本发明还提供了上述的油污湿巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将药液组分混合,升温至50~60℃,搅拌混合均匀,降温至30~40℃,制得药液;所述药液组分包括:芦荟提取物0.1~0.5份、表面活性剂10~20份、杀菌剂0.5~1份、透明质酸钠0.2~0.4份、甘油0.1~1份、丙二醇0.1~1份、丁二醇0.1~1份和水100份;
(2)将基材浸泡在所述药液中2~4小时。
本申请与现有技术相比,其详细说明如下:
本发明提供的药液组分包括芦荟提取物、表面活性剂、杀菌剂、九水偏硅酸钠、甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇;药液去油污能力佳,同时,还具有杀菌效果,且对人体没有危害,无副作用,使用感佳,不伤使用者的皮肤;本发明提供的去油污湿可用于去除厨房油污。
九水偏硅酸钠有良好的防腐性能,使油性污垢易溶,有抗油污再沉积的作用,作为助剂与表面活性剂共同作用,发挥去油污的作用,有效去除厨房油污。芦荟具有杀菌作用,能杀灭真菌、霉菌、细菌、病毒等病菌,抑制和消灭病原体的发育繁殖,消除炎症红肿;芦荟抗菌杀菌的病菌类有:白喉菌、破伤风菌、肺炎菌、乳酸菌、痢疾菌、大肠菌、黑死病菌、霍乱菌以及引发中耳炎、膀胱炎、化脓症、麻疹、狂犬病、小儿麻痹、流行性脑炎等疾病的病菌。同时,本发明药液组分采用了杀菌剂进行杀菌,使本发明提供的湿巾在去除油污的同时具有杀菌效果,适用于去除厨房油污。此外,芦荟具有保湿作用,提升湿巾的使用感,不伤使用者的皮肤。在此基础上甘油,丙二醇,丁二醇进行配伍使用,共同提供保湿体系,少量甘油的使用,在利用甘油吸湿性的同时,避免了甘油单独使用带来粘腻的使用感,丙二醇,丁二醇提供了清爽、爽滑的使用感,提升本发明提供的湿巾的使用感,对使用者的皮肤起保护作用,适用于直接适用去除厨房油污。
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱是一种极其温和的两性表面活性剂,对皮肤、眼黏膜无刺激、无过敏性反应,其泡沫稳定、细腻,能提高料体粘度,增稠效果明显;具有柔软性、杀菌性及抗静电性能;α-烯基磺酸钠是一种阴离子表面活性剂,具有优良的润湿性、去污力,良好的起泡力、泡沫稳定性、乳化力;具极强的钙造分散力,抗硬水能力;具有良好的生物降解性,且对皮肤温和;配伍性能好;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠一种阴离子表面活性剂,具有优良的去污、乳化、发泡性能和抗硬水性能,温和的洗涤性质不会损伤皮肤。由椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、α-烯基磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠组成的表面活性剂配伍性好,去除油污效果佳,且不损伤皮肤,适用于直接适用去除厨房油污。
对氯间二甲基苯酚是一种液体酚类消毒剂,相比传统酚类消毒剂的消毒效果更好,气味更轻,化学性质稳定,是一种广谱的防霉抗菌剂,对革兰氏阳性、阴性菌,真菌,霉菌都有杀灭功效;2,4,4'-三氯-2'-羟基二苯醚是一种广谱抗菌剂,能有效抑制大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,白色念珠菌,同时能够保护有益细菌;二氯异氰尿酸钠,是氧化性杀菌剂中杀菌最为广谱、高效、安全的消毒剂,可强力杀灭细菌芽孢、细菌繁殖体、真菌等各种致病性微生物。进一步的,本发明采用氯间二甲基苯酚、2,4,4'-三氯-2'-羟基二苯醚和二氯异氰尿酸钠作为杀菌剂组分,共同发现杀菌作用,进一步提高了本发明提供的湿巾的杀菌的功效,且对人体没有危害,无副作用,适用于去除厨房油污。
进一步,本发明提供的湿巾基材为珍珠无纺布,表面设有珍珠形半球状凸起部的无纺布面料,表面粗糙,增加去除油污时的摩擦系数,提高去除油污能力。
进一步,本发明提供的湿巾药液组分中还包括少量碳酸钠,碳酸钠使水溶液保持碱性,促进脂类分解,提高了去油污的能力。
进一步,本发明提供的药液组分中还包括薄荷、冰片,使用于肌肤,给使用者带来清凉的感觉,使去油污湿巾的使用感佳。
具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种去油污湿巾,包括:基材和负载于该基材上的药液,所述药液组分包括:芦荟提取物0.5份、表面活性剂20份、杀菌剂1份、九水偏硅酸钠0.4份、甘油0.1份、丙二醇1份、丁二醇1份和水100份;
其中,
上份以克计;
上述表面活性剂由椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、α-烯基磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠按重量比5:3:2组成;
上述杀菌剂由对氯间二甲基苯酚、2,4,4'-三氯-2'-羟基二苯醚和二氯异氰尿酸钠按重量比1:1:1组成
上述芦荟提取物由以下方法制得:选用生长周期满三年以上的芦荟叶片,用清水清洗干净,沥干水分后去除表皮,在无菌条件下打制成浆;然后加入纯化水稀释后离心分离、去渣,获得提取液;提取液经冷冻脱水处理后低温烘干喷雾,经60℃低温烘干至含水量为8%时取出,冷却至常温状态,过100~200目筛,即得;
所述基材和所述负载于该基材上的药液的重量比为1:4~5;所述基材为珍珠无纺布。
上述消毒湿巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述药液组分混合,升温至50~60℃,搅拌混合均匀,降温至30~40℃,制得药液;
(2)将基材浸泡在所述药液中2~4小时。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于:
所述药液组分包括:芦荟提取物0.3份、表面活性剂15份、杀菌剂0.5份、九水偏硅酸钠0.3份、甘油0.5份、丙二醇0.5份、丁二醇0.5份和水100份。

本实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于:
所述药液组分包括:芦荟提取物0.1份、表面活性剂10份、杀菌剂0.2份、九水偏硅酸钠0.2份、甘油1份、丙二醇0.1份、丁二醇0.1份和水100份。

所述药液组分还包括:碳酸钠0.1份。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于:
所述药液组分还包括:碳酸钠0.5份。

本对照例与实施例1的区别仅在于:表面活性剂由椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、α-烯基磺酸钠按重量比5:3组成。
对照例3
本对照例与实施例1的区别仅在于:表面活性剂由椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠按重量比5:2组成。
对照例4
本对照例与实施例1的区别仅在于:表面活性剂由α-烯基磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠按重量比3:2组成。

功效评测
消毒湿巾去污力测定
1.1材料
本发明实施例1~6和对照例1~4中的药液,依次编号为试验样A~J。
1.2试验方法:
按湿巾标准GB/T27728-2011附录B做去污力的测定,试验样A~J分别作为湿巾标准GB/T27728-2011附录B中的试样溶液B4.5。
1.3试验结果:见表1,其中,标准溶液为湿巾标准GB/T27728-2011附录B中的标准溶液。

Claims (10)
1.一种去油污湿巾,其特征在于,包括:基材和负载于该基材上的药液,所述药液组分包括:芦荟提取物0.1~0.5份、表面活性剂10~20份、杀菌剂0.2~1份、九水偏硅酸钠0.2~0.4份、甘油0.1~1份、丙二醇0.1~1份、丁二醇0.1~1份和水100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的去油污湿巾,其特征在于,所述药液组分包括:芦荟提取物0.3~0.5份、表面活性剂15~20份、杀菌剂0.5~1份、九水偏硅酸钠0.3~0.4份、甘油0.1~0.5份、丙二醇0.5~1份、丁二醇0.5~1份和水100份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的去油污湿巾,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂由椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、α-烯基磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠按重量比5:3:2组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的去油污湿巾,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂由对氯间二甲基苯酚、2,4,4'-三氯-2'-羟基二苯醚和二氯异氰尿酸钠按重量比1:1:1组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的去油污湿巾,其特征在于,所述芦荟提取物由以下方法制得:选用生长周期满三年以上的芦荟叶片,用清水清洗干净,沥干水分后去除表皮,在无菌条件下打制成浆;然后加入纯化水稀释后离心分离、去渣,获得提取液;提取液经冷冻脱水处理后低温烘干喷雾,经60℃低温烘干至含水量为8%时取出,冷却至常温状态,过100~200目筛,即得。
6.根据权利要求1所述的去油污湿巾,其特征在于,所述药液组分还包括:碳酸钠0.1~0.5份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的去油污湿巾,其特征在于,所述药液组分还包括:薄荷0.001~0.005份、冰片0.001~0.005份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的去油污湿巾,其特征在于,所述基材和所述负载于该基材上的药液的重量比为1:4~5。
9.根据权利要求1所述的去油污湿巾,其特征在于,所述基材为珍珠无纺布。
10.权利要求1~9中任一项所述的油污湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将药液组分混合,升温至50~60℃,搅拌混合均匀,降温至30~40℃,制得药液;所述药液组分包括:芦荟提取物0.1~0.5份、表面活性剂10~20份、杀菌剂0.5~1份、透明质酸钠0.2~0.4份、甘油0.1~1份、丙二醇0.1~1份、丁二醇0.1~1份和水100份;
(2)将基材浸泡在所述药液中2~4小时。
