沐浴露又称沐浴乳,是指洗澡时使用的一种液体清洗剂,是一种现代人常见的的清洁用品,沐浴乳的发明主要是为了取代传统清洁肥皂的触感和功效。沐浴乳接触人们肌肤时并不会有像肥皂那样硬梆梆的感觉,但是对于皮肤的滋润效果并不佳。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种润肤沐浴露,包括下列重量百分比的原料组成:
癸基葡糖苷 6-10%;
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱 1-5%;
月桂酰两性醋酸钠 1-5%;
椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺 1-3%;
余量为水。
癸基葡糖苷,别名:正癸基葡萄糖苷,属于非离子表面活性剂-糖型-烷基多苷,CAS号:54549-25-6。具有优良的去污、发泡、稳泡、乳化、分散、增溶、润湿、渗透能力。耐酸。耐碱。对电解质不敏感。可降低其他表面活性剂的刺激性。无浊点。绿色表面活性剂。可替代AEO、AES、LAS等表面活性剂。
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,外文名:CocoamidopropylBetaine,化学名:椰油酰胺丙基二甲胺乙内酯,CAS号:61789-40-0,是一种两性表面活性剂,具有良好的清洗、起泡、调理作用,与阴离子、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂相容性好。椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱刺激性小、性能温和,泡沫细腻且稳定,适用于配置香波、沐浴露、洗面奶等,可增强对皮肤的柔软性。
月桂酰两性醋酸钠,CAS号:68608-66-2,是一种两性表面活性剂,即带有正电荷基团又带有负电荷基团,在碱性条件下表现为阴离子表面活性剂性质,在酸性条件下表现为阳离子表面活性剂性质。与阴离子,阳离子,非离子表面活性剂在很宽的PH范围内有良好的相容性,性格温和,低刺激性,并可有效降低其它表面活性剂(AES等)的刺激性;具有很高的发泡能力,泡沫细腻而稳定,色泽浅,气味低。
椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺,英文名:Cocamidopropylamineoxide,CAS号:68155-09-9。属于氧化胺类表面活性剂,是一种两性表面活性剂,易溶于水和极性有机溶剂,水溶液在酸性条件下呈阳离子性,在碱性条件下呈非离子性。具有良好的增稠、抗静电、柔软、增泡、稳泡和去污性能;刺激性低,可有效地降低洗涤剂中的阴离子表面活性剂的刺激性,能显著提高产品的综合洗涤能力,在一般用量下,对皮肤非常温和。
本发明,将癸基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性醋酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺进行有效复配,在具有综合洗涤能力的同时,泡沫细腻而稳定,对皮肤温和,能够有效滋润肌肤。
本发明的润肤沐浴露,可以常用本领域通用方法进行制备而成,例如将水加热至70-80℃,加入癸基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性醋酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺,搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,即可制得。

一种润肤沐浴露,包括下列重量百分比的原料组成:
癸基葡糖苷 6-10%;
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱 1-5%;
月桂酰两性醋酸钠 1-5%;
椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺 1-3%;
杀菌剂 0.02-0.10%;
余量为水。
所述杀菌剂为聚维酮碘、甲基异噻唑啉酮、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、甘草酸二钾、羧甲基壳聚糖或黄豆黄苷。
所述杀菌剂为甘草酸二钾、羧甲基壳聚糖和黄豆黄苷的混合物,其中所述甘草酸二钾、羧甲基壳聚糖和黄豆黄苷的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。三者之间协同增效。甘草酸二钾,CAS号:68797-35-3。羧甲基壳聚糖,CAS号:83512-85-0。黄豆黄苷,CAS号:40246-10-4。
甘草酸二钾能深入皮肤内部并保持高活性,美白并高效抗氧化。有效抑制黑色素生成过程中多种酶的活性,特别是抑制酪胺酸酵素活性;同时还具有防止皮肤粗糙和抗炎、抗菌的功效。羧甲基壳聚糖是一种水溶性壳聚糖衍生物,安全无毒并具有抗菌、抑菌、乳化稳定作用。黄豆黄苷为白色粉末状,具有抗菌作用,现有技术中并未证明该原料对于洗涤去污力和润肤效果有提升。
本发明的润肤沐浴露,可以常用本领域通用方法进行制备而成,例如将水加热至70-80℃,加入癸基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性醋酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺,搅拌混合均匀,降温至30-40℃,再加入杀菌剂,搅拌均匀,再冷却至室温,即可制得。
本发明的润肤沐浴露,在具有综合洗涤能力的同时,泡沫细腻而稳定,对皮肤温和,能够有效滋润肌肤,并且具有良好的抗菌性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种润肤沐浴露,由下列重量百分比的原料组成:
癸基葡糖苷 8%;
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱 3%;
月桂酰两性醋酸钠 3%;
椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺 2%;
余量为水。
将水加热至75℃,加入癸基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性醋酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺,搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,即可制得。
本发明中,将癸基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性醋酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺进行有效复配,在具有综合洗涤能力的同时,泡沫细腻而稳定,对皮肤温和,能够有效滋润肌肤。
实施例2
一种润肤沐浴露,由下列重量百分比的原料组成:

杀菌剂 0.06%;

所述杀菌剂为:甘草酸二钾和羧甲基壳聚糖按质量比1:1的混合物。
将水加热至75℃,加入癸基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性醋酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺,搅拌混合均匀,降温至35℃,再加入杀菌剂,搅拌均匀,再冷却至室温,即可制得。
本发明的润肤沐浴露,在具有综合洗涤能力的同时,泡沫细腻而稳定,对皮肤温和,能够有效滋润肌肤,并且具有良好的抗菌性能。

将水加热至75℃,加入癸基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性醋酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺,搅拌混合均匀,降温至35℃,再加入杀菌剂,搅拌均匀,再冷却至室温,即可制得。
本发明的润肤沐浴露,在具有综合洗涤能力的同时,泡沫细腻而稳定,对皮肤温和,能够有效滋润肌肤,并且具有良好的抗菌性能。

一种润肤沐浴露,由下列重量百分比的原料组成:

余量为水。
所述杀菌剂为:甘草酸二钾、羧甲基壳聚糖和黄豆黄苷按质量比1:1:1的混合物。
将水加入至75℃,加入癸基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性醋酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺,搅拌混合均匀,降温至35℃,再加入杀菌剂,搅拌均匀,再冷却至室温,即可制得。
本发明的润肤沐浴露,在具有综合洗涤能力的同时,泡沫细腻而稳定,对皮肤温和,能够有效滋润肌肤,并且具有良好的抗菌性能。
测试例1:
对实施例1-5的润肤沐浴露的保湿效果进行测试。
挑选20-50岁100个人,男女各半,身体健康,生活规律,无皮肤病,随机分为5组,每组20人,每组分别使用实施例中得到的润肤沐浴露进行沐浴,然后在测试环境温度为25℃,相对湿度为60%的环境中测定左前臂的水分含量,同时让被检者保持平静。在左前臂上划出2个4cm×4cm的正方形实验区域,作为润肤沐浴露的测试区,使用皮肤水分测定仪分别测定沐浴后2小时的皮肤含水率,记录结果。具体结果见表1。

测试例2:
杀菌性能检测:依据GBl5979-2002,对实施例得到的润肤沐浴露的杀菌性能进行检测。
测试作用20分钟时的杀菌率。
所测试的微生物:大肠杆菌(ATCC 25922);对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)。
对实施例1-5的润肤沐浴露的杀菌效果进行测试。具体结果见表2。

1.一种润肤沐浴露,包括下列重量百分比的原料组成:
癸基葡糖苷6-10%;
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-5%;
月桂酰两性醋酸钠1-5%;
椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺1-3%;
余量为水。
2.一种润肤沐浴露,包括下列重量百分比的原料组成:
癸基葡糖苷6-10%;
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-5%;
月桂酰两性醋酸钠1-5%;
椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺1-3%;
杀菌剂0.02-0.10%;
余量为水。
3.如权利要求2所述的润肤沐浴露,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为聚维酮碘、甲基异噻唑啉酮、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、甘草酸二钾、羧甲基壳聚糖或黄豆黄苷。
4.如权利要求3所述的润肤沐浴露,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为甘草酸二钾、羧甲基壳聚糖和黄豆黄苷的混合物。
