背景技术
手是与外界接触最多、也是最易污染的身体部位,是传染病菌的重要渠道。尤其受近期新冠病毒的影响,勤洗手已经成为人类卫生防病的重要常识和基本实践;环境抑菌消毒是预防病毒的必要基本条件,人们需要的是既可以高效抑菌消毒,又要安全无刺激无副作用,更需要使用无限制无燃爆隐患的新型食品级植物产品。
在家庭中,使用最为广泛的是香皂和洗手液,这些洗涤剂只有洗涤去污作用并无消毒灭菌功效。
市场上几乎所有的免洗消毒洗手液都是以75%酒精为主,经常使用对皮肤有刺激和损伤,既不可随身携带也不可随意喷撒,具有高度易燃易爆炸危险。苯扎氯铵、次氯酸钠等含氯成分产品,大多是空间消毒产品,强刺激有异味,氯气是一种有毒气体,短时间内人吸入高浓度氯气会严重损伤眼、鼻和呼吸道黏膜造成损伤甚至发生呼吸道肿胀,产生呼吸困难。氯气的隐患副作用很大。
目前市场上常见的免洗洗手液都是75%酒精成分,不仅存在易燃易爆等安全隐患,且不适合孕妇和低龄儿童使用,成人长期使用也会加速皮肤水分流失,造成干燥紧绷甚至皲裂。另外,有研究表明,以酒精作为主要成分的洗手液,有效成分快速挥发,消毒杀菌功效只有几分钟时间很短,无法杀灭一些常见细菌病毒。

本发明针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种植物型抑菌消毒剂及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种植物型免洗抑菌消毒剂,其组分按照重量份数计包括:马齿苋提取物0.1-50份、鱼腥草提取物0.1-30份、板蓝根提取物0.1-30份、蒲公英提取物0.1-30份、薄荷提取物0.1-20份、蒜氨酸0.1-20份、果粉0.5-10份、茶多酚0.1-20份、甜菜素0.1-20份、甘油0.2-20份、乳酸钠0.1-20份、烷基糖苷0.1-20份、醋酸0.1-30份、食用香料0.1-1份和纯净水10-90份。
优选地,上述植物型免洗抑菌消毒剂,其组分按照重量份数计包括:马齿苋提取物1-30份、鱼腥草提取物0.1-30份、板蓝根提取物1-20份、蒲公英提取物1-20份、薄荷提取物0.1-10份、蒜氨酸0.1-20份、果粉0.5-10份、茶多酚0.1-20份、甜菜素0.1-10份、甘油0.2-10份、乳酸钠0.1-10份、烷基糖苷0.1-10份、醋酸0.1-10份、食用香料0.1-1份和纯净水10-70份。

本发明的第二个目的在于提供上述植物型免洗抑菌消毒剂的制备方法,具体如下:先将马齿苋提取物、鱼腥草提取物、板蓝根提取物、蒲公英提取物、薄荷提取物、蒜氨酸、果粉、茶多酚、甜菜素加入搅拌罐,再加入水温为25-35℃的纯净水,启动搅拌机搅拌至全部溶解,最后加入甘油、醋酸、乳酸钠、食用香料、烷基糖苷,搅拌至水溶均匀无沉渣,即得。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明中使用的原料均为天然纯植物成分,均属于食品级成分,无毒、无酒精、无氯酸、无腐蚀、无异味、无刺激,不燃爆,洗手液的pH为3-6,安全温和,无隐患。且其对沙门氏菌(常见致病菌)、大肠杆菌、霉菌(真菌)等菌类的杀毒灭菌率高达99.9%。本发明的组分作为主料,与不同的辅料结合可以制成喷雾型、凝胶型、液态型、泡沫型等不同形态的抑菌消毒剂。本发明的产品广泛用于洗手、餐具、交通工具和大型室内空间消毒。具体的,适用于家庭厨房、饭店酒店、会所、食品加工场所、幼儿园、学校、军营、影院、体育馆、室内会场等广大人员密集场所;飞机、轮船、汽车、火车等各种交通工具内部空间消毒;还可用于加湿器水质洁净抑菌。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种植物型免洗抑菌消毒液,其组分按照重量份数计包括:马齿苋提取物10份、鱼腥草提取物2份、板蓝根提取物3份、蒲公英提取物6份、薄荷提取物2份、蒜氨酸3份、柠檬粉5份、茶多酚5份、甜菜素3份、甘油7份、醋酸1份、乳酸钠2份、烷基糖苷1份、食用香料0.3份和水60份。
上述植物型免洗抑菌消毒液的制备方法,具体如下:将马齿苋提取物、鱼腥草提取物、板蓝根提取物、蒲公英提取物、薄荷提取物、蒜氨酸、柠檬粉、茶多酚、甜菜素置于搅拌罐混合,再加入纯净水,在搅拌机中搅动,最后加入甘油、醋酸、乳酸钠、食用香料和烷基糖苷,水溶均匀无沉渣,即得。
实施例2
一种植物型免洗抑菌凝胶剂,其组分按照重量份数计包括:马齿苋提取物15份、鱼腥草提取物8份、板蓝根提取物2份、蒲公英提取物7份、薄荷提取物10份、蒜氨酸2份、葡萄粉+苹果粉3份、茶多酚5份、甜菜素1份、甘油2份、乳酸钠10份、醋酸2份、海藻酸钠0.8份、烷基糖苷1份、食用香料0.2份和水70份。
上述植物型免洗抑菌凝胶剂的制备方法,具体如下:
(1)在搅拌罐中加入40份温水,然后加入海藻酸钠0.8份,低速搅拌形成凝胶备用;
(2)将马齿苋提取物15份、鱼腥草提取物8份、板蓝根提取物2份、蒲公英提取物7份、薄荷提取物10份、蒜氨酸2份、葡萄粉+苹果粉3份、茶多酚5份、甜菜素1份置于搅拌罐混合,再加入纯净水70份、甘油2份、醋酸2份,搅拌机中低速搅动,水溶均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物加入步骤(1)的凝胶中,低速搅拌,混合均匀;最后加入食用香料0.2份、烷基糖苷1份,低速搅拌5分钟;产品无气泡、无“鱼眼”,形成透明均匀凝胶,静置1-2天即可。
实施例3
一种植物型加湿器水质洁净抑菌消毒剂,其组分按照重量份数计包括:马齿苋提取物15份、鱼腥草提取物10份、板蓝根提取物10份、蒲公英提取物15份、薄荷提取物10份、蒜氨酸5份、甜橙粉5份、茶多酚5份、甜菜素6份、甘油2份、乳酸钠6份、烷基糖苷8份、醋酸10份、食用香料0.3份和水50份。
上述植物型加湿器水质洁净抑菌消毒剂的制备方法,具体如下:将马齿苋提取物、鱼腥草提取物、板蓝根提取物、蒲公英提取物、薄荷提取物、蒜氨酸、甜橙粉、茶多酚、甜菜素、甘油、乳酸钠、烷基糖苷置于搅拌罐混合,再加入纯净水,在搅拌机中搅动,最后加入醋酸和食用香料,水溶均匀即得。
实施例4
一种植物型空间抑菌消毒剂,其组分按照重量份数计包括:马齿苋提取物5份、鱼腥草提取物10份、板蓝根提取物8份、蒲公英提取物10份、薄荷提取物5份、柠檬粉+甜橙粉10份、蒜氨酸2份、茶多酚5份、甜菜素0.1份、甘油0.3份、乳酸钠0.2份、烷基糖苷0.5份、醋酸2份、食用香料1份和水80份。
上述植物型空间抑菌消毒剂的制备方法,具体如下:将马齿苋提取物、鱼腥草提取物、板蓝根提取物、蒲公英提取物、薄荷提取物、柠檬粉+甜橙粉、蒜氨酸、茶多酚、甜菜素、甘油、乳酸钠、烷基糖苷置于搅拌罐混合,再加入纯净水,在搅拌机中搅动,最后加入醋酸和食用香料,水溶均匀无沉渣,即得。
【抑菌试验】
一、抑菌圈试验
1、LB培养基的制备
LB液体培养基的制备:取酵母提取物5g、蛋白陈10g、氯化钠5g,超纯水定容至1000mL,用1M的NaOH调节pH值至7.2;LB固体培养基的制备是在上述制备的培养液中再添加1.5%-2%的琼脂。以上两种培养基均置于高压灭菌器内经120℃,0.1MPa高压灭菌20min,灭好菌的液体培养基冷却置室温,放置于4℃冰箱保存;固体培养基则于未凝固时平分装于试管及培养皿中,冷却置室温,放置于4℃冰箱保存。LB培养基供临床病原菌沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、霉菌培养之用。
2、抑菌圈实验
供试临床病原菌采用LB培养基,37℃培养;采用琼脂扩散法检测活性物质的抑菌活性:将指示菌50μL加到5mL液体培养基中,200rpm震荡8-10h,培养至对数增长期,菌液用生理盐水稀释至106CFU/mL,分别取100μL均匀涂布于固体培养基上,然后在培养基上放置牛津杯(杯外径8mm),杯中分别加入实施例1、2、3中的组合物30μL,用生理盐水做阴性对照,做三次重复。将培养平皿在恒温培养箱中培养18h后观察,测量抑菌圈直径,取平均值,判断各实施例组合物的抑菌活性,见表1。

由表1可以看出,相对于阴性对照组,本发明实施例1、2、3的抑菌圈明显增大,说明本发明的免洗洗手液有很好的抑菌效果。
二、抑菌率试验
1、试验方法:选择50名试验者,年龄5-60岁,男女不限,无基础疾病。观察该消毒洗手液对手皮肤的灭菌效果。首先,对试验者的左手、右手用棉拭子涂抹法采样,作为消毒前的对照组。再取实施例1的消毒液3mL于掌心,双手稍作搓擦,再按照6步法充分搓擦双手,作用2min、2h、6h、10h,分别取各时间点的手指培养标本。取样时,五指并拢,采样人将浸有无菌生理盐水采样液的棉拭子1次,在被检人双手曲面从指根到指端来回涂擦2次(1只手涂擦面为20cm2),并随之转动采样拭子,剪去采样人手接触部分,将棉拭子放入盛有中和剂的试管内,将采样液试管振动100次,中和10min,稀释后,用无菌吸管吸取0.5mL,加入4.5mL营养肉汤管内,放置37℃恒温箱中培养48h,并观察菌体类型,计算每平方厘米的手细菌菌落总数(CFU/cm2)。
2、试验结果:洗手液对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、霉菌有明显的杀菌作用。在作用时间为2min、2h、6h时,左手、右手的平均抑菌率均高达99.9%,见表2。

1.一种植物型免洗抑菌消毒剂,其特征在于,其组分按照重量份数计包括:马齿苋提取物0.1-50份、鱼腥草提取物0.1-30份、板蓝根提取物0.1-30份、蒲公英提取物0.1-30份、薄荷提取物0.1-20份、蒜氨酸0.1-20份、果粉0.5-10份、茶多酚0.1-20份、甜菜素0.1-20份、甘油0.2-20份、乳酸钠0.1-20份、烷基糖苷0.1-20份、醋酸0.1-30份、食用香料0.1-1份和纯净水10-90份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植物型免洗抑菌消毒剂,其特征在于,其组分按照重量份数计包括:马齿苋提取物1-30份、鱼腥草提取物0.1-30份、板蓝根提取物1-20份、蒲公英提取物1-20份、薄荷提取物0.1-10份、蒜氨酸0.1-20份、果粉0.5-10份、茶多酚0.1-20份、甜菜素0.1-10份、甘油0.2-10份、乳酸钠0.1-10份、烷基糖苷0.1-10份、醋酸0.1-10份、食用香料0.1-1份和纯净水10-70份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的植物型免洗抑菌消毒剂,其特征在于,还包括增稠剂0-10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的植物型免洗抑菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为食品级透明增稠剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的植物型免洗抑菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为海藻酸钠或瓜尔胶。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的植物型免洗抑菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述醋酸的浓度为1-99wt%。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的植物型免洗抑菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述果粉为柠檬粉、甜橙粉、葡萄粉或苹果粉中的一种或两种以上。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述植物型免洗抑菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体如下:先将马齿苋提取物、鱼腥草提取物、板蓝根提取物、蒲公英提取物、薄荷提取物、蒜氨酸、果粉、茶多酚、甜菜素加入搅拌罐,再加入水温为25-35℃的纯净水,启动搅拌机搅拌至全部溶解,最后加入甘油、醋酸、乳酸钠、食用香料、烷基糖苷,搅拌至水溶均匀无沉渣,即得。
