Abstract

본 발명은 친환경 생분해성 물티슈의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게 설명하면 일반적인 부직포에 친환경 생분해성 물질을 첨가하여 세정능력이 뛰어나고 위생적이면서 친환경 생분해성 물티슈를 제조하도록 발명한 것이다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 부직포에 친환경 생분해성 물질을 첨가한 것으로,
세정제는 중량기준으로 물[water] 98.87%, 염화벤잘코늄 [Benzalkonium chloride] 0.13%, 페녹시에탄올 [phenoxyethanol] 0.1%, 벤조산나트륨[Sodium benzoate] 0.1%, 시트르산[citric acid] 0.1%, 폴리소베이트 20 [polysorbate 20] 0.1%, 글리세린[Glycerin] 0.2%, 프로필렌글리콜[Propylene Glycol] 0.1%, 구연산나트륨[sodium citrate] 0.1%, 디소듐이디티에이[Disodium EDTA] 0.1%, 티트리[Melaleuca alternifolia] 0.1%를 서로 배합한 후 섭씨 60-70℃에서 10분 동안 넣어 함침한 후 인출하여 친환경 물티슈를 제조하도록 한 것이다.
세정능력이 뛰어나고 위생적이면서 친환경 생분해성 물티슈를 제조하도록 발명하여 땅을 오염시키지 않으며 세정능력이 뛰어나고 인체에 무해한 친환경 물티슈를 제조하도록 한 것이다.

Description

친환경 생분해성 물티슈의 제조방법{Manufacturing method of eco-friendly biodegradable wet tissue}
본 발명은 친환경 생분해성 물티슈의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게 설명하면 일반적인 부직포에 친환경 생분해성 물질을 첨가하여 세정능력이 뛰어나고 위생적이면서 친환경 생분해성 물티슈를 제조하도록 발명한 것이다.
일반적으로 물티슈를 사용한 후에 폐기하게 되면 쉽게 분해가 되지 않아 환경오염의 주범이 되어 왔다.
이와 같이 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 많은 연구가 진행되고 있는 실정이다.
종래에는 특허출원등록번호 10-2017-0138469호가 있었으며, 보다 구체적으로 설명하면 생분해성 고분자섬유로 제조된 부직포 또는 직포에 식물성 세정 추출물을 함침시켜 제조함으로써 종적으로 물, 이산화탄소 및 바이오매스 등으로 완전 생분해가 가능하며, 환경친화적이면서 세정능력이 뛰어나고 위생적인 친환경 생분해성 물티슈 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 특허출원등록번호 10-2017-0022389호가 있었으며, 보다 구체적으로 설명하면 물티슈 원단과, 상기 물티슈 원단에 함침되는 액상 조성물을 포함하며, 상기 액상 조성물은 고추냉이 추출물을 포함한다. 이러한 본 발명의 물티슈는, 화학적 방부제 또는 항균제를 사용하지 않아 안정성이 우수하고, 피부 자극이 없으며, 항균성이 우수하다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 물티슈는 탈취력 역시 우수하다는 장점이 있다.
이와 같이 종래에도 많은 친환경성 물티슈가 개발되었으며 지금도 친환경적이고 인체에 무해한 물티슈가 지속적으로 개발되고 있는 실정이다.
이에 본 발명은 상기와 바와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서,
본 발명은 물티슈를 사용한 후에도 폐기할 시에도 신속하게 분해되어 땅을 오염시키지 않고 인체에 해가 되지 않으며 세정능력이 뛰어나고 위생적인 물티슈를 제조할 수 있도록 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 부직포에 친환경 생분해성 물질을 첨가한 것으로,

세정능력이 뛰어나고 위생적이면서 친환경 생분해성 물티슈를 제조하도록 발명하여 땅을 오염시키지 않으며 세정능력이 뛰어나고 인체에 무해한 친환경 물티슈를 제조하도록 한 것이다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명은 물티슈를 사용한 후에 폐기할 시에도 신속하게 분해되어 땅을 오염시키지 않고 물티슈를 사용중에도 인체에 해가 되지 않으며 세정능력이 뛰어나고 위생적이고 친환경적인 물티슈를 제조할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
시중에 널리 생산되고 부직포에 친환경적인 세정제를 함침하여 제조하는 것으로,
본 발명은 친환경적인 세정제를 개발하여 적용하므로 땅을 오염시키지 않고 인체에 무해한 물티슈를 제조할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

세정제의 물질에 대한 특징으로 살펴보면:
염화벤잘코늄 [Benzalkonium chloride]
4차 암모늄염에 속하는 질소 양이온 계면활성제로, 알킬벤질디메틸암모늄 클로라이드 혼합물이다. 물에 잘 용해되지 않지만, 에탄올과 아세톤에 잘 녹는다. 약알칼리성의 화학적 특성을 가지고, 색은 무색 또는 옅은 노란색이며 용액을 흔들면 거품이 많이 난다. 피부소독제, 방부제, 보존제, 손 세정제, 점안제, 항균 수건, 바닥 청소제, 수술 도구 소독제, 등으로 사용되며 과산화수소나 에탄올 소독제와 다르게 상처 부위에 자극을 주지 않고 소독할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
페녹시에탄올 [phenoxyethanol]
C6H5-O-CH2-CH2-OH. 모노알코올. 무색의 점성 액체. 녹는점 14℃, 끓는점 245℃. 물에 약간 녹으며 에탄올과 에테르에서 쉽게 녹는다. 알칼리 용액에서 산화 에틸렌과 페놀의 반응에 의해서 공업적으로 만들어진다. 유기 합성과 향료에 사용된다.
벤조산나트륨[Sodium benzoate]
요약 미생물의 생육을 억제하여 가공식품의 보존료로 사용되는 식품첨가물이다. 탄산 및 비 탄산 음료, 잼, 마가린 등에 사용된다.
시트르산[citric acid]
요약 구연산은 신진 대사의 핵심 중간체이며 감귤류에서 발견되는 산 화합물 입니다. 구연산(구연산염)의 염은 칼슘 킬레이트로 인해 항응고제로서 사용될 수 있다
폴리소베이트 20 [polysorbate 20]
소비톨 또는 소비톨 1 또는 2 무수물 각 1몰에 대해 에틸렌옥사이드 약 20몰과 축합한 소비톨과 소비톨 무수물의 로르산과의 부분 에스터 혼합물. 식품 첨가물의 하나로 분산제, 착향료로 쓴다.
글리세린[Glycerin]
이 의약품은 글리세린을 함유하는 무색의 맑은 끈기있는 액으로 냄새는 없고 맛은 달다.
방부작용이 있으며, 희박용액의 자극을 완화하며 국소를 연화한다. 또한, 관장약, 국소를 포섭보호하고 외부자극을 완화하고 유해물질의 침입을 방지할 목적으로 외용한다.
변비에 50% 액을 10~20㎖ 관장제 또는 좌제로 사용하며, 피부와 점막면을 보호 연화하기 위해 상피박리, 화상, 군열, 인충진, 비강진 등에 쓴다. 또한, 점이료로 쓰며 인후, 비강의 도포료, 용제, 연고, 도포약의 기제, 부형제, 첨가제 등에 사용한다. 시중 약국에서 쉽게 구할 수 있다.
프로필렌글리콜[Propylene Glycol]
요약 무색 투명한 시럽상 액체로 냄새가 없거나 또는 약간 냄새가 있으며 약간 쓴맛과 단맛이 있는 용제이다. 빵의 신전제 및 보습제와 쇼트닝의 신전제로 쓰인다.
구연산나트륨[sodium citrate]
무색 또는 백색의 결절성 분말이고 무취, 산뜻한 짠맛이 있고 칼슘과 불용성의 소금을 만든다. 이것을 이용해서 혈액응고에 필요한 혈액 중의 칼슘을 포착해 항응혈제로 사용된다. 정맥주사용의 3.8% 용액(0.4㎖ 채취, 혈액에서 총량 2.0㎖로 한다), 수혈용의 10% 용액(8~14㎖에 대해서 혈액에서 총량 200㎖로 한다)이 사용된다. 수혈의 경우는 몸 안에서 희석되므로 문제는 없다. 1.5~1.0% 에서는 혈액응고저지를 하는데, 30%에서는 반대로 응고작용을 나타낸다.
디소듐이디티에이[Disodium EDTA]
이 원료를 건조한 것은 정량할 때 디소듐이디티에이(C10H14N2Na2O8·2H2O : 372.24) 99.0% 이상을 함유한다.

물티슈를 사용한 후에도 폐기할 시에도 신속하게 분해되어 땅을 오염시키지 않고 물티슈를 사용중에도 인체에 해가 되지 않으며 세정능력이 뛰어나고 위생적이고 친환경적인 물티슈를 제조할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 시중에 널리 생산되고 부직포에 친환경적인 세정제를 함침하여 제조하는 것으로,
    본 발명의 세정제는 중량기준으로 물[water] 98.87%, 염화벤잘코늄[Benzalkonium chloride] 0.13%, 페녹시에탄올 [phenoxyethanol] 0.1%, 벤조산나트륨[Sodium benzoate] 0.1%, 시트르산[citric acid] 0.1%, 폴리소베이트 20 [polysorbate 20] 0.1%, 글리세린[Glycerin] 0.2%, 프로필렌글리콜[Propylene Glycol] 0.1%, 구연산나트륨[sodium citrate] 0.1%, 디소듐이디티에이[Disodium EDTA] 0.1%, 티트리[Melaleuca alternifolia] 0.1%를 서로 배합한 후 섭씨 60-70℃에서 10분 동안 넣어 함침한 후 인출하여 친환경 물티슈를 제조하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 생분해성 물티슈의 제조방법.
