Abstract

Description

塑料注塑焊入件
本发明涉及一个塑料制的注塑焊入件用于焊接(连接)一个塑料容纳构件并特别是一个用于连接一个其结构为由薄膜塑料制的并用于贮存例如液体或膏状的清洁物质的再充填袋的焊入件。
因为,该注塑焊入件是一个成形稳定的塑料成型件,所以由于容纳构件之薄膜的柔软性,就在焊接不同的塑料时出现了困难,亦即,该薄膜料趋向于沿焊接区的纵向由于过热而撕裂。因此,原则上希望,为了传热好的原因或者避免过热,而将焊入件上设置的焊接肋尽可能为薄壁的结构。但是,薄壁的焊接肋在薄膜料上容易引起有缺口的焊接区。为此已经建议,在焊入件的一个后基壁前面进行焊接,为的是使该薄膜料在焊接过程中敷置在后壁上和可以支承其上。这种措施的缺陷是不能从焊接区很好地排热,也因此有使薄膜过热的危险。
本发明任务在于,设置一个属于开头类型的塑料注塑焊入件,它能成本低廉地被制造和毫无困难被加工。特别是可以避免在焊接时薄膜发生撕裂并也能防止在以后的应用中此处的断裂。
该注塑焊入件用于焊接一个塑料容纳构件,特别是一个由薄膜塑料制的容纳构件,它可解决上述任务并包括至少一个沿限定一注塑通道的颈部周边延伸的并带焊接边棱的焊接肋,该焊接边棱设置在一个于一焊接之肋基区上成形的焊接脊上并具有一个在相对圆周方向为垂直的方向上比肋基区而言要小的尺寸。
依此,每个焊接肋具有一个相对厚壁的肋基区,它可以具有一个倒圆的外部周边缘,其上成形一个狭窄薄壁的焊接径或焊接脊,它的外部周边棱就形成焊接边棱。由于焊接脊的薄壁特性,要焊接薄膜的温度就可在焊接过程期间毫无疑问地被保持在一个这样的水平上,即有效地避免薄膜料的过热。这样就可获得一个牢固的焊接连接,因为该焊接过程可以如此被控制,即焊接脊在焊接时尽可能地熔化,所以,实际上它消融了,这样,该薄膜料与肋基区之倒圆的相对宽的周边缘形成一个支承接触。依此,在焊接时和以后应用时出现的作用力就能最大可能地在焊入件和薄膜袋之间传递并在焊接区不存在裂口后果。而且通过本发明可以令人惊讶及简单的装置实现一个有效的克服薄膜撕裂的措施。因为该焊入件的肋基区不参与或仅仅间接地参与焊接过程,因此它可以在从焊接区更好地传输热量方面作最佳化设置,进而它可在焊接区的范围内起到另一有效的防止裂口发生的措施。特别是每个焊接肋可以按照冷却肋的方式设有大的散热表面。同时为提高稳定性可在相邻的焊接肋之间设置一个薄膜的分隔壁,它将接焊接肋之径向和轴向的相互位置固定。另外,本发明注塑焊入件可以沿一轴向平面,特别轴向中央平面被分割开,同时,每个分件具有一个注塑通道。每个分件可以焊接一个单独的容纳构件;而这两个分件然后可以相互连接,以便获得一个外部与本发明一个整体单件式注塑焊入件相一致的结构。

该按照本发明一个优选实施例的注塑焊入件是一个由成形稳定的塑料如聚乙烯,聚丙烯成型的整体,它可以被置入一个(未示出)予制的容纳构件的隙缝形开口中和与其通过焊接,例如超声波焊接而永久连接。特别是,该容纳构件可以由一种薄膜形的塑料制成,它例如逐渐更多地被应用于储备例如液体或膏状清洁剂或类似物的再填充袋以便减少废物。虽然在注塑焊入件和容纳构件之间的永久连接一般通过焊接实现,但是它也可以通过另外的热处理方法如热戳封或粘接来制成。可以理解,本发明既不局限在所描述的塑料上,也不限制在所述的应用目的上。而是可以类似有利的方式应用在那些希望的场合,即一个柔性的塑料(件)被以基本线形的方式与一成形稳定的塑料(件)相连接。
按照图1至3表明的本发明第一实施例,该注塑焊入件包括一个具有适当轴向延伸长度的基本管形的颈部1,它被一个轴向通道3所贯穿。该通道3在该注塑焊入件与容纳构件相连接时,构成在容纳构件(未示出)的内部和外部环境之间的连通。
在靠近颈部1之一个轴向端部的外圆周部分上可以成形一个螺纹2,其上可以拧装一个(未示出)的螺纹封闭盖以封住通道3。还可以不用螺纹2,在颈部1上设置一个后卡箍,以便通过碰扣方式在注塑焊入件上结构吻合地固定一个封闭盖。
沿颈部1的轴向并在其另一端部的部段上成形一个或多个在本实施例中为4个在轴向上相互间隔平行的焊接肋4。每个焊接肋4都位于一个相对注塑焊入件的中央纵轴线为径向的平面中并包括一个相对厚壁的肋基区6以及在其外周棱或边缘上成形的焊接脊7,它同样位于该厚壁肋基区6的径向平面中。
该焊接脊7和肋基区6相比无论在径向还是在轴向都具有一个明显较小的尺寸。特别是该焊接脊7具有一个比肋基区6较小的厚度。已经确定,焊接脊7的厚度和肋基区6的厚度相比应该位于1∶1 0和1∶3之间,最好在约1∶5,以便在焊接过程中有效地避免切口现象和发生撕裂。
该焊接脊7的自由端面构成一个沿整个焊接肋4周边延伸的焊接边棱8。在肋基区6的外部周边棱应该被倒圆的同时,该焊接边棱8最好是缓斜的结构或者向外收缩成尖端例如屋顶形的结构。

在本发明前述的实施例中,该分隔壁5终止在一个离颈部1的径向距离上,这个距离仅仅稍短于每个焊接肋4的肋基区6的径向距离。参见图1。当希望时,该分隔壁还可径向上通过焊接肋4往外加长一个适当不长的外延伸,为的是在要焊接的薄膜材料在焊接肋4的区域内被张开之前支承它。另外该分隔壁之向外伸出的部分与在焊接肋内部所处的部分相比可以具有一个较小的厚度。
