本发明属于日化用品领域,具体涉及一种内衣皂及其制备方法。本发明提供的内衣皂包括以下组分及其重量百分比:椰油酸钠10‑20%、棕榈酸钠20‑30%、烷基糖苷1‑3%、茶皂素1‑5%、除螨剂5‑10%、抑菌剂2‑10%、薄荷脑1‑3%、薰衣草油0.1‑0.5%和水18.5‑59.9%。本发明提供的内衣皂不仅可以有效的除螨、抑菌,还能够抑制残留在内衣上的细菌芽胞繁殖,避免造成二次感染。同时,本发明提供的内衣皂清新、环保安全,清洁去污,并保持内衣颜色不发黄。

一种内衣皂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于日化用品领域,具体涉及一种内衣皂及其制备方法。
背景技术
内衣是人们尤其是妇女和儿童直接、长时间接触皮肤最多的衣物,新买的内衣常常残留甲醛以及漂白剂等化学残留物,如果不清洗,很容易引起皮肤发痒和发红等反应,长期不清洗就穿戴,容易诱发皮肤癌变;日常穿戴的内衣能够吸收人体汗渍、尿液残留,会产生意味,滋生细菌,清洗不干净,容易对女性和儿童幼嫩皮肤造成刺激和伤害;清水清洗不容易清洗掉汗渍污垢;常用的肥皂或洗衣粉因加入大量化学知物质,部分加入化学杀菌剂,洗后残留大量的化学物质,同时对衣物漂白作用过强,对衣物破坏作用强,对妇女和儿童幼嫩肌肤会带来伤害。虽然市场上也出现了一些内衣专用洗涤液,但是其抑菌、除螨效果不太理想。
中国专利申请CN101225351A公开了一种内衣裤专用皂,其组分包括950-990kg/t皂粒、1-25kg/t表面活性剂AEO-9和1-10kg/t灭螨剂R-301。虽然该发明提供的内衣裤专用皂可以除螨灭菌,但其效果有待提高。
中国专利申请CN103343067A公开了一种女性内衣杀菌皂,它是由椰子油、葵花籽油、棕榈油、蓖麻油、酒精、来苏水、红花油、丁香油、茶树精油、香茅精油、大蒜精油、薰衣草精油混合配制而成,该发明不仅能够有效除菌,更能抑制残留在内衣上的细菌芽胞繁殖,避免造成二次感染,但是其成分复杂,除菌、除螨效果不佳。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种内衣皂及其制备方法。本发明提供的内衣皂不仅可以有效的除螨、抑菌,还能够抑制残留在内衣上的细菌芽胞繁殖,避免造成二次感染。同时,本发明提供的内衣皂清新、环保安全,清洁去污,并保持内衣颜色不发黄。
本发明提供了一种内衣皂,包括以下组分及其重量百分比:
椰油酸钠10-20%、棕榈酸钠20-30%、烷基糖苷1-3%、茶皂素1-5%、除螨剂5-10%、抑菌剂2-10%、薄荷脑1-3%、薰衣草油0.1-0.5%和水18.5-59.9%。椰油酸钠CASNO:61789-31-9,烷基糖苷购于广州健创生物科技有限公司,茶皂素购于湖南郎林生物制品有限公司,薰衣草油CAS NO:8000-28-0。
本发明在表面活性剂茶皂素的作用下,增强了各组分间的相互作用,尤其是在抑菌、除螨、去污、泡沫持久性的效果上较为显著。本发明配伍合理科学,各组分相互作用,协同起除螨、抑菌的作用。
进一步地,所述的内衣皂由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
椰油酸钠15%、棕榈酸钠25%、烷基糖苷2%、茶皂素3%、除螨剂7.5%、抑菌剂6%、薄荷脑2%、薰衣草油0.3%和水39.2%。
进一步地,所述除螨剂由肉桂醛和溶菌酶按重量比为3:2组成。
进一步地,所述抑菌剂由艾叶油、蛇床子素和青兰苷按重量比为2:1:2组成。
同时,本发明还提供了一种内衣皂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1将水加热至70-80℃,边搅拌边加入烷基糖苷和茶皂素,搅拌均匀,得溶液A;
S2将步骤S1所得溶液A冷却至40-50℃,边搅拌边加入椰油酸钠和棕榈酸钠,搅拌均匀,得溶液B;
S3向步骤S2所得溶液B中依次加入抑菌剂、薄荷脑和薰衣草油,搅拌均匀,得溶液C;
S4步骤S3所得溶液C冷却至室温,搅拌加入除螨剂,搅拌均匀,得皂液;
S5将步骤S4所得皂液倒入模具,干燥,即得。
本发明提供的内衣皂中肉桂醛(C9H8O,CAS NO:104-55-2)具有杀菌消毒防腐的作用,特别是对真菌有显著疗效;艾叶油(购于郑州荔诺生物科技有限公司)具有去湿、抗菌消炎的作用;蛇床子素(C15H16O3,CAS NO:484-12-8)具有抗菌、增强免疫力、杀虫的作用;青兰苷(C21H20O11,CAS NO:5373-11-5)具有杀菌消炎、解毒的作用;薄荷脑(C10H20O,CAS NO:89-78-1)具有清凉止痒的效果。本发明配伍合理科学,各组分相互作用,在表面活性剂茶皂素的作用下,各成分协同起除螨、抑菌的功效。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的内衣皂不仅可以有效的除螨、抑菌,还能够抑制残留在内衣上的细菌芽胞繁殖,避免造成二次感染。同时,本发明提供的内衣皂清新、环保安全,清洁去污,并保持内衣颜色不发黄。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用于例证的目的,绝不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1一种内衣皂
所述内衣皂由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
椰油酸钠10%、棕榈酸钠20%、烷基糖苷1%、茶皂素1%、肉桂醛3%、溶菌酶2%、艾叶油0.8%、蛇床子素0.4%、青兰苷0.8%、薄荷脑1%、薰衣草油0.1%和水59.9%。
制备方法:
S1将水加热至75℃,边搅拌边加入烷基糖苷和茶皂素,搅拌均匀,得溶液A;
S2将步骤S1所得溶液A冷却至45℃,边搅拌边加入椰油酸钠和棕榈酸钠,搅拌均匀,得溶液B;
S3向步骤S2所得溶液B中依次加入艾叶油、蛇床子素、青兰苷、薄荷脑和薰衣草油,搅拌均匀,得溶液C;
S4步骤S3所得溶液C冷却至室温,搅拌加入肉桂醛和溶菌酶,搅拌均匀,得皂液;
S5将步骤S4所得皂液倒入模具,干燥,即得。
实施例2一种内衣皂
所述内衣皂由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
椰油酸钠15%、棕榈酸钠25%、烷基糖苷2%、茶皂素3%、肉桂醛4.5%、溶菌酶3%、艾叶油2.4%、蛇床子素1.2%、青兰苷2.4%、薄荷脑2%、薰衣草油0.3%和水39.2%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
实施例3一种内衣皂
所述内衣皂由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
椰油酸钠20%、棕榈酸钠30%、烷基糖苷3%、茶皂素5%、肉桂醛6%、溶菌酶4%、艾叶油4%、蛇床子素2%、青兰苷4%、薄荷脑3%、薰衣草油0.5%和水18.5%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
对比例1一种内衣皂
所述内衣皂由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
椰油酸钠15%、棕榈酸钠25%、烷基糖苷2%、茶皂素3%、肉桂醛3.75%、溶菌酶3.75%、艾叶油2.4%、蛇床子素1.2%、青兰苷2.4%、薄荷脑2%、薰衣草油0.3%和水39.2%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
与实施例2的区别在于,将肉桂醛和溶菌酶的重量比3:2替换为1:1。
对比例2一种内衣皂
所述内衣皂由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
椰油酸钠15%、棕榈酸钠25%、烷基糖苷2%、茶皂素3%、肉桂醛4.5%、溶菌酶3%、艾叶油2%、蛇床子素2%、青兰苷2%、薄荷脑2%、薰衣草油0.3%和水39.2%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
与实施例2的区别在于,将艾叶油、蛇床子素和青兰苷的重量比2:1:2替换为1:1:1。
试验例一、去污力测试
1.试验材料:实施例1-3制备的内衣皂。
2.试验对象:竹炭内衣、棉质内衣及丝绸内衣。
3.试验方法:
在水硬度为250ppm,温度为45℃,试样浓度为0.2%的条件下,按照
QB/T1224-2007规定的方法测试其去污力。
4.试验结果:去污力测试结果见表1。

由表1知,本发明制备的内衣皂的去污能力较好,且实施例2为最佳实施例。试验例二、抑菌试验
1.验材料:实施例1-3及对比例1-2制备的内衣皂。
2.试验对象:大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念球菌和枯草芽孢菌。
3.试验内容:
按照行业标准QB/T2850-2007抗菌抑菌型洗涤剂,进行抑菌效果测试,实施例1-3及对比例1-2制备的内衣皂的作用浓度均为1wt%,作用时间均为30分钟,检测抑菌率。
4.试验结果:抑菌结果见表2。

由表2知,本发明制备的内衣皂的抑菌效果较好,而对比例1-2制备的内衣皂的抑菌效果比实施例1-3制备的内衣皂的效果差,说明本发明配伍合理科学,各组分相互作用,协同起抑菌作用。同时,本发明内衣皂中除螨剂与抑菌剂在最佳比例下,即除螨剂由肉桂醛和溶菌酶按重量比为3:2组成,抑菌剂由艾叶油、蛇床子素和青兰苷按重量比为2:1:2组成时的抑菌效果最佳。
试验例三、除螨试验
1.试验材料:实施例1-3及对比例1-2制备的内衣皂。
2.试验对象:粉尘螨,雌雄各半。
3.试验内容:
1)配置浓度为10%的内衣皂液,以20mL/cm2的剂量均匀涂于滤纸上;
2)将涂内衣皂液的滤纸置于直径约为9cm的培养皿中,培养皿内周边涂抹白油与凡士林(1:1)混合物,以防止螨虫爬出,培养皿中心放入一定数量的螨虫,计试验螨虫数N1,让其自由爬行,于36小时观察记录滤纸上的螨虫死亡数N2,计算除螨率,公式如下:
除螨率%=螨虫死亡数N2/试验螨虫数N1×100%
4.试验结果:除螨结果见表3。

由表3知,本发明制备的内衣皂除螨效果较好,而对比例1制备的内衣皂的除螨效果较实施例1-3制备的内衣皂的效果差,说明本发明配伍合理科学,各组分相互作用,协同起除螨的作用,且在肉桂醛和溶菌酶的重量比为3:2时除螨效果最佳。

1.一种内衣皂,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其重量百分比:
椰油酸钠10-20%、棕榈酸钠20-30%、烷基糖苷1-3%、茶皂素1-5%、除螨剂5-10%、抑菌剂2-10%、薄荷脑1-3%、薰衣草油0.1-0.5%和水18.5-59.9%。
2.如权利要求1所述的内衣皂,其特征在于,由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
椰油酸钠15%、棕榈酸钠25%、烷基糖苷2%、茶皂素3%、除螨剂7.5%、抑菌剂6%、薄荷脑2%、薰衣草油0.3%和水39.2%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的内衣皂,其特征在于,所述除螨剂由肉桂醛和溶菌酶按重量比为3:2组成。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的内衣皂,其特征在于,所述抑菌剂由艾叶油、蛇床子素和青兰苷按重量比为2:1:2组成。
5.如权利要求1-4任一所述的内衣皂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1将水加热至70-80℃,边搅拌边加入烷基糖苷和茶皂素,搅拌均匀,得溶液A;
S2将步骤S1所得溶液A冷却至40-50℃,边搅拌边加入椰油酸钠和棕榈酸钠,搅拌均匀,得溶液B;
S3向步骤S2所得溶液B中依次加入抑菌剂、薄荷脑和薰衣草油,搅拌均匀,得溶液C;
S4步骤S3所得溶液C冷却至室温,搅拌加入除螨剂,搅拌均匀,得皂液;
