A composition containing berberine comprises berberine and sodium benzoate or sodium rosinate as effective components. When the berberine is compounded with the sodium benzoate or the sodium rosinate, the compound preparation shows good synergistic effect on the unreal algae, can improve the control effect on the citrus lichen, can reduce the application dosage of pesticide, and delays the generation of drug resistance of pathogenic algae.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a composition containing berberine.
Background
In citrus orchard, a layer of green clothes is often seen on the trunk, branches, leaves and fruits even on the ground, the green clothes is a lichen disease, and the pathogen is Phaeococcus pseudopluvialis (Apatococcus lobatus) of Phaeococcus of Chlorophyta family. The moss is mainly damaged in the middle and lower parts of the tree crown, and the whole tree is damaged when the moss is serious, so that the photosynthesis of the tree body and the appearance and quality of fruits are seriously influenced. The production usually adopts bactericide such as mancozeb, difenoconazole, iprodione or ethylicin to prevent and treat, and with the long-term use of the bactericide, pathogens generate drug resistance, so that the prevention and treatment effect is not ideal.
Berberine is also called berberine, is a phenylpropanoid quaternary alkaloid with molecular formula C 20 H 18 NO 4 It is a yellow needle crystal, with melting point of 145 deg.C, and is soluble in water and insoluble in benzene, ether and chloroform. It is contained in many plants of berberidaceae and the like. Due to the broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, berberine is found to be effective in preventing and treating the lichen diseases in recent years by destroying the integrity of cell walls, cytoplasmic membranes and mitochondrial membranes and destroying DNA to cause fungal cell death. However, if berberine is singly applied for a long time to prevent and treat the citrus lichen disease, the berberine is easy to generate drug resistance, so that the prevention effect of the berberine is reduced.
The research of the inventor finds that when berberine and sodium benzoate or sodium rosinate are compounded according to a certain mass ratio to prevent and treat citrus lichen diseases, obvious synergistic effect is shown, and no relevant report is found at present.
The information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a composition containing berberine, which can improve the prevention and treatment of citrus lichen disease and delay the generation of drug resistance of pathogenic algae.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the first purpose of the invention is to provide a composition containing berberine, the effective components of which are prepared by binary combination of berberine and sodium benzoate or sodium rosinate.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the berberine to the sodium benzoate is 1-10:40-1.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the berberine to the sodium rosinate is 1-5:15-1.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide the application of the composition in preventing and treating citrus moss.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
when the berberine is compounded with the sodium benzoate or the sodium rosinate, the compound preparation shows good synergistic effect on the unreal algae, can improve the control effect on the citrus lichen, can reduce the application dosage of pesticide, and delays the generation of drug resistance of pathogenic algae.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the invention is provided, but it should be understood that the scope of the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Pesticide effect in field: prevention and treatment effect on citrus lichen disease after berberine is compounded
1. Test agent
98% berberine crude drug (Shanghai Aladdin Biotechnology Co., ltd.), 99% sodium benzoate crude drug (Jiangxi Huayuyuan Biotechnology Co., ltd.), and 45% sodium rosinate wettable powder (Zhejiang Dapeng pharmaceutical Co., ltd.).
Preparing the raw medicines into single-dose mother liquor, setting multiple groups of ratios, and diluting each single-dose mother liquor and the mixture of the ratios with 0.1% Tween-80 until the mass concentration of the effective components is 30mg/L for later use.
2. The test method (refer to the pesticide field efficacy test rule (II) GB/T17980.98-2004: mango anthracnose prevention and control by bactericide).
In a Nanfeng mandarin orange orchard of Daliangchen town of Shangan county, liuzhou, guangxi, citrus trees with consistent growth vigor, plant depression and common citrus lichen disease are selected, and the pathogen is algae of Phaeococcus of Chlorophyta.
The experiment set up multiple treatments, 3 replicates each, 2 fruit trees each. And (3) spraying a test medicament on the whole plant of each treated citrus tree by adopting a spraying method in the occurrence period of the moss disease, uniformly spraying the front and back surfaces of the branches and the leaves of the citrus trees without dripping liquid medicine, and spraying equivalent clear water as a blank control.
The test was performed for 3 disease surveys: the 1 st investigation is the investigation before the first pesticide application, and the common disease of plants in a cell is investigated; the 2 nd investigation is 7d investigation after the first drug application; the 3 rd survey is 14d after the first administration. Each tree is investigated for 5 azimuths in the south, the west and the north, 10 leaves are investigated for each azimuth, the total leaf number and the leaf number of each grade of disease are recorded and investigated, and the disease index and the control effect of each treatment are calculated.
3. Blade disease grading table
See table 1.
TABLE 1 leaf disease grading Table
Progression of disease | Lesion area of leaf |
0 | The leaf has no disease spot |
1 | The area of the scab accounts for less than 10% of the area of the leaf |
3 | The area of the scab accounts for 11-25% of the area of the leaf |
5 | The area of the lesion spots accounts for 26 to 50 percent of the area of the leaves |
7 | The area of the lesion spots accounts for 51-75% of the area of the leaves |
9 | The area of the scab accounts for more than 75 percent of the area of the leaf |
4. Formula for calculation
5. Test results
See tables 2-3.
TABLE 2 prevention and treatment effect of berberine and sodium benzoate combination on citrus lichen disease
As can be seen from Table 2, after the application of the drug for 7 days, the berberine, the sodium benzoate and different proportions of the berberine and the sodium benzoate gradually show certain control effects on the citrus lichen disease, and the control effect after the application of the drug for 14 days is better than that after the application of the drug for 7 days. When the medicine is applied for 14 days, the prevention effect of the berberine and sodium benzoate compound treatment is between 71.19 and 83.74 percent.
TABLE 3 prevention and treatment effect of berberine and sodium rosinate on citrus lichen disease
As can be seen from Table 3, after the application of the drug for 7 days, the berberine, the sodium rosinate and different proportions of the berberine and the sodium rosinate gradually show certain control effects on the citrus lichen diseases, and the control effect after the application of the drug for 14 days is better than that after the application of the drug for 7 days. When the medicine is applied for 14d, the prevention effect of the berberine and sodium rosinate after the compound treatment is between 68.84 and 86.93 percent, and the prevention effect of the berberine and the sodium rosinate after the single treatment is lower than 68.84 percent.
In conclusion, after the berberine is compounded with the sodium benzoate or the sodium rosinate, the synergistic effect is shown on the Phaeococcus pluvialis which is a pathogenic alga of the citrus moss disease within a certain mass ratio range, and the control effect on the citrus moss can be improved.
