Abstract
本发明涉及表面活性剂领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种椰油酰胺丙基‑PG‑二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的制备、产物及制品,所述椰油酰胺丙基‑PG‑二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的制备方法,包括:由椰子油与N,N‑二甲基1,3‑丙二胺反应,然后和1‑氯‑2‑羟基‑丙基磷酸酯反应得到,所述椰子油含水量≤0.1wt%,游离脂肪酸≤0.12wt%,过氧化值≤3meq O2/Kg。本申请椰油酰胺丙基‑PG‑二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯能够起到很好的衣物柔软和增强洗衣液的过水性能,同时能够有效去除腥臭、汗臭、体臭脚臭、老年人体味等,具有有效的抗微生物活性,具有加强防腐剂的作用;可以在多种日化用品中使用,尤其是优异的头发调理剂,可改善洗发过程以及洗发后的头发梳理性。

技术领域
本发明涉及表面活性剂领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的制备、产物及制品。
背景技术
椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,属于天然仿生磷脂,其作为磷脂的衍生物质,在使用过程中,具有较好的皮肤亲和力,同时可以补充皮肤损伤的磷脂以及油脂,属于一款温和的产品。
两性表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂复配使用,可以提高一定的抗菌能力,同时获得优异的增稠以及稳泡性质,然而由于阴离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂对皮肤产生的刺激性,限制了在洗涤等日化用品中的应用。
目前市场中的两性表面活性剂,尤其是椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯在和其他的阴离子表面活性剂或者非离子表面活性剂复配使用的过程中,缓解对皮肤的刺激性还有待提高,因此,需要提供一种新型的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,旨在降低表面活性剂对皮肤的刺激性。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的一些问题,本发明第一个方面提供了椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的制备方法,包括:由椰子油与N,N-二甲基1,3-丙二胺反应,然后和1-氯-2-羟基-丙基磷酸酯反应得到,所述椰子油含水量≤0.1wt%,游离脂肪酸含量≤0.12wt%,过氧化值≤3meq O2/Kg。
本发明第二个方面提供一种所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的制备方法制备得到的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的固含量为40-44wt%,pH为6.5-7.5,HLB为15-20。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述HLB为17-19,所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯在25℃的密度为1-1.1g/cm3。
本发明第三个方面提供了一种制品,包括所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述制品还包括醇和环氧乙烷的加成物。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述醇和环氧乙烷的加成物为脂肪醇聚醚硫酸酯盐和/或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的环氧乙烷的加成数为1-10。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的环氧乙烷的加成数为9-10。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述脂肪醇聚醚硫酸酯盐和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的脂肪醇碳数分别独立为12-20。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述制品包括婴儿用品、除臭制品、洗涤用品、眼科制品、抗菌清洁剂、保健用品中任一种。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
(1)本申请制备得到的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯不仅对皮肤安全,无任何刺激,在与醇和环氧乙烷的加成物复合使用时,还能够有效避免醇和环氧乙烷的加成物对皮肤产生的刺激性,可以广泛使用在日化用品等制品中。
(2)本申请中椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯与月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和/或AE0-9复配使用,不仅具有优异的增稠乳化性能,同时还有良好的稳泡性能,在一定程度上提高了含有该椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯与月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和/或AE0-9制品的耐气候性。此外,该复配使用的制品杀菌效果显著。
(3)本申请椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯能够起到很好的衣物柔软性和增强洗衣液的过水性能,同时能够有效去除腥臭、汗臭、体臭脚臭、老年人体味等,具有有效的抗微生物活性,以及加强防腐剂的作用;可以在多种日化用品中使用,尤其是优异的头发调理剂,可改善洗发过程以及洗发后的头发梳理性。

本发明第一个方面提供了一种椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的制备方法,包括:由椰子油与N,N-二甲基1,3-丙二胺反应,然后和1-氯-2-羟基-丙基磷酸酯反应得到,所述椰子油含水量≤0.1wt%,游离脂肪酸含量≤0.12wt%,过氧化值≤3meq O2/Kg。
过氧化值表示油脂和脂肪酸等被氧化程度的一种指标,是1千克样品中的活性氧含量,以过氧化物的毫摩尔数表示。用于说明样品是否因已被氧化而变质。那些以油脂、脂肪为原料而制作的食品,通过检测其过氧化值来判断其质量和变质程度。
椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯(天然仿生磷脂),是磷脂的一类衍生物,与皮肤亲和性好,对受损皮肤和头发具有一定的修复功能,同时可以补充皮肤损失的磷脂和油脂。是一种极温和的两性表面活性剂。
本申请中所述椰子油购自Oriental Golden Coco,Inc,牌号为VCO,为通过冷榨方法提取,并经过多次微过滤处理以获得额外的纯度的产品。
本发明第二个方面提供了一种所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的制备方法制备得到的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的固含量为40-44wt%,pH为6.5-7.5,HLB为15-20。
在一种实施方式中,所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的HLB为17-19。
在一种实施方式中,所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯在25℃的密度为1-1.1g/cm3,优选为1.01g/cm3。
本申请中椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯pH指的是10wt%于体积比为1:1的异丙醇和水的混合物中的pH。
本申请中椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的制备方法中,本申请中未公开的部分本领域技术人员可作常规选择,在此不作特别限定,以达到本申请中所记载的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的固含量、pH、HLB以及密度的要求。
本申请中制备得到的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯具有广泛的功能性特征,具有温和的清洁作用,同时温和无刺激性,可以软化皮肤,具有广谱抗菌活性。
本发明第三个方面提供了一种制品,包括所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯。
本申请制品中椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯也可来源于上海禾琅化工有限公司,牌号为POLV YLCPC的椰油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯产品。在一种实施方式中,所述制品还包括醇和环氧乙烷的加成物。
本申请制品中醇和环氧乙烷的加成物与椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯不作特别限定,本领域技术人员可作常规选择。
在一种实施方式中,所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯与醇和环氧乙烷的加成物的重量比为1:(1-10)。
在椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯和阴离子表面活性剂和/或非离子表面活性剂复合使用的过程中,阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂对皮肤的刺激性比较大,尤其是对于敏感皮肤,会产生红印,申请人意外的发现,在椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的制备方法中使用特定的椰子油,尤其是椰子油含水量≤0.1wt%,游离脂肪酸含量≤0.12wt%,过氧化值≤3meq O2/Kg,特别是购自Oriental Golden Coco,Inc,牌号为VCO的椰子油时,或者使用购自上海禾琅化工有限公司,牌号为POLV YLCPC的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,此时在与醇和环氧乙烷的加成物复合使用时,能够有效避免醇和环氧乙烷的加成物带来的刺激性,可能原因是经过本申请椰子油制备得到的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯或者购自上海禾琅化工有限公司,牌号为POLV YLCPC的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯具有较高的阳离子化程度,在弱酸性的日化用品中,其较高的阳离子化程度的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,其不仅具有优异的调理性,同时得到的分子量较小的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯其含有的磷脂基团避免了醇和环氧乙烷的加成物带来的皮肤脱脂力,避免刺激性。
优选的,所述醇和环氧乙烷的加成物为脂肪醇聚醚硫酸酯盐和/或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步优选的,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的环氧乙烷的加成数为1-10;更优选的,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的环氧乙烷的加成数为9-10。
优选的,所述脂肪醇聚醚硫酸酯盐和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的脂肪醇碳数分别独立为12-20。
进一步优选的,所述脂肪醇聚醚硫酸酯盐中脂肪醇碳数为12-15。
进一步优选的,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中脂肪醇的碳数为12-18。
本申请中所述脂肪醇可以是单一碳原子数的脂肪醇,也可以是不同碳原子数混合的脂肪醇。
优选的,所述脂肪醇聚醚硫酸酯盐为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠。

申请人意外的发现,本申请中椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯与月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠复配使用,不仅具有优异的增稠乳化性能,同时还有良好的稳泡性能,在一定程度上提高了含有该椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯与月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠制品的耐气候性。此外,该复配使用的制品杀菌效果显著。
在一种实施方式中,所述制品包括婴儿用品、除臭制品、洗涤用品、眼科制品、抗菌清洁剂、保健用品中任一种。本申请中所述洗涤用品包括但不限于洗发水、沐浴露、洗衣液、洗洁精等。

实施例1
本发明的实施例1提供了一种椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的制备方法,由椰子油与N,N-二甲基1,3-丙二胺反应,然后和1-氯-2-羟基-丙基磷酸酯反应得到。
所述椰子油购自Oriental Golden Coco,Inc,牌号为VCO。
一种原料包括上述制备方法得到的椰油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的无硅油氨基酸洗发水,按重量份计,其成分如下:48.67份水、0.13份聚季铵盐-10(购自苏州源泰润化工有限公司,型号为JR400)、3份季铵盐-80(CAS:134737-05-6)、12份月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱、0.2份甜菜碱水杨酸盐、25份月桂酰肌氨酸钠、8份椰油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、2份椰油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵、0.4份柠檬酸、0.6份古龙香精。
所述无硅油氨基酸洗发水的制备方法为:将聚季铵盐-10在水中以常温25℃搅拌10min,然后依次加入其余原料,即得。

所述椰子油购自Oriental Golden Coco,Inc,牌号为VCO。

所述洗衣液的制备方法为:将EDTA-4Na、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和柠檬酸于85℃加热溶解,冷却至60℃后加入AEO-9、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和椰油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,冷却至50℃以下加入卡松、古龙香精、色素、柠檬酸和去离子水,然后加入氯化钠,即得。

刺激性测试:选择30名受试者,男14人,女16人,年龄为19-50岁,选择合格的斑试器,以封闭斑贴试验方法,将0.02-0.025mL的实施例5的包含5wt%的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的水溶液涂于斑试器内,用低致敏胶带贴敷于受试者的前臂曲侧,用手掌轻压使之均匀贴敷于皮肤上,24小时后去除包含5wt%的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的水溶液,分别于斑贴试验后0.5、24、48小时观察皮肤反应,并进行空白对照,按《化妆品卫生规范》(2015年版)中皮肤分级标准记录结果,见表1。并分别采用上述方法对实施例1-4的无硅油氨基酸洗发水、硅油洗发水、沐浴露以及洗衣液进行斑贴试验,记录48h后的皮肤反应,其中,受试者总共30人,该30人受试者测试完成一个实施例样品后,隔一周后再次测试下一个实施例样品,结果见表2。

抑菌测试:将实施例5中5wt%的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的水溶液稀释为1wt%的水溶液,作为抑菌剂溶液,并对其进行抑菌测试:
测试方法如下:
抑菌片的制备:对液体抑菌剂,取无菌并干燥的滤纸片。每片滴加实际使用浓度抑菌剂溶液5μL,然后将滤纸片平放于清洁的无菌平皿内,开盖置恒温培养箱(37℃)中烤干后备用。
(2)阴性对照样片的制备:取无菌干燥滤纸片,每片滴加无菌蒸馏水5μL,干燥后备用。
(3)试验菌的接种:用无菌棉拭子蘸取浓度为5×105cfu/mL~5×106cfu/mL试验菌悬液,在适宜的培养基平板表面均匀涂抹3次。每涂抹1次,平板应转动60°,最后将棉拭子绕平板边缘涂抹一周。盖好平皿,置室温干燥5min。
(4)抑菌剂样片贴放:每次试验贴放1个染菌平板,每个平板贴放4片试验样片,1片阴性对照样片,共5片。用无菌镊子取样片贴放于平板表面。各样片中心之间相距25mm以上,与平板的周缘相距15mm以上。贴放好后,用无菌镊子轻压样片,使其紧贴于平板表面。盖好平皿,置37℃恒温培养箱,培养16h~18h观察结果。用游标卡尺测量抑菌环的直径(包括贴片)并记录。
(5)试验重复3次。
(6)测量抑菌环时,应选均匀而完全无菌生长的抑菌环进行。测量其直径应以抑菌环外沿为界。
评价规定:
(1)抑菌作用的判断:抑菌环直径大于7mm者,判为有抑菌作用;抑菌环直径小于或等于7mm者,判为无抑菌作用。
(2)3次重复试验(共12个样片)均有抑菌作用结果者,判为合格。
(3)阴性对照组应无抑菌环产生。否则试验无效。
测试结果见表3。

Claims (10)
1.一种椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:由椰子油与N,N-二甲基1,3-丙二胺反应,然后和1-氯-2-羟基-丙基磷酸酯反应得到,所述椰子油含水量≤0.1wt%,游离脂肪酸含量≤0.12wt%,过氧化值≤3meq O2/Kg。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的制备方法制备得到的椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,其特征在于,所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯的固含量为40-44wt%,pH为6.5-7.5,HLB为15-20。
3.根据权利要求2所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,其特征在于,所述HLB为17-19,所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯在25℃的密度为1-1.1g/cm3。
4.一种制品,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求2或3所述椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯。
5.根据权利要求4所述制品,其特征在于,所述制品还包括醇和环氧乙烷的加成物。
6.根据权利要求5所述制品,其特征在于,所述醇和环氧乙烷的加成物为脂肪醇聚醚硫酸酯盐和/或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
7.根据权利要求6所述制品,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的环氧乙烷的加成数为1-10。
8.根据权利要求7所述制品,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的环氧乙烷的加成数为9-10。
9.根据权利要求6所述制品,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚醚硫酸酯盐和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的脂肪醇碳数分别独立为12-20。
10.根据权利要求4-9任一项所述制品,其特征在于,所述制品包括婴儿用品、除臭制品、洗涤用品、眼科制品、抗菌清洁剂、保健用品中任一种。
