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠32份、磺酸4份、氢氧化钠8份、柠檬酸7份、特丁基对苯二酚1.5份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯18份、银离子抑菌剂0.02份、卡松0.2份、香精0.4份、藻酸丙二醇酯0.15份。
