本发明公开了一种长效抗菌消毒湿巾,由基材和负载在基材上的抗菌药液组成;抗菌药液的主要成分按重量份计包括:十二烷基三氧乙基硅烷40‑55份、羧甲基纤维素钠25‑38份、羧甲基壳聚糖22‑34份、EDTA二钠8‑13份、PEG‑60氢化蓖麻油3‑4.5份、防腐剂2‑4.8份、洋甘菊提取液0.15‑0.8份、柑橘精油0.4‑1.2份、去污剂0.05‑0.25份、RO水200‑350份;本发明采用十二烷基三氧乙基硅烷和羧甲基壳聚糖复配作为抗菌消毒湿巾的杀菌成分,辅助羧甲基纤维素钠成分;其中,羧甲基壳聚糖在水溶液中产生大量带正电荷的伯氨基,羧甲基纤维素钠溶解于水后形成大量带负电荷的羧基,羧甲基壳聚糖与羧甲基纤维素钠通过正、负电荷吸引形成聚电解质膜,易于成膜,可长期阻止细菌微生物与人体接触,避免细菌微生物的传播。

本发明涉及一种长效抗菌消毒湿巾。
背景技术
在人类的日常生活中,难免会接触到各种各样的微生物,这些微生物可以直接或间接的对人体产生危害,而微生物在一定的环境条件下可以迅速繁殖,并通过空气进行传播,从而引起疾病,影响人们的日常生活。
湿巾作为一种高效便捷的清洁工具应运而生;湿巾是用来擦拭皮肤湿润的纸巾,它以无纺布、无尘纸或者其他材料为载体,纯净水为生产用水,添加适量的保湿剂、香精、防腐剂等辅料而制,对人体表面或物体表面有清洁作用的产品。目前市售的抗菌擦手湿巾抗菌效果不理想,而且在皮肤表面不能形成长效保护屏障,达不到抗菌清洁的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提出了一种长效抗菌消毒湿巾,由基材和负载在基材上的抗菌药液组成;所述的抗菌药液的主要成分按重量份计包括:十二烷基三氧乙基硅烷40-55份、羧甲基纤维素钠25-38份、羧甲基壳聚糖22-34份、EDTA二钠8-13份、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油3-4.5份、防腐剂2-4.8份、洋甘菊提取液0.15-0.8份、柑橘精油0.4-1.2份、去污剂0.05-0.25份、RO水200-350份。
优选地,所述的抗菌药液的主要成分按重量份计包括:十二烷基三氧乙基硅烷42份、羧甲基纤维素钠29份、羧甲基壳聚糖33份、EDTA二钠11份、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油4份、防腐剂3.2份、洋甘菊提取液0.3份、柑橘精油0.7份、去污剂0.2份、RO水280份。
优选地,所述的基材为水刺无纺布、纱布或湿强纸。
优选地,所述的基材与抗菌剂药液的重量比为3~4.2∶1。
优选地,所述的防腐剂为对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚和2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的任意一种。
优选地,所述的去污剂为非离子表面活性剂或两性离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂为聚乙二醇山梨糖醇单硬脂酸酯或聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚,两性离子表面活性剂为甜菜碱。
一种长效抗菌消毒湿巾的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称量烷基二甲基乙基苄基氯化铵、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基壳聚糖、EDTA二钠、防腐剂、去污剂加入RO水中,搅拌均匀,得混合物;
(2)按照配方份数将PEG-60氢化蓖麻油、洋甘菊提取液、柑橘精油加入步骤(1)的混合物中,搅拌条件下加热至40-60℃,保温1-2h后冷却至室温,得到所述抗菌药液;
(3)将基材浸泡在所述抗菌药液中4-6h即得到所述的长效抗菌消毒湿巾。
有益效果:本发明采用十二烷基三氧乙基硅烷和羧甲基壳聚糖复配作为抗菌消毒湿巾的杀菌成分,辅助羧甲基纤维素钠成分;其中,羧甲基壳聚糖在水溶液中产生大量带正电荷的伯氨基,羧甲基纤维素钠溶解于水后形成大量带负电荷的羧基,羧甲基壳聚糖与羧甲基纤维素钠通过正、负电荷吸引形成聚电解质膜,易于成膜,可长期阻止细菌微生物与人体接触,避免细菌微生物的传播;其次,在抗菌药液中添加洋甘菊提取液和柑橘精油,使得长效抗菌消毒湿巾不仅有很好的抑菌效果并且不会有对人体和皮肤有伤害。

一种长效抗菌消毒湿巾,由基材和负载在基材上的抗菌药液组成;所述的抗菌药液的主要成分按重量份计包括:十二烷基三氧乙基硅烷42份、羧甲基纤维素钠29份、羧甲基壳聚糖33份、EDTA二钠11份、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油4份、防腐剂3.2份、洋甘菊提取液0.3份、柑橘精油0.7份、去污剂0.2份、RO水280份。
一种长效抗菌消毒湿巾的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称量烷基二甲基乙基苄基氯化铵、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基壳聚糖、EDTA二钠、防腐剂、去污剂加入RO水中,搅拌均匀,得混合物;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效抗菌消毒湿巾,其特征在于,所述的抗菌药液的主要成分按重量份计包括:十二烷基三氧乙基硅烷42份、羧甲基纤维素钠29份、羧甲基壳聚糖33份、EDTA二钠11份、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油4份、防腐剂3.2份、洋甘菊提取液0.3份、柑橘精油0.7份、去污剂0.2份、RO水280份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效抗菌消毒湿巾,其特征在于,所述的基材为水刺无纺布、纱布或湿强纸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效抗菌消毒湿巾,其特征在于,所述的基材与抗菌剂药液的重量比为3~4.2∶1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效抗菌消毒湿巾,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚和2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效抗菌消毒湿巾,其特征在于,所述的去污剂为非离子表面活性剂或两性离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂为聚乙二醇山梨糖醇单硬脂酸酯或聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚,两性离子表面活性剂为甜菜碱。
7.如权利要求1-5所述的长效抗菌消毒湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称量烷基二甲基乙基苄基氯化铵、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基壳聚糖、EDTA二钠、防腐剂、去污剂加入RO水中,搅拌均匀,得混合物;
(2)按照配方份数将PEG-60氢化蓖麻油、洋甘菊提取液、柑橘精油加入步骤(1)的混合物中,搅拌条件下加热至40-60℃,保温1-2h后冷却至室温,得到所述抗菌药液;
(3)将基材浸泡在所述抗菌药液中4-6h即得到所述的长效抗菌消毒湿巾。
