Description

制造容器的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种连续制造容器的方法,所述容器包括基本上坚硬的外容器和易于变形的内袋,所述外容器和内袋由第一和第二热塑性塑料材料制成,所述第一和第二热塑性塑料材料彼此不形成熔接连接,其中,用于所述外容器的第一热塑性塑料材料被供应到第一螺旋输送机,并且用于所述内袋的第二热塑性塑料材料被供应到第二螺旋输送机,所述第一和第二螺旋输送机连接到挤出机喷嘴,所述挤出机喷嘴共挤出由两个管构成的预制件,所述预制件被配置在吹塑模具的打开的半模之间,当预制件具有制造容器所需的长度时,闭合吹塑模具,要制造的容器的底部区域中的多余材料被挤压出并且由外容器的熔接材料形成接片(web),所述内袋的熔接底缝在轴线方向上被夹在接片中并且被保持在接片中,并且所述预制件被压力介质膨胀成贴靠在吹塑模具的壁上并从吹塑模具中取出,之后从外容器的壁分离内袋。
背景技术
EP 1 996 384B1中公开了这种方法,EP 1 996 384B1涉及如何从外容器的壁完全分离容器的内袋,这是容器内容物随后能够完全从容器开口排出的先决条件。内袋在任意点都不可以与外袋形成熔接连接,否则将无法完全分离内袋。
在现有方法中,由外容器的熔接材料和夹在其间的内袋的材料构成的、在要制造的容器的底部区域挤压出的多余材料被丢弃或交付给第三方用于劣质应用。在所述的方法中,由于产生了从制造过程中去除的大量的多余材料,这导致容器的制造成本相对较高,特别是作为所使用的热塑性塑料材料的原材料的价格在此期间大幅上涨并将进一步上涨。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制造容器的方法,所述容器包括坚硬的外容器和易于变形的内袋,其中降低了制造成本。
根据本发明,该目的通过权利要求1的特征解决。
本发明的有利实施方式的特征在于从属权利要求中。
本发明提供,多余材料被再次供应到第一螺旋输送机,第一螺旋输送机将多余材料与第一热塑性塑料材料混合并将其供应给挤出机喷嘴,其中作为原始材料的第一热塑性塑料材料在熔融状态下的粘度低于再利用的多余材料,因此挤出的管的外层仅由第一热塑性塑料材料构成。令人惊讶的是,由于不同的粘度,在挤出的管中由多余材料形成中间层,并且在中间层两侧,外层由第一热塑性塑料材料形成,从而在挤出的管的外层上没有露出多余材料。因此,在从吹塑模具取出膨胀的预制件并冷却预制件后,内袋可以从外容器的壁完全分离,正如两层塑料材料仅使用原始材料时的情况。由于挤压出的多余材料的这种再利用,可以显著减少所使用的第一热塑性塑料材料的原始材料的量,由此容器的制造成本显著降低。
两种热塑性塑料材料优选地以颗粒形式供应到相应的螺旋输送机。
多余材料可以未处理形式被再次供应到第一螺旋输送机,使得所述制造发生在在线(on-line)处理中。在多余材料被供应到第一螺旋输送机之前,也可以在附加的方法步骤中粉碎多余材料。
在可替代的离线(off-line)处理中,多余材料被收集并被处理以形成颗粒,然后被供应到可以是并行运行的机器的部件的第一螺旋输送机。
如果使用高比例的多余材料,则根据本发明的方法也出人意料地能用。与第一热塑性塑料材料的混合物中的多余材料的比例可高达75wt.%,其中70wt.%的比例是特别优选的。即使在要形成的外容器中具有这些高比例的多余材料时,挤出的管的外表面上的多余材料也完全被所用的原始材料覆盖,因此在任何点都不会发生与接合内袋的熔接。
PP、PET-G、PCTG、PA和HDPE优选用作外容器的材料,而内袋可以优选由Lupolen或Surlyn构成。然而,内袋也可以由两层或三层构成,例如EVOH、助粘剂层、离聚物或LDPE。本发明不限于使用上述材料。
本发明提供,在制造可以具有仅1至1.5mm的壁厚的外容器的容器时,该外容器可以主要由在前制造周期中挤压出的多余材料形成,其中多余材料完全被量少得多地使用的原始材料完全外部包围,使得多余材料绝不会露出在挤出的塑料管的外表面上。

Claims (9)

1.一种制造容器的方法,所述容器包括基本坚硬的外容器和易变形的内袋,所述外容器和所述内袋由第一热塑性塑料材料和第二热塑性塑料材料制成,所述第一热塑性塑料材料和第二热塑性塑料材料彼此不形成熔接连接,其中,用于所述外容器的第一热塑性塑料材料被供应到第一螺旋输送机,用于所述内袋的第二热塑性塑料材料被供应到第二螺旋输送机,所述第一螺旋输送机和所述第二螺旋输送机连接到挤出机喷嘴,所述喷嘴共挤出由两个管构成的预制件,所述预制件被配置在吹塑模具的打开的半模之间,当所述预制件具有制造所述容器所需的长度时,闭合所述吹塑模具,在要制造的容器的底部区域中的多余材料被挤压出,并且所述外容器的材料形成接片,所述内袋的熔接底缝能够在轴线方向上被夹在接片中并且被保持在接片中,并且,所述预制件通过压力介质膨胀成贴靠在所述吹塑模具的壁上并从所述吹塑模具中取出,之后从所述外容器的壁分离所述内袋,其特征在于,将所述多余材料再次供应到所述第一螺旋输送机,所述第一螺旋输送机将所述多余材料与所述第一热塑性塑料材料混合并将其供应到所述挤出机喷嘴,所述第一热塑性塑料材料在熔融状态下的粘度低于所述多余材料,使得所述挤出的管的外层仅由所述第一热塑性塑料材料构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,以颗粒形式将两种热塑性塑料材料供应到所述螺旋输送机。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多余材料以未处理形式被再次供应到所述第一螺旋输送机。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多余材料在供应到所述第一螺旋输送机之前被粉碎。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多余材料在供应到所述第一螺旋输送机之前被处理成颗粒。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多余材料在混合物中的比例≤75wt.%。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多余材料在混合物中的比例≤70wt.%。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,使用PP、PET-G、PCTG、PA或HDPE作为用于所述第一热塑性塑料材料或所述第二热塑性塑料材料的材料。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,使用Lupolen或Surlyn作为用于所述第二热塑性塑料材料的材料。
