Abstract

Description

由刚性外容器和可变形内袋构成的容器及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种由刚性外容器和可变形内袋构成的容器的生产方法。
背景技术
由刚性外容器和可变形内袋构成的容器的可变形内袋由至少两层构成,其中面向外容器的材料层不与外容器的材料焊接连接。在该容器的生产方法中,第一螺旋输送机供给用于外容器的第一热塑性塑料材料,并且至少第二和第三螺旋输送机将用于内袋的至少第二和第三塑料材料供给至将至少由第一、第二和第三层构成的型坯共挤出的挤出机,该型坯布置在吹塑模具的打开的两半之间,其中一旦型坯具有生产容器所需的长度就关闭吹塑模具,其中将待生产的容器的底部区域中的多余材料夹断,并且形成将内袋的焊接底部接缝夹住的、由外容器的材料构成的腹板(web),并且其中型坯通过压力介质而膨胀,从而使其与吹塑模具的壁接触,将焊缝下方的多余材料切断,并且将容器从吹塑模具取出。
此类方法例如从DE 196 26 967 C2中已知。该公布还公开了通过使用钻、切割工具或穿刺针将外容器的壁钻透或刺穿而在外容器中形成至少一个壁开口,并且一旦外容器的壁已经完全穿透,将压力介质吹向或喷向内袋的壁,以便将其推回,使得其不被钻头或穿刺针损坏。在从内袋排出容器内容物时,为了平衡压力的目的,环境空气通过壁开口流入外容器和内袋之间的中间空间。
尽管外容器和内袋的不同种类的热塑性塑料材料彼此不焊接连接,但如果在根据上述方法的共挤出过程中生产容器,则它们会彼此粘附。在此类容器准备使用之前,也就是说在将其填充液体或例如糊状容器内容物、然后例如通过真空泵(airless pump)的方式或者通过容器的压缩将其逐渐排出之前,内袋必须与外容器的壁分离,并且然后再重新与其接触。这可以通过经由容器开口向内袋施加部分真空由此使袋突然收缩来实现。然后将压缩空气经由容器开口引入内袋中,以便使袋重新与外容器接触。如果内袋没有基本均匀地与外容器的壁分离,那么尽管外容器的壁中有压力平衡开口,但当排出填充材料时,内袋中也将出现相对较高的部分真空,这会对通常提供的泵的运转具有不利影响。
DE 10 2006 012487 A1公开了改善的分离方法,其中,在将外容器钻透之后,在将容器开口密封之后,将压力介质引入外容器和内袋之间的中间空间中,一旦内袋中达到预定的第二压力阈值,就停止压力介质向中间空间中的引入;一旦将压力释放,就将压力介质引入内袋中,以便使得内袋重新与容器壁接触。
发明内容
迄今为止已知的用于将内袋与容器壁分离并且随后使其与外容器的壁接触的方法步骤是复杂的,并且增加了考虑的种类的即用型(ready-to-use)容器的生产时间。
本发明的根本问题是为该问题确定更好的解决方案。
本发明还涉及由刚性外容器和与外容器接触的可变形内袋构成的容器,其在外容器的底部具有保持内容器的焊接底部接缝的夹断接缝,其中内袋由至少两层构成,并且在其生产期间在共挤出过程中没有焊接至外容器。在该容器中,在外容器的壁中不设置压力平衡孔的情况下,内袋应当与外容器不受约束地接触,也就是说基本上不粘附。
根据本发明通过专利权利要求1和12的特征来解决这些问题。
本发明的有利实施方案在从属权利要求中表征。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的方法提供形成内袋的与外容器接触的外层的第二热塑性塑料材料,其具有硬化状态的有微观上小的凸起和凹陷的粗糙表面,使得外容器和内袋之间的粘附力最小。
为了该目的,第二螺旋输送机供给包含EVOH和具有弹性(resilient properties)的塑料材料的混合物的材料配混物。由EVOH构成的材料内容物具有在凝固或冷却时形成粗糙表面的性质,但该材料进一步具有相对较大的刚性的性质,使得其本身不适合用于容易变形的内袋。因此,将材料内容物EVOH与均匀分布的具有弹性的塑料材料混合。
作为弹性材料,特别有利地使用在EVOH中呈现分散相的Surlyn。
根据本发明的进一步提议,Surlyn(离聚物)可以与赋予Surlyn粘附力非常低的非平滑表面的非常小的玻璃珠混合。
关于第二材料层,已经证明各种浓度改变都是合适的,特别强调的是85EVOH 15SY或52EVOH或75EVOH25SY或75PCTG25SY,但其它类似的材料混合物也可以用于所述目的。
另外,根据本发明的方法提供形成内袋的内层并且因此是产品接触层的第三材料层,其包含Surlyn、Purell或Dowlex,但该列举没有详尽。第三层可以在共挤出期间焊接至第二层,也可以在挤出操作期间借助相关的第四螺旋输送机的方式将第四层添加至内袋中。
在型坯膨胀以形成(几乎)成品容器之后,将吹塑模具打开,将外容器的夹断接缝至少部分地拉开或撕开,结果形成在持续使用容器期间变得更大的用于压力平衡的空气狭缝。这允许仅非常轻微地粘附至外容器的内袋分离。为了该目的,一旦将容器从吹塑模具中取出,就可以在侧面压进,优选用两个彼此相对的冲压机,使得内袋由于其刚性而突然从外容器分离。根据本发明的该分离操作由于产生了响亮的"噗通",因此也是可以听见的。可选地,容器可以通过夹紧传送带来引导。
与传统过程相比,此类分离操作快速并且容易进行,使得即用型容器的生产时间显著缩短。
在根据本发明的容器中,内袋的面向外容器的外层具有粗糙表面,该粗糙表面具有肉眼无法察觉的微观上小的凸起和凹陷。外容器的夹断接缝已经至少部分地打开,使得空气能够在两端处进入外容器和内袋之间的中间空间中。
内袋也可以在容器内容物的排出期间仅通过部分真空与外容器分离。
对根据本发明容器的外容器特别适合的材料为PP或PCTG或PET-G或HDPE或PCR或HDPE,该列举没有详尽。根据本发明的容器优选具有瓶的形状。
容器的优选实施方案的材料分布为:约80%外容器、5%内袋的外层,15%内袋的接触产品的内层。

Claims (12)

1.由刚性外容器和可变形内袋构成的容器的生产方法,其中第一螺旋输送机供给用于所述外容器的第一热塑性塑料材料,并且至少第二螺旋输送机和第三螺旋输送机将用于所述内袋的至少第二热塑性塑料材料和第三热塑性塑料材料供给至将至少由第一层、第二层和第三层构成的型坯共挤出的挤出机,该型坯布置在吹塑模具的打开的两半之间,其中一旦所述型坯具有生产所述容器所需的长度就关闭所述吹塑模具,其中将待生产的所述容器的底部区域中的多余材料夹断,并且形成将所述内袋的焊接底部接缝夹住的、由所述外容器的材料构成的腹板,并且其中所述型坯通过压力介质而膨胀,从而使其与所述吹塑模具的壁接触,将所述焊缝下方的多余材料切掉,并且将所述容器从所述吹塑模具中取出,
