Abstract
本发明公开了一种控油去屑止痒洗发水及其制备方法,该控油去屑止痒洗发水包括如下组分:月桂醇硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺MEA、聚季铵盐‑10、吡硫鎓锌、氯化锌、水解大米蛋白、辛酰基甘氨酸、页岩油磺酸钠。本发明通过水解大米蛋白与辛酰基甘氨酸、页岩油磺酸钠等多种物料进行复配,水解大米蛋白中富含氨基酸等物质,能在发挥高效保湿效果的同时,强化肌肤的防御机能,保持角质细胞的正常角化,抑制细菌繁殖;辛酰基甘氨酸易于被皮肤利用,对肌肤具有良好的亲和性,并可提高其它功效产品的使用效果;加上页岩油磺酸钠具有抗头屑增生,止痒和防皮脂溢的活性,以及吡硫鎓锌有着较强的杀菌能力,能杀死产生头屑的真菌。

本发明涉及护发产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种控油去屑止痒洗发水及其制备方法。
背景技术
淘米水,是一种米洗过后的水,因为洗掉了米表皮的成分,所以可以用来浇灌植物,会有助于植物生长的效果,而且淘米水的水分子可以很好的分离油垢、清理碗筷、去除异味、洗掉菜刀上的铁锈等等。人们在做饭时,往往会把淘米水倒掉,认为它没什么用途,其实,在日常生活中,淘米水不但是天然的去污剂,而且还具有很好的药用价值。用淘米水刷洗碗碟,不仅去污能力强,还不含任何有害的化学物质。淘米水中还含有生物碱,是良好的洗涤剂,可用淘米水擦洗门窗、竹木家具等物品,不仅容易擦洗干净,而且无任何污染。淘米水中还溶解了一些淀粉、蛋白质、维生素等成份,可以分解脸上的油污,淡化色素和防止出现脂肪粒等效果。淘米水中还含有丰富的B族维生素,而B族维生素能够帮助头发的色素细胞生成黑色色素,能够帮助头发表黑。
随着人们生活水平的提高和社会的进步,人们的生活节奏也越来越快,因此也带来了作息不规律、精神压力大、经常性失眠等诸如此类的问题,再加上人们在日常生活中越来越容易接触到各类化学物质,头发的健康问题也呈现出多样化、复杂化的趋势,其中,头屑是困扰人们的主要问题。
传统的洗发液大多含有硅油,作为柔顺调理剂,硅油在洗发水中起到凝聚、抛光的作用,使毛发发光亮泽,但硅油不溶于水,难于被清洗干净,残留于头皮,容易使人产生头皮屑,并使头皮具有油腻不清爽感,易粘附灰尘。若硅油超标还会带来堵塞头皮毛孔、脱发、头皮干燥、发痒等问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种控油去屑止痒洗发水,解决上述的问题,其能够使头发易于被清洗干净,去除头皮皮屑,并不会堵塞头皮毛孔,洗后头发具有较好的清爽感。
本发明还提供一种上述控油去屑止痒洗发水的制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案实现:
本发明提供一种控油去屑止痒洗发水,包括如下组分:月桂醇硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺MEA、聚季铵盐-10、吡硫鎓锌、氯化锌、水解大米蛋白、辛酰基甘氨酸、页岩油磺酸钠。
其中,月桂醇硫酸酯钠和椰油酰胺MEA(椰油酰单乙醇胺)组合的表面活性剂,该表面活性剂为产品提供了丰富绵密的泡沫,使产品具有细感清爽,清洁能力好的效果;聚季铵盐-10具有优越水溶性和吸附能力的阳离子纤维素聚合物,能与各类型的表面活性剂兼容,刺激性低,可修复受损的头发蛋白基体,保持头发滋润,赋予头发优越的梳理性能和亮泽滑爽的感觉;吡硫鎓锌(吡啶硫酮锌)可抑制革兰氏阴性、阳性细菌以及霉菌生长,有较强的杀菌能力,能杀死产生头屑的真菌;氯化锌能使吡硫鎓锌在组合物中均匀分散,增强吡硫鎓锌在头皮上的沉积最大化,以提高吡硫鎓锌的生物效率以发挥其去屑活性。
水解大米蛋白是从水解大米中提取的蛋白质,其富含氨基酸等物质,能够促进纤维芽细胞产生胶原,能在发挥高效保湿效果的同时,强化肌肤的防御机能,保持角质细胞的正常角化,抑制细菌繁殖;辛酰基甘氨酸为两亲结构,由一个亲油基团和一个亲水基团组成的分子结构,是皮肤中天然所含有,易于被皮肤利用,对肌肤具有良好的亲和性,可以高效起效,还可高效输送其他成分,以提高其它功效产品的使用效果,另外,其还具有很好的抑菌效果,对于金色葡萄球菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌等均有较强的抑制作用,同时还可以抵制皮脂的过剩分泌;页岩油磺酸钠(Ichthyol Pale)具有抗头屑增生,止痒和防皮脂溢的活性,同时,还具有显著的消炎效果。

稻米淀粉是一种天然、柔软、物理改性的表面活性稻米淀粉,由于其粒径非常小,尺寸约为8μm,使它具有特定的柔软性,其对油脂具有很高的吸收性,可以去除头发的油腻,使用后很容易从头发中除掉,给头发提供即时清洁与清新效果,赋予头发光泽,增加丰盈感与质感;在干洗剂中添加稻米淀粉使其剂包装期间不会结块,精细粉末不会粘壁和堵塞,轻微摇晃即可均匀分散,形成精细、自由流动粉末。稻米淀粉在香波中的应用,可降低配方成本,更可提供优异的调理性能,赋予配方优异的梳理性、滑爽感以及不会出现过度沉积现象。
山茶籽提取物中含有丰富的维生素、山茶籽油和茶皂素等,这些物质易被吸收,且其不仅能湿润头皮、去屑,还能防止脱发、止痒形成肌肤保护膜等作用。
何首乌提取物的功效作用的物质基础主要为磷脂、蒽醌类、葡萄糖苷类等成分,具有养血祛风,健脑益智之功,有调节神经和内分泌的功能以及营养发根的作用,可促使头发黑色素的生成,使头发更黑;其还含有大量淀粉,淀粉水解后,生成的葡萄糖具有很好的润发作用,是配制头发调理剂的良好重要原料;其所含的卵磷脂为细胞膜的重要原料,能促进细胞的新陈代谢和生长发育,从而延缓细胞的衰老,益寿延年;同时作为头发的保健药物,能很好地滋养头发,赋予秀发深层营养,使秀发强韧不易折断;对血虚精亏引起的须发早白,脱发有很好的疗效。
甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮均是一种高效杀菌剂,耐热之水性防腐剂,对于抑制微生物的生长有很好的作用,可以抑制细菌、真菌、霉菌及霉菌的生长。氯化镁、硝酸镁作为甲基异噻唑啉酮和甲基氯异噻唑啉酮的稳定剂。

进一步地,所述保湿剂由质量比为(0.1-1):(0.1-1):(0.1-1)的稻米淀粉、山茶籽提取物、何首乌提取物组成;所述防腐剂由质量比为3:1:(2-4):4的甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、氯化镁、硝酸镁组成。
本发明还提供一种控油去屑止痒洗发水的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
S1:将组分A中的物料混合,搅拌加热至物料完全溶解,温度控制在75℃-85℃,保温15min-25min,形成混合液A;
将组分B中的物料混合,搅拌加热至物料完全溶解,温度控制在85℃-95℃,保温15min-25min,形成混合液B;
S2:将混合液A、混合液B加入到乳化锅中混合,然后开启乳化均质机,乳化8min-10min后,停止乳化均质机;接着,开启慢速搅拌器搅拌15min-25min,再开启冷却水,继续搅拌15min-25min,然后冷却至40℃-45℃后,加入组分C中的物料,搅拌均匀,形成混合液C;
S3:对混合液C继续搅拌,降温,直至搅拌至乳化锅内无气泡,取料检验,合格出料;出料后,静置12h,再取料检验,合格后,灌装,喷码,包装成品,封箱、入库。
进一步地,所述步骤S2中,在将混合液A、混合液B加入到乳化锅中混合时,先将3/4的混合液A加入到乳化锅中,再将混合液B加入到乳化锅中,最后将剩余的1/4的混合液A加入到乳化锅中。

其中,所述保湿剂包括稻米淀粉、山茶籽提取物和何首乌提取物;所述防腐剂包括甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、氯化镁和硝酸镁;所述增稠剂为但不限于卡波姆;所述芳香剂为但不限于香精。
优选的,所述稻米淀粉、山茶籽提取物、何首乌提取物的质量比为(0.1-1):(0.1-1):(0.1-1)。所述甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、氯化镁、硝酸镁的质量比为3:1:(2-4):4。
在本实施例中,该控油去屑止痒洗发水还可添加到控油去屑止痒的护发产品中,该护发产品包括但不限于护发素、洗发水、发膜等等。
在其中一实施例中,本发明还提供一种控油去屑止痒洗发水其包括如下重量份的组分:
组分A:水30份-60份;椰油酰胺MEA 0.5份-2份;月桂醇硫酸酯钠5份-30份;卡波姆0.1份-2份;
组分B:水解大米蛋白1份-5份;聚季铵盐-10 1份-8份;保湿剂10份-20份;氯化锌0.1份-1份;
组分C:辛酰基甘氨酸0.1份-1份;页岩油磺酸钠0.1份-1份;吡硫鎓锌0.1份-1份;防腐剂0.001份-0.005份;香精0.1份-1份。
本发明还提供该控油去屑止痒洗发水的制备方法,其包括如下制备步骤:
1、称量:将组分A、组分B、组分C的原料一一称量,待用。
2、投料并加热:将组分A中的物料混合,搅拌加热至物料完全溶解,温度控制在75℃-85℃,保温15min-25min,形成混合液A;优选的,组分A溶解温度控制在80℃,保温时间为20min。
将组分B中的物料混合,搅拌加热至物料完全溶解,温度控制在85℃-95℃,保温15min-25min,形成混合液B;优选的,组分B溶解温度控制在90℃,保温时间为20min。
3、乳化均质:将混合液A、混合液B加入到乳化锅中混合,然后开启乳化均质机,乳化8min-10min后,停止乳化均质机;接着,开启慢速搅拌器搅拌15min-25min,再开启冷却水,继续搅拌15min-25min,然后冷却至40℃-45℃后,加入组分C中的物料,搅拌均匀,形成混合液C;其中,在将混合液A、混合液B加入到乳化锅中混合时,先将3/4的混合液A加入到乳化锅中,再将混合液B加入到乳化锅中,最后将剩余的1/4的混合液A加入到乳化锅中。
4、降温并除泡:对混合液C继续搅拌,降温,直至搅拌至乳化锅内无气泡,取料检验,合格出料。
5、包装及成品检验:出料后,静置12h,再取料检验,合格后,灌装,喷码,包装成品,封箱、入库。
上述控油去屑止痒洗发水的制备方法,能有效地使有效成分分散均匀,最终得到质地均匀,体系稳定的洗发水,产品为乳状,气味清香。
该控油去屑止痒洗发水的使用方法为:将头发充分湿润后,取适量本发明的洗发水涂抹于头发上,轻柔至产生泡沫后均匀按摩头皮几分钟,用温水冲洗干净即可。
本发明的控油去屑止痒洗发水在政府监管部门指定的国产非特殊化妆品备案检验机构进行的终产品的检验分析,对重金属(铅,砷,汞,镉)的检验分析结果符合《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)要求(汞<1mg/kg,铅<10mg/kg,砷<2mg/kg,镉<5mg/kg);对微生物(菌落总数,霉菌与酵母菌总数,耐热大肠菌群,金黄色葡萄球菌,铜绿假单胞菌)的检验分析结果符合《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)要求【菌落总数(CFU/ml或CFU/g)≤1000,霉菌和酵母菌总数(CFU/ml或CFU/g)≤100,耐热大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌均不得检出。

实施例1
一种控油去屑止痒洗发水包括如下重量份的组分:
组分A:水30份;椰油酰胺MEA 0.5份;月桂醇硫酸酯钠5份;卡波姆0.1份;
组分B:水解大米蛋白1份;聚季铵盐-10 1份;保湿剂10份;氯化锌0.1份;
组分C:辛酰基甘氨酸0.1份;页岩油磺酸钠0.1份;吡硫鎓锌0.1份;防腐剂0.001份;香精0.1份。
该控油去屑止痒洗发水包括以下制备步骤:
1、称量:将组分A、组分B、组分C的原料一一称量,待用。
2、投料并加热:将组分A中的物料混合,搅拌加热至物料完全溶解,温度控制在80℃,保温20min,形成混合液A;
将组分B中的物料混合,搅拌加热至物料完全溶解,温度控制在90℃,保温20min,形成混合液B;
3、乳化均质:将混合液A、混合液B加入到乳化锅中混合,然后开启乳化均质机,乳化10min后,停止乳化均质机;接着,开启慢速搅拌器搅拌20min,再开启冷却水,继续搅拌20min,然后冷却至45℃后,加入组分C中的物料,搅拌均匀,形成混合液C;其中,在将混合液A、混合液B加入到乳化锅中混合时,先将3/4的混合液A加入到乳化锅中,再将混合液B加入到乳化锅中,最后将剩余的1/4的混合液A加入到乳化锅中。
4、降温并除泡:对混合液C继续搅拌,降温,直至搅拌至乳化锅内无气泡,取料检验,合格出料。
5、包装及成品检验:出料后,静置12h,再取料检验,合格后,灌装,喷码,包装成品,封箱、入库。
其中,保湿剂由质量比为1:1:0.5的稻米淀粉、山茶籽提取物、何首乌提取物组成;防腐剂由质量比为3:1:2:4的甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、氯化镁、硝酸镁组成;增稠剂为卡波姆;芳香剂为香精。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1不同的是,该控油去屑止痒洗发水包括如下重量份的组分:
组分A:水45份;椰油酰胺MEA 1份;月桂醇硫酸酯钠20份;卡波姆1份;
组分B:水解大米蛋白3份;聚季铵盐-10 4份;保湿剂15份;氯化锌0.5份;
组分C:辛酰基甘氨酸0.5份;页岩油磺酸钠0.5份;吡硫鎓锌0.5份;防腐剂0.003份;香精0.5份。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例1不同的是,该控油去屑止痒洗发水包括如下重量份的组分:
组分A:水60份;椰油酰胺MEA 2份;月桂醇硫酸酯钠30份;卡波姆2份;
组分B:水解大米蛋白5份;聚季铵盐-10 8份;保湿剂20份;氯化锌1份;
组分C:辛酰基甘氨酸1份;页岩油磺酸钠1份;吡硫鎓锌1份;防腐剂0.005份;香精1份。
实施例4
实施例4与实施例1不同的是,保湿剂中稻米淀粉、山茶籽提取物、何首乌提取物的质量比为1:1:5。
对比例1
对比例1是一种洗发水,其与实施例1的区别在于,对比例1的原料中未使用水解大米蛋白。
对比例2
对比例2是一种洗发水,其与实施例1的区别在于,对比例2的原料中未使用辛酰基甘氨酸。
对比例3
对比例3是一种洗发水,其与实施例1的区别在于,对比例2的原料中未使用页岩油磺酸钠。
对比例4
对比例4是市面上销售的含有硅油的洗发水。
性能检测:
一、产品效果评价
(1)实验样品:实施例1-4和对比例1-4所制备的洗发水。
(2)受试人群:选择年龄在18-50岁之间的男女240人,其中男、女各120人,分成11组,每组30人。
健康状况:具有脂溢性皮炎,头皮屑多,头皮瘙痒等病症的志愿者,并且无皮肤病过敏史。
(3)测试方法:分别使用实验样品的各洗发水,观察和感受使用效果。
使用方法:根据本发明的使用方法,每天使用一次,连续使用一个月。
实验结果:如下表1。

注:1、头屑方面:Ⅰ为大量头屑;Ⅱ为少量头屑;Ⅲ为无头屑。
2、瘙痒方面:﹢为有瘙痒;﹢﹢为无瘙痒。
3、发质方面:①为发质很差且有脱发;②为发质一般但无脱发;③为光泽柔顺且无脱发。
有上述表1可看出,本发明的产品性质温和,不仅具有洗发之功效,更聚减轻头皮瘙痒,减少头皮屑,洗后的发质具有光泽柔顺。
二、温和效果测定
1、实验方法:每个实施例选取30名合格的受试者参加测试。
采用皮肤封闭型斑贴试验,选用面积不超过50mm2、深度约1mm的合格斑试器材。
将实验产品放入斑试器小室内,用量约为0.020mL-0.025mL,将加有受试物的斑试器,用低致敏胶带贴敷于受试者的前臂曲侧,用手掌轻压使之均匀地贴敷于皮肤上,持续24h,按照皮肤封闭型斑贴试验皮肤反应分级标准观察24小时的皮肤反应。
2、实验对象:实施例1-4和对比例1-4所制备的洗发水。
3、测试结果,如下表2:

注:+代表无不良反应;++代表能感受到少量刺激性,但未出现不良反应;+++代表能感觉到较强的刺激性,但未出现不良反应;++++代表能感觉到较强的刺激性,并出现不良反应。
从表2中可看出,本发明所提供的洗发水,温和、安全,对皮肤无刺激性,使用可靠。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种控油去屑止痒洗发水,其特征在于,包括如下组分:月桂醇硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺MEA、聚季铵盐-10、吡硫鎓锌、氯化锌、水解大米蛋白、辛酰基甘氨酸、页岩油磺酸钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控油去屑止痒洗发水,其特征在于,所述淘米水去屑止痒护发组合物包括如下重量份的组分:
月桂醇硫酸酯钠5份-30份;椰油酰胺MEA 0.5份-2份;聚季铵盐-10 1份-8份;水解大米蛋白1份-5份;吡硫鎓锌0.1份-1份;氯化锌0.1份-1份;辛酰基甘氨酸0.1份-1份;页岩油磺酸钠0.1份-1份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的控油去屑止痒洗发水,其特征在于,所述淘米水去屑止痒护发组合物还包括如下重量份的组分:保湿剂10份-20份;防腐剂0.001份-0.005份;增稠剂0.1份-2份;芳香剂0.1份-1份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的控油去屑止痒洗发水,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括稻米淀粉、山茶籽提取物和何首乌提取物;所述防腐剂包括甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、氯化镁和硝酸镁;所述增稠剂为卡波姆;所述芳香剂为香精。
5.根据权利要求4所述的控油去屑止痒洗发水,其特征在于,所述稻米淀粉、山茶籽提取物、何首乌提取物的质量比为(0.1-1):(0.1-1):(0.1-1)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的控油去屑止痒洗发水,其特征在于,所述甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、氯化镁、硝酸镁的质量比为3:1:(2-4):4。
7.一种控油去屑止痒洗发水,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:
组分A:水30份-60份;椰油酰胺MEA 0.5份-2份;月桂醇硫酸酯钠5份-30份;卡波姆0.1份-2份;
组分B:水解大米蛋白1份-5份;聚季铵盐-10 1份-8份;保湿剂10份-20份;氯化锌0.1份-1份;
组分C:辛酰基甘氨酸0.1份-1份;页岩油磺酸钠0.1份-1份;吡硫鎓锌0.1份-1份;防腐剂0.001份-0.005份;香精0.1份-1份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的控油去屑止痒洗发水,其特征在于,所述保湿剂由质量比为(0.1-1):(0.1-1):(0.1-1)的稻米淀粉、山茶籽提取物、何首乌提取物组成;所述防腐剂由质量比为3:1:(2-4):4的甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、氯化镁、硝酸镁组成。
9.一种控油去屑止痒洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下制备步骤:
S1:将组分A中的物料混合,搅拌加热至物料完全溶解,温度控制在75℃-85℃,保温15min-25min,形成混合液A;
将组分B中的物料混合,搅拌加热至物料完全溶解,温度控制在85℃-95℃,保温15min-25min,形成混合液B;
S2:将混合液A、混合液B加入到乳化锅中混合,然后开启乳化均质机,乳化8min-10min后,停止乳化均质机;接着,开启慢速搅拌器搅拌15min-25min,再开启冷却水,继续搅拌15min-25min,然后冷却至40℃-45℃后,加入组分C中的物料,搅拌均匀,形成混合液C;
S3:对混合液C继续搅拌,降温,直至搅拌至乳化锅内无气泡,取料检验,合格出料;出料后,静置12h,再取料检验,合格后,灌装,喷码,包装成品,封箱、入库。
10.根据权利要求9所述的控油去屑止痒洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,在将混合液A、混合液B加入到乳化锅中混合时,先将3/4的混合液A加入到乳化锅中,再将混合液B加入到乳化锅中,最后将剩余的1/4的混合液A加入到乳化锅中。
