本发明适用于日化用品领域,提供了一种抑菌洗衣液及其制备方法和应用,该抑菌洗衣液包括以下组分:去离子水、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氢氧化钠、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、增稠剂、聚丙烯酸钠、卡松、香精、电解银离子。本发明通过采用电解银离子作为抑菌成分,可制得具有温和、无毒、无刺激、广谱高效、抗菌持久、无耐药性以及能够显著减少臭味等特点的抑菌洗衣液。该抑菌洗衣液可替代市面上那些使用了对氯间二甲苯酚、三氯生、次氯酸钠、氯酚类、二苯脲类以及季铵盐类等的抑菌洗衣液,具有安全无毒而且高效抑菌的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于日化用品领域,尤其涉及一种抑菌洗衣液及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
洗涤剂是日常生活必需品之一,作为洗涤剂之一的洗衣液,由于其具有使用方便、溶解迅速、低温洗涤效果好和对织物及皮肤温和等优点,近几年来一直保持强势增长,市场产销量迅速上升,从而成为了洗涤剂发展的主要方向。随着人们生活的丰富,人们开始注重更加细微的东西,而含抑菌效果的洗衣液也成为了人们选择之一,有效的抑菌效果使人们穿着的衣服不仅更加舒适而且能较好减少衣服上细菌、真菌等的存在,减少人们患病的可能。
目前,国内大部分的抑菌洗衣液中的主要抑菌成分常用的有对氯间二甲苯酚、三氯生、次氯酸钠、氯酚类、二苯脲类以及季铵盐类等。其中,对氯间二甲苯酚、三氯生都是低毒的产品,甚至,据报道,三氯生会在水里和氢离子结合生产氯仿,有致癌的风险;次氯酸钠有很强的氧化腐蚀性,且极不稳定;氯酚类和二苯脲类,水溶性较差,使用复杂,抑菌效果较单一;季铵盐则不能和阴离子体系复配,不宜在洗涤产品中添加。
所以,尽管这类抑菌成分的杀菌抑菌能力较强,但是还是会给人带来一定的伤害或者效果单一而不被选择。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种抑菌洗衣液,旨在解决背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种抑菌洗衣液,其包括以下按照重量份计的组分:去离子水50~85份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01~0.5份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠5~20份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5~5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2~10份、氢氧化钠1~8份、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1~8份、增稠剂0.5~5份、聚丙烯酸钠0.5~5份、卡松0.01~0.3份、香精0.1~1份、电解银离子0.1~2份。
作为本发明实施例的一种优选方案,所述抑菌洗衣液包括以下按照重量份计的组分:去离子水60~75份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05~0.2份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠8~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1~3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4~8份、氢氧化钠2~5份、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱2~5份、增稠剂1~3份、聚丙烯酸钠1~3份、卡松0.05~0.1份、香精0.2~0.5份、电解银离子0.3~1份。
作为本发明实施例的另一种优选方案,所述电解银离子中银离子的浓度为40~60ppm。
作为本发明实施例的另一种优选方案,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠和/或羟乙基纤维素。
本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种上述的抑菌洗衣液的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
按照上述各组分的重量份,称取去离子水、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氢氧化钠、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、增稠剂、聚丙烯酸钠、卡松、香精、电解银离子;
往去离子水中添加乙二胺四乙酸二钠进行混合,得到混合物A;
将混合物A中添加氢氧化钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行混合,得到混合物B;
往混合物B中依次添加乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、增稠剂、聚丙烯酸钠进行混合,得到混合物C;
往混合物C中添加卡松、香精、电解银离子进行混合,得到所述抑菌洗衣液。
本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种上述制备方法制得的抑菌洗衣液。
本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种上述抑菌洗衣液在织物抑菌洗涤中的应用。
在本发明中,电解银离子属于非抗生素抑菌剂,温和、无毒、无刺激;可杀灭600多种细菌和病毒,MIC最低杀菌浓度0.03ppm,广谱高效、抗菌持久、无耐药性;显著减少臭味;直接添加到配方,可冷配。
本发明实施例通过采用电解银离子作为抑菌成分,可制得具有温和、无毒、无刺激、广谱高效、抗菌持久、无耐药性以及能够显著减少臭味等特点的抑菌洗衣液。该抑菌洗衣液可替代市面上那些使用了对氯间二甲苯酚、三氯生、次氯酸钠、氯酚类、二苯脲类以及季铵盐类等的抑菌洗衣液,具有安全无毒而且高效抑菌的优点。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
下述实施例中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所述试剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得。
实施例1
该实施例提供了一种抑菌洗衣液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取去离子水50g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5g、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES20g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 5g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10g、氢氧化钠8g、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB8g、增稠剂5g、聚丙烯酸钠5g、卡松0.3g、香精1g、电解银离子2g,备用;其中,增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠和羟乙基纤维素的等质量比混合物;电解银离子中银离子的浓度为40ppm。
S2、往上述称取的去离子水中添加乙二胺四乙酸二钠进行搅拌混合至溶解完全,得到混合物A。
S3、将上述混合物A中添加氢氧化钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行搅拌混合15min,得到混合物B。
S4、往上述混合物B中依次添加乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB、增稠剂、聚丙烯酸钠进行搅拌混合20min至各组分溶解完全,得到混合物C。
S5、往上述混合物C中添加卡松、香精、电解银离子进行搅拌混合均匀,即可得到抑菌洗衣液。
实施例2
该实施例提供了一种抑菌洗衣液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取去离子水85g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01g、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES 5g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 0.5g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2g、氢氧化钠1g、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB 1g、增稠剂0.5g、聚丙烯酸钠0.5g、卡松0.01g、香精0.1g、电解银离子0.1g,备用;其中,增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠和羟乙基纤维素的等质量比混合物;电解银离子中银离子的浓度为60ppm。
S2、往上述称取的去离子水中添加乙二胺四乙酸二钠进行搅拌混合至溶解完全,得到混合物A。
S3、将上述混合物A中添加氢氧化钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行搅拌混合15min,得到混合物B。
S4、往上述混合物B中依次添加乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB、增稠剂、聚丙烯酸钠进行搅拌混合20min至各组分溶解完全,得到混合物C。
S5、往上述混合物C中添加卡松、香精、电解银离子进行搅拌混合均匀,即可得到抑菌洗衣液。
实施例3
该实施例提供了一种抑菌洗衣液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取去离子水55g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.02g、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES 8g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 4g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3g、氢氧化钠2g、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB2g、增稠剂1g、聚丙烯酸钠1g、卡松0.2g、香精0.2g、电解银离子0.2g,备用;其中,增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素;电解银离子中银离子的浓度为55ppm。
S2、往上述称取的去离子水中添加乙二胺四乙酸二钠进行搅拌混合至溶解完全,得到混合物A。
S3、将上述混合物A中添加氢氧化钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行搅拌混合15min,得到混合物B。
S4、往上述混合物B中依次添加乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB、增稠剂、聚丙烯酸钠进行搅拌混合20min至各组分溶解完全,得到混合物C。
S5、往上述混合物C中添加卡松、香精、电解银离子进行搅拌混合均匀,即可得到抑菌洗衣液。
实施例4
该实施例提供了一种抑菌洗衣液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取去离子水80g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.4g、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES 18g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 0.8g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4g、氢氧化钠7g、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB 7g、增稠剂4g、聚丙烯酸钠1g、卡松0.3g、香精0.1g、电解银离子1.5g,备用;其中,增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素;电解银离子中银离子的浓度为45ppm。
S2、往上述称取的去离子水中添加乙二胺四乙酸二钠进行搅拌混合至溶解完全,得到混合物A。
S3、将上述混合物A中添加氢氧化钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行搅拌混合15min,得到混合物B。
S4、往上述混合物B中依次添加乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB、增稠剂、聚丙烯酸钠进行搅拌混合20min至各组分溶解完全,得到混合物C。
S5、往上述混合物C中添加卡松、香精、电解银离子进行搅拌混合均匀,即可得到抑菌洗衣液。
实施例5
该实施例提供了一种抑菌洗衣液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取去离子水60g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2g、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES 15g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 3g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8g、氢氧化钠5g、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB5g、增稠剂3g、聚丙烯酸钠3g、卡松0.1g、香精0.5g、电解银离子1g,备用;其中,增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠;电解银离子中银离子的浓度为50ppm。
S2、往上述称取的去离子水中添加乙二胺四乙酸二钠进行搅拌混合至溶解完全,得到混合物A。
S3、将上述混合物A中添加氢氧化钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行搅拌混合15min,得到混合物B。
S4、往上述混合物B中依次添加乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB、增稠剂、聚丙烯酸钠进行搅拌混合20min至各组分溶解完全,得到混合物C。
S5、往上述混合物C中添加卡松、香精、电解银离子进行搅拌混合均匀,即可得到抑菌洗衣液。
实施例6
该实施例提供了一种抑菌洗衣液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取去离子水75g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05g、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES 8g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 1g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4g、氢氧化钠2g、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB2g、增稠剂1g、聚丙烯酸钠1g、卡松0.05g、香精0.2g、电解银离子0.3g,备用;其中,增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠;电解银离子中银离子的浓度为50ppm。
S2、往上述称取的去离子水中添加乙二胺四乙酸二钠进行搅拌混合至溶解完全,得到混合物A。
S3、将上述混合物A中添加氢氧化钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行搅拌混合15min,得到混合物B。
S4、往上述混合物B中依次添加乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB、增稠剂、聚丙烯酸钠进行搅拌混合20min至各组分溶解完全,得到混合物C。
S5、往上述混合物C中添加卡松、香精、电解银离子进行搅拌混合均匀,即可得到抑菌洗衣液。
实施例7
该实施例提供了一种抑菌洗衣液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取去离子水70g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1g、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES 10g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 2g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠6g、氢氧化钠3.5g、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB 3.5g、增稠剂2g、聚丙烯酸钠2g、卡松0.08g、香精0.3g、电解银离子0.7g,备用;其中,增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠;电解银离子中银离子的浓度为50ppm。
S2、往上述称取的去离子水中添加乙二胺四乙酸二钠进行搅拌混合至溶解完全,得到混合物A。
S3、将上述混合物A中添加氢氧化钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行搅拌混合15min,得到混合物B。
S4、往上述混合物B中依次添加乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB、增稠剂、聚丙烯酸钠进行搅拌混合20min至各组分溶解完全,得到混合物C。
S5、往上述混合物C中添加卡松、香精、电解银离子进行搅拌混合均匀,即可得到抑菌洗衣液。
实施例8
该实施例提供了一种抑菌洗衣液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取去离子水74.6g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1g、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES 12g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 1.3g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5g、氢氧化钠2~5g、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB 2.3g、增稠剂2g、聚丙烯酸钠1g、卡松0.1g、香精0.2g、电解银离子0.4g,备用;其中,增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠;电解银离子中银离子的浓度为50ppm。
S2、往上述称取的去离子水中添加乙二胺四乙酸二钠进行搅拌混合至溶解完全,得到混合物A。
S3、将上述混合物A中添加氢氧化钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行搅拌混合15min,得到混合物B。
S4、往上述混合物B中依次添加乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠AES、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱CAB、增稠剂、聚丙烯酸钠进行搅拌混合20min至各组分溶解完全,得到混合物C。
S5、往上述混合物C中添加卡松、香精、电解银离子进行搅拌混合均匀,即可得到抑菌洗衣液。
实验例:
一、采用QBT 2738-2012日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法,采用去离子水代替磷酸缓冲溶液,加入电解银离子后5分钟进行测试,其测试结果如附图1所示。
从图1可以看到结果:原液5min:大肠杆菌灭菌率达到99.99%;原液5min:黑曲霉菌灭菌率达到73.89%。
二、采用QBT 2738-2012日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法,采用无菌去离子水代替磷酸缓冲溶液,在菌悬液中加入定量电解银离子(银离子浓度为50ppm),加入电解银离子后3小时进行测试,其测试结果如表1所示。

三、将上述实施例8制得的抑菌洗衣液按照1:100用PBS稀释后,再参照WS/T 650-2019的方法测试抑菌性,其测试结果如表2所示(其中,对照组为PBS溶液,试验组为上述实施例8制得的抑菌洗衣液按照1:100用PBS稀释后的溶液)。

由表2可清晰得出,电解银离子加入到抑菌洗衣液中,使得抑菌洗衣液对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌可以达到99%以上的抑菌率。
四、往现有的除臭剂中分别添加0.1%的三氯生和0.5%的电解银离子后,再进行除臭实验,其除臭效果如附图2所示。从图中可得,银离子与三氯生都能有除臭的功效,而且电解银离子的除臭效果和三氯生的基本接近。
综上,本发明在抑菌洗衣液中添加的电解银离子属于非抗生素抑菌剂,温和、无毒、无刺激;加量少就可抑制大部分的菌种生长,有着广谱、高效的抑菌效果,而且该电解银离子可直接添加,无需预分散和增溶等,而且可以冷配,减少能耗,降低成本。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (7)
1.一种抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,包括以下按照重量份计的组分:去离子水50~85份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01~0.5份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠5~20份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5~5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2~10份、氢氧化钠1~8份、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1~8份、增稠剂0.5~5份、聚丙烯酸钠0.5~5份、卡松0.01~0.3份、香精0.1~1份、电解银离子0.1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述抑菌洗衣液包括以下按照重量份计的组分:去离子水60~75份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05~0.2份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠8~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1~3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4~8份、氢氧化钠2~5份、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱2~5份、增稠剂1~3份、聚丙烯酸钠1~3份、卡松0.05~0.1份、香精0.2~0.5份、电解银离子0.3~1份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述电解银离子中银离子的浓度为40~60ppm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠和/或羟乙基纤维素。
5.一种如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的抑菌洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按照上述各组分的重量份,称取去离子水、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氢氧化钠、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、增稠剂、聚丙烯酸钠、卡松、香精、电解银离子;
往去离子水中添加乙二胺四乙酸二钠进行混合,得到混合物A;
将混合物A中添加氢氧化钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行混合,得到混合物B;
往混合物B中依次添加乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、增稠剂、聚丙烯酸钠进行混合,得到混合物C;
往混合物C中添加卡松、香精、电解银离子进行混合,得到所述抑菌洗衣液。
6.一种如权利要求5所述制备方法制得的抑菌洗衣液。
7.一种如权利要求1~4、6中任一项所述抑菌洗衣液在织物抑菌洗涤中的应用。
