Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a composition containing metrafenone.
Background
In citrus orchards, it is often seen that trunks, branches, leaves and fruits, even on the ground, are covered with a layer of green "clothes", which is moss disease, the etiological agent of which is the genus fictive chlorella of the family Chlorophyta (Apatococclus lobatus). Moss is mainly damaged in the middle and lower parts of the crown, and the whole plant is damaged when serious, so that photosynthesis of the tree body and appearance and quality of fruits are seriously affected. The production is usually controlled by adopting bactericides such as mancozeb, difenoconazole, iprodione or ethylicin, and the like, and the pathogenic substances have drug resistance with long-term use of the medicines, so that the control effect is not ideal.
Benzonum is a novel bactericide of benzophenone developed by Basoff company and has the chemical name: (3-bromo-6-methoxy-2-methylphenyl) - (2, 3, 4-trimethoxy-6-methylphenyl) methanone having the structural formula:
the metrafenone is registered in a plurality of countries from 2003, has the functions of protecting, treating, eradicating and inhibiting spore production of various powdery mildew, and can strongly inhibit the germination of pathogenic bacteria spores at low concentration, and the action mechanism of the metrafenone is different from that of the currently known commercial bactericides. The research shows that the metrafenone has a certain control effect on pathogenic algae of citrus moss.
The parabens, namely the parabens, comprise methyl paraben, ethyl paraben, propyl paraben and the like, and are widely used as preservatives in daily chemical products such as foods, beverages, cosmetics, furniture, leather and the like. The parabens have a wide range of antibacterial effects on mold, yeast and bacteria, and particularly have the strongest effects on mold and yeast, and inhibit the development of mold, yeast and bacteria by acting on the activities of respiratory and electron transfer enzyme systems of microbial cells and destroying the cell membrane structures of the microorganisms.
The inventor researches that the compounding of different chemical pesticides is one of the common methods for developing new pesticides, and the inventor discovers that when the metrafenone and the methyl hydroxybenzoate or the ethyl hydroxybenzoate are compounded according to a certain mass ratio, the compound has obvious synergistic effect on the prevention and treatment of citrus moss disease pathogenic algae species fictive chlorella (Apatococclus lobatus), and no related report is found at present.

Medicine effect in field: after the metrafenone is compounded, the control effect on citrus moss disease is achieved
1. Test agent
98% of metrafenone original drug, 99.5% of methyl hydroxybenzoate original drug and 99% of ethyl hydroxybenzoate original drug are all sold in the market.
Dissolving original dimethyl sulfoxide, diluting with 0.1% Tween-80 solution, and making into mother solution. And (3) setting a plurality of groups of proportions, and diluting each single-dose mother solution and each proportion mixed solution by using 0.1% Tween-80 until the mass concentration of the active ingredients is 50mg/L for later use.
2. Test method (refer to pesticide field efficacy test criterion (II) GB/T17980.98-2004: bactericide for preventing and controlling mango anthracnose).
In the Nanfeng orange orchard of the Guangxi Liuzhou Kangan county, the orange trees with consistent growth vigor, plant depression and common occurrence of orange moss disease are selected, and the identified pathogen is algae of the Chlorella genus of Chlorophyta.
The experiment set up multiple treatments, 3 replicates each, 2 fruit trees each. And (3) carrying out full-plant spraying test medicaments on all the treated citrus trees by adopting a spraying method in the moss disease occurrence period, so as to uniformly spray the front and back sides of citrus branches and leaves without dropping liquid medicine, and setting the spraying of equal amount of clear water as a blank control.
The test was run for 3 total disease surveys: the 1 st investigation is the investigation before the first application, and the common attack of the district plants is investigated; the 2 nd investigation was a 7d investigation after the first application; the 3 rd investigation was a 14d after the first administration investigation. 5 directions in the north and south of the east are investigated for each tree, 10 leaves are investigated for each direction, the total leaves and the leaf numbers of all stages of diseases are recorded and investigated, and the disease index and the prevention and treatment effect of each treatment are calculated.
