Abstract

The invention relates to application of DDAB in preparation of a moss preventing and treating medicine and a moss preventing and treating composition, and belongs to the technical field of pesticides. Application of DDAB in preparing medicines for preventing and treating moss is provided. The moss preventing and treating composition comprises: DDAB and berberine, wherein the weight ratio of DDAB to berberine is 1-16: 0.4-0.6. The invention uses DDAB for preventing and treating the green moss of fruit trees, and provides a new choice for preventing and treating the green moss. The invention also combines berberine and DDAB according to a specific proportion to obtain a novel moss preventing and treating composition, and the novel moss preventing and treating composition can be adopted for moss which has drug resistance to the existing moss preventing and treating medicaments.

Berberine, also known as berberine, is an isoquinoline alkaloid distributed in many plants. It is an important active and effective component of Chinese medicinal material coptis in the aspect of pharmacy for the first time, and can inhibit inflammation, bacterial and viral infection, etc.

level 0: no moss exists;
level 1: the moss area accounts for 0-10% of the whole leaf area;
and 3, level: the moss area accounts for 10 to 25 percent of the whole leaf area;
and 5, stage: the moss area accounts for 26-50% of the whole leaf area;
and 7, stage: the moss area accounts for 51 to 75 percent of the whole leaf area;
and 9, stage: the moss area accounts for more than 75% of the whole leaf area.
After investigation, the control effect is calculated according to the following formula:

Medicament:
70% of original berberine adopted in the experiment of the invention is berberine sulfate with the berberine content of 70 wt%; 80% DDAB is an ethanol solution with a DDAB content of 80 wt%.

the dilution of 80% of DDAB 6.25% + 70% of berberine and 80% of DDAB 12.5% + 70% of berberine by 150 times is obviously synergistic compared with a single dose, but the improvement of DDAB concentration is not obvious in synergistic effect compared with the single dose, but the better technical scheme is the scheme of 80% of DDAB 6.25% + 70% of berberine by combining the cost and the dilution times, namely 5% of pure DDAB + 0.49% of pure berberine.
