A composition containing berberine comprises berberine and sodium benzoate or sodium rosinate as effective components. When the berberine and sodium benzoate or sodium abietate are compounded, the berberine and sodium benzoate or sodium abietate have good synergistic effect on the fictive chlorella, can improve the control effect on citrus moss, can reduce the application dosage of pesticides, and can delay the generation of drug resistance of pathogenic algae.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a berberine-containing composition.
Background
In citrus orchards, it is often seen that trunks, branches, leaves and fruits, even on the ground, are covered with a layer of green "clothes", which is moss disease, the etiological agent of which is the fictive chlorella (Apatococclus lobatus) of the genus fictive chlorella of the family Chlorophyceae. Moss is mainly damaged in the middle and lower parts of the crown, and the whole plant is damaged when serious, so that photosynthesis of the tree body and appearance and quality of fruits are seriously affected. The production is usually controlled by adopting bactericides such as mancozeb, difenoconazole, iprodione or ethylicin, and the like, and the pathogenic substances have drug resistance with long-term use of the medicines, so that the control effect is not ideal.
Berberine is also called berberine, is a quaternary alkaloid of phenylpropanoid, and has a molecular formula of C 20H18NO4, is a yellow needle-like crystal, has a melting point of 145 ℃, is soluble in water, and is insoluble in benzene, diethyl ether and chloroform. Is contained in a plurality of plants such as berberidaceae. Since it has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, it has been found in recent years that berberine can effectively prevent and treat moss diseases by destroying the integrity of cell walls, cytoplasmic membranes and mitochondrial membranes, and destroying DNA to cause death of fungal cells. However, if berberine is singly applied for a long time to prevent and treat citrus moss, drug resistance is easy to be generated, and the prevention effect of berberine is reduced.
The inventor researches that the common method for developing new pesticides is to compound different chemical pesticides, and the inventor researches that the berberine and sodium benzoate or sodium abietate are compounded according to a certain mass ratio to show obvious synergistic effect when the citrus moss is prevented and treated, and no related report is found at present.
The information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a berberine-containing composition which can improve the control of citrus moss and delay the generation of drug resistance of pathogenic algae.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
The first aim of the invention is to provide a composition containing berberine, the active ingredients of which are compounded by berberine and sodium benzoate or sodium abietate.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the berberine to the sodium benzoate is 1-10:40-1.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the berberine to the sodium abietate is 1-5:15-1.
A second object of the present invention is to provide the use of the above composition for controlling citrus moss.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
When the berberine and sodium benzoate or sodium abietate are compounded, the berberine and sodium benzoate or sodium abietate have good synergistic effect on the fictive chlorella, can improve the control effect on citrus moss, can reduce the application dosage of pesticides, and can delay the generation of drug resistance of pathogenic algae.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the invention is, but it should be understood that the invention is not limited to specific embodiments.
The field efficacy: after berberine is compounded, the effect of preventing and treating citrus moss disease
1. Test agent
98% Of berberine raw medicine (Shanghai Ala Biotechnology Co., ltd.), 99% of sodium benzoate raw medicine (Jiangxi Huayuyuan Biotechnology Co., ltd.), 45% of sodium abietate wettable powder (Zhejiang Dapeng pharmaceutical Co., ltd.).
After the raw materials are prepared into single-dose mother liquor, a plurality of groups of proportions are arranged, and each single-dose mother liquor and the proportion mixed liquor are diluted by 0.1 percent of Tween-80 until the mass concentration of active ingredients is 30mg/L for standby.
2. Test method (refer to pesticide field efficacy test criterion (II) GB/T17980.98-2004: bactericide for preventing and treating mango anthracnose).
In the Nanfeng orange orchard of the Guangxi Liuzhou Kangan county, the orange trees with consistent growth vigor, plant depression and common occurrence of orange moss disease are selected, and the identified pathogen is algae of the Chlorella genus of Chlorophyta.
The experiment set up multiple treatments, 3 replicates each, 2 fruit trees each. And (3) carrying out full-plant spraying test medicaments on all the treated citrus trees by adopting a spraying method in the moss disease occurrence period, so as to uniformly spray the front and back sides of citrus branches and leaves without dropping liquid medicine, and setting the spraying of equal amount of clear water as a blank control.
The test was run for 3 total disease surveys: the 1 st investigation is the investigation before the first application, and the common attack of the district plants is investigated; the 2 nd investigation was a 7d investigation after the first application; the 3 rd investigation was a 14d after the first administration investigation. 5 directions in the north and south of the east are investigated for each tree, 10 leaves are investigated for each direction, the total leaves and the leaf numbers of all stages of diseases are recorded and investigated, and the disease index and the prevention and treatment effect of each treatment are calculated.
3. Leaf disease classification table
See table 1.
TABLE 1 leaf disease Condition grading Table
Progression of illness state | Leaf spot area |
0 | Leaf blade without disease spot |
1 | The area of the disease spots accounts for less than 10 percent of the area of the blade |
3 | The area of the disease spots accounts for 11-25% of the area of the leaf blade |
5 | The area of the disease spots accounts for 26-50% of the area of the leaf blade |
7 | The area of the disease spots accounts for 51-75% of the area of the leaf blade |
9 | The area of the disease spots accounts for more than 75 percent of the area of the blade |
4. Calculation formula
5. Test results
See tables 2-3.
Table 2 effect of berberine and sodium benzoate on preventing and treating citrus moss disease
From table 2, it can be seen that after 7d of application, berberine, sodium benzoate and different proportions of the berberine and sodium benzoate gradually show a certain control effect on citrus moss, and the control effect after 14d of application is better than that after 7 d. When the medicine is applied for 14d, the prevention effect of the compound treatment of berberine and sodium benzoate is 71.19-83.74%.
Table 3 control effect of berberine and sodium abietate on citrus moss disease
From Table 3, it can be seen that after 7d of the drug application, berberine, sodium abietate and different proportions of the berberine and sodium abietate gradually show a certain control effect on citrus moss, and the control effect after 14d of the drug application is better than that after 7 d. When the medicine is applied for 14d, the prevention effect of the compound treatment of the berberine and the sodium abietate is 68.84-86.93%, and the prevention effect of the independent treatment of the berberine and the sodium abietate is lower than 68.84%.
In conclusion, after the berberine and sodium benzoate or sodium abietate are compounded, the berberine and sodium benzoate or sodium abietate are synergistic in a certain mass ratio range to the citrus moss pathogenic algae species fictive chlorella, so that the control effect on the citrus moss can be improved.
