本发明涉及A61K,更具体地,本发明涉及一种能抑制头皮油脂生成的洗发剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗发用品作为常见日用品,基本作用为清洁头发和头皮,但是随着生活压力增加和环境污染,洗发剂对于出油量高,或者病理性的头发难以达到高的去油和调理效果。
CN110585092A提供一种去油去屑洗发剂,包括薄荷提取物、氨基酸活性剂、抗菌剂、乳化硅油、香精、水等,可减少头皮屑,减少发质损伤,滋养发根,且不会刺激皮肤。
但目前控油洗发剂在使用过程中,往往造成头发粗糙、或者发质干、飞散,难以实现控油的同时,达到清爽的效果,且对头发的调理能力差,无法高效控油、减少头屑,且冲水滑度差。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明第一个方面提供了一种能抑制头皮油脂生成的洗发剂,所述洗发剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:
A组分:包括水,水补充至100wt%;
C组分:包括15~20wt%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,可列举的有,15wt%、16wt%、17wt%、18wt%、19wt%、20wt%;
D组分:包括0.2~0.4wt%辛酰基甘氨酸,可列举的有,0.2wt%、0.25wt%、0.3wt%、0.35wt%、0.4wt%;0.2~0.4wt%吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐,可列举的有,0.2wt%、0.25wt%、0.3wt%、0.35wt%、0.4wt%。
发明人发现,当采用辛酰基甘氨酸和吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐作为去屑调理成分,在调节皮肤生态系统、重建头皮的pH酸性屏障,改善毛细管脂溢性皮炎(皮脂、脱屑、发红),控制头屑、保护头皮,减少防腐剂用量的同时,和吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐共同作为去屑调理成分,可通过杀菌和抗氧化双重作用,促进止痒,减少头屑,且发明人发现,当添加两种成分共同作用,尤其是0.2~0.4wt%辛酰基甘氨酸、0.2~0.4wt%吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐共同作用时,在减少用量,降低成本的同时,可充分改善头屑问题,且促进控油的实现,具有好的调理作用,温和无刺激,作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述辛酰基甘氨酸和吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐的重量比为1:0.8~1.5,可列举的有,1:0.8、1:0.9、1:1、1:1.1、1:1.2、1:1.3、1:1.4、1:1.5。
发明人发现,通过添加酰胺类的去油调理组分,尤其是椰油酰胺DEA和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱配伍使用时,一方面利用椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的低刺激和杀菌能力,另一方面利用椰油酰胺DEA的净洗能力,再促进去油的同时,还具有去油、止痒和调理的作用,有利于头发柔软,减少头发干枯,促进头发清爽不飞散,且发明人发现,合适用量的酰胺类去油调理组分还有利于提高低温稳定性。作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述洗发剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,还包括B组分,所述B组分包括1~3wt%椰油酰胺DEA,可列举的有,1wt%、1.5wt%、2wt%、2.5wt%、3wt%;3~5wt%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,可列举的有,3wt%、3.5wt%、4wt%、4.5wt%、5wt%。
通过添加茶(CAMELLIA SINENSIS)籽提取物,通过茶籽提取物中的茶皂素,促进消炎、除菌、止疼、消氧的同时,还促进了对受损毛囊和发质的修护,提高头发的滋润性和柔顺性,且发明人发现,通过添加茶籽提取物,利用其颗粒性,促进清洗时摩擦感和手感提高,提供按摩性的同时,还促进了发泡性增加,和去油、净洗效果的提高,促进作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述洗发剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,还包括E组分,所述E组分包括0.1~0.3wt%茶籽提取物,可列举的有,0.1wt%、0.15wt%、0.2wt%、0.25wt%、0.3wt%。且本发明通过辛酰基甘氨酸、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐配伍的同时,添加茶籽提取物,可促进控油效果最大的同时,提供头发清爽的质感,对于油性、干性或头屑过多等人群,也具有高的去油和清爽的感觉,实现长效控油清爽,调理皮肤损伤。
此外,发明人发现,当使用洗发剂清洗头发的时候,在冲水过程中,尤其是对于油性头发来说,冲水过程中滑度较差,可能出现卡发或者冲洗顺滑性一般,而发明人发现,当添加增稠剂,和酰胺类B组分共同作用,在揉搓头发过程中,C、D、E等组分随着交联丙烯酸卡波姆、和较高刚性环状链的羟基纤维素,和酰胺B组分的凝胶泡沫成分附着在头发上,并利用聚季铵盐减少凝胶成分裹挟较多头发,从而随着冲水过程头发附着的凝胶泡沫成分洗去,得到高的冲水滑度,避免冲水,尤其是油性头发冲水时不顺滑的问题。作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述A组分还包括增稠剂,所述增稠剂选自羟基纤维素、聚季铵盐-10、卡波姆、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或多种。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述增稠剂包括羟基纤维素、聚季铵盐-10、卡波姆,重量比为0.6~0.9:0.2~0.4:1,可列举的有,0.6:0.2:1、0.7:0.3:1、0.8:0.3:1、0.9:0.4:1。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述增稠剂在洗发剂的重量百分数为0.5~1.5wt%,可列举的有,0.5wt%、0.6wt%、0.7wt%、0.8wt%、0.9wt%、1wt%、1.1wt%、1.2wt%、1.3wt%、1.4wt%、1.5wt%。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述羟基纤维素选自羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素中的一种或多种。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述A组分还包括pH调节剂一,所述pH调节剂一选自EDTA-2Na、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、磷酸一氢钠、三乙醇胺中的一种或多种。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述pH调节剂一在洗发剂的重量百分数为0.1~0.2wt%,本发明所述pH调节剂一可为一种,或两种及以上的混合物,当有两种及以上时,如EDTA-2Na、氢氧化钾,重量比为可为1:(0.5~1.5),不做具体限定。
本发明通过添加月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠作为乳化剂和增泡剂的同时,还可添加少量助乳化剂促进洗发剂乳化,作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述C组分还包括助乳化剂,所述助乳化剂选自鲸蜡硬脂醇、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、甘油硬脂酸酯、月桂醇聚醚、硬脂醇聚醚中的一种或多种。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述助乳化剂在洗发剂的重量百分数为0.4~1wt%,可列举的有,0.4wt%、0.6wt%、0.8wt%、1wt%,所述助乳化剂可为一种或多种,当为多种时,如鲸蜡硬脂醇、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵重量比为1:0.8~1.5。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述D组分还包括pH调节剂二和薄荷脑,所述pH调节剂二在洗发剂的重量百分数为0.1~0.4wt%,所述薄荷脑在洗发剂的重量百分数为0.3~0.5wt%。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述pH调节剂二选自EDTA-2Na、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、磷酸一氢钠、三乙醇胺中的一种或多种,本发明所述pH调节剂二可为一种,或两种及以上的混合物,不做具体限定。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述E组分还包括聚二甲基硅氧烷、C8~C14烷基葡糖苷。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述聚二甲基硅氧烷在洗发剂的重量百分数为0.1~0.3wt%,C8~C14烷基葡糖苷在洗发剂的重量百分数为0.4~0.6wt%。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述洗发剂的制备原料还包括F组分,所述F组分包括防腐剂、香精、无机盐中的一种或多种。
本发明不对防腐剂做具体限定,可列举的有,吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐、苯氧乙醇、羟苯甲酯、1,3-二羟甲基-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲DMDMH、羟苯丙酯。所述防腐剂在洗发剂的重量百分数为0.1~0.5wt%。
本发明不对香精做具体限定,根据洗发剂需要的香型进行选择。所述香精在洗发剂的重量百分数为0.5~1wt%。
本发明不对无机盐做具体限定,可列举的有,氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化铵。所述无机盐在洗发剂的重量百分数为0.05~0.2wt%。
本发明第二个方面提供了一种所述的能抑制头皮油脂生成的洗发剂的制备方法,包括:
将A组分加热至65~70℃,加入B组分,搅拌加热至75~80℃,加入C组分,升温至80~85℃,保温20~40min,降温至55~65℃,加入混合后的D组分,混合后,降温至40~50℃,加入E组分,混合,降温,得到所述洗发剂。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述能抑制头皮油脂生成的洗发剂的制备方法,包括:
将A组分加热至65~70℃,加入B组分,搅拌加热至75~80℃,加入C组分,升温至80~85℃,保温20~40min,降温至55~65℃,加入混合后的D组分,混合后,降温至40~50℃,加入E组分,混合,加入F组分,混合、降温,得到所述洗发剂。本发明B组分、C组分、E组分、F组分添加前,可不先混合,也可混合,而D组分原料在混合后加入。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供一种洗发剂,通过添加辛酰基甘氨酸和吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐作为止痒调理组分,可促进对头皮屏障的调节,减少头屑和头皮损伤,且通过调节辛酰基甘氨酸和吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐用量,可实现在较少用量的情况下达到好的调理效果,促进长效控油清爽。
(2)通过添加茶籽提取物和辛酰基甘氨酸和吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐共同作用,提高控油清爽作用的同时,还提高了洗发剂使用过程中对头皮的按摩效果,促进了发泡性能提高,并有利于冲水滑度。
(3)添加椰油酰胺DEA和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱作为C组分,在改善净洗、去屑效果的同时,和辛酰基甘氨酸和吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐作用,也有利于头发持续保持干爽、不油腻的状态,减少头屑的增加,改善干枯发质。
(4)本发明提供的洗发剂具有高的低温和高温以及制备稳定性,得到的洗发剂具有稳定的粘度和pH值,且香味稳定,且通过本发明提供的方法制备得到的洗发剂具有好的泡沫性和冲洗性,温和无刺激,适用于干性、油性或者中性等各种发质使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本例提供一种洗发剂,所述洗发剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:A组分:水70.58wt%、EDTA-2NA 0.1wt%、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.4wt%、聚季铵盐-10 0.15wt%、卡波姆0.5wt%、氢氧化钾0.07wt%、B组分:椰油酰胺DEA 2wt%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4wt%、C组分:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠18wt%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.4wt%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.4wt%、D组分:辛酰基甘氨酸0.3wt%、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐0.3wt%、三乙醇胺0.25wt%、薄荷脑0.45wt%、E组分:聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2wt%、C8-C14烷基葡糖苷0.5wt%、茶(CAMELLIASINENSIS)籽提取物0.2wt%、F组分:DMDMH0.3 wt%、香精0.8wt%、氯化钠0.1wt%。
本例提供如上所述洗发剂的制备方法,包括:
将A组分加热至65~70℃之间,加入B组分,搅拌加热至80℃,加入C组分,升温至80~85℃之间,保温30min,降温至61℃,加入混合后的D组分,混合后,降温至45℃,加入E组分,混合,加入F组分,混合、降温,得到所述洗发剂。本发明B组分、C组分、E组分、F组分添加前,可不先混合,也可混合,而D组分原料在混合后加入。
性能评价
1、洗发剂高温、低温(耐热、耐寒)检测:
①高温(耐热):取适量实施例1提供的洗发剂于样板瓶中(50g),放入温度为40±1℃的烘箱保持24H,恢复室温后无分层现象;
②低温(耐寒):取适量实施例1提供的洗发剂于样板瓶中(50g),放入温度为-8±2℃的冰箱中保持24H,恢复室温后无分层现象。
说明本发明提供的洗发剂具有高的耐热和耐寒效果。
2、外观、香气、粘度、ph检测:将实施例1提供的洗发剂分别配置5组,进行如下测试:
①外观:查看洗发剂是否有分层、不溶物等,料体应为均一液体;发现5组洗发剂均一、无分层或不溶物。
②香气:与样板相对比,闻香,一致即可;发现5组洗发剂香气一致。
③粘度:取适量洗发剂于杯中,选用3号转子,转速12转/分,测5组,结果见表1;
④pH:取适量料体,配成10%标准待测液,在待测液温度25℃时,用校准好的pH计测试,测5组,结果见表1。

3、泡沫检测:配制好标准硬水,然后将超级恒温仪预热到40±1℃,使罗氏泡沫仪恒温在40±1℃;称取实施例1提供的洗发剂2.5g,加入硬水100ml,再加入蒸馏水900ml,加热到40±1℃,搅拌使洗发剂均匀;用200ml定量漏斗吸取部分试液,沿泡沫仪管壁冲洗一下,然后取试液放入泡沫仪底部对准标准刻度至50ml,再用200ml定量漏斗吸取试液,固定漏斗中心位置,放下试液,立即记下泡沫高度,结果保留整数位,测试3次,结果见表2。

4、控油清爽测试:选取不同头发状况的志愿者使用实施例提供的洗发剂,观察使用3次的泡沫量、滑度、控油、清爽状况,结果见表3。

由测试结果可知,本发明提供的洗发剂具有高的控油清爽的效果,长期使用时,可减少头屑增长,修护头皮和头发,适用于油性、干性、中性等多种发质,且不会产生刺激。
Claims (2)
1.一种能抑制头皮油脂生成的洗发剂,其特征在于,所述洗发剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:A组分:水70.58wt%、EDTA-2NA 0.1wt%、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.4wt%、聚季铵盐-10 0.15wt%、卡波姆0.5wt%、氢氧化钾0.07wt%、B组分:椰油酰胺DEA2wt%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4wt%、C组分:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠18wt%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.4wt%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.4wt%、D组分:辛酰基甘氨酸0.3wt%、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐0.3wt%、三乙醇胺0.25wt%、薄荷脑0.45wt%、E组分:聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2wt%、C8-C14烷基葡糖苷0.5wt%、茶籽提取物0.2wt%、F组分:DMDMH 0.3wt%、香精0.8wt%、氯化钠0.1wt%。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的能抑制头皮油脂生成的洗发剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:将A组分加热至65~70℃之间,加入B组分,搅拌加热至80℃,加入C组分,升温至80~85℃之间,保温30min,降温至61℃,加入混合后的D组分,混合后,降温至45℃,加入E组分,混合,加入F组分,混合、降温,得到所述洗发剂。
