Abstract

플라스틱 용기부, 특히 필름형 플라스틱 재료로 이루어진 용기부와 결합을 위한 플라스틱 접합관 결합장치는 배출 통로(3)을 형성하는 넥크부(1) 주변으로 연장되며 접합 모서리 또는 면을 갖는 적어도 하나의 접합 리브(4,14)를 포함한다. 접합 모서리는 리브 베이스보다 작은 규격을 가지며 원주방향과 수직방향으로 형성되는 접합 리브(4)의 리브 베이스부(6)상에 형성된 접합 플래시(7)에 제공된다.

Claims (9)

  1. 배출 통로(3,13)를 형성하는 넥크부(1,11) 주변으로 연장되고 접합 모서리를 갖는 적어도 하나의 접합리브(4,14)를 포함하며 플라스틱 용기부, 특히 필름형 플라스틱 재료로 이루어진 용기부와의 결합을 위한 플라스틱 접합관에 있어서, 상기 접합 모서리는 상기 접합 리브(4,14)의 리브 베이스부(6,16)상에 형성된 접합 플래시(7,17)에 제공되며, 상기 접합 플래시는 상기 리브 베이스부보다 작은 규격으로 원주 방향에 대하여 수직으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 접합관 결합장치.
  2. 상기 다수의 접합 리브들(4,14)은 서로 이격된 상태로 평행하게 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재된 접합관 결합장치.
  3. 상기 넥크부(1,11)로부터 돌출된 격벽(5,15)은 인접하는 접합 리브들(4,14) 사이에 형성된 것을 특징을 하는 제2항에 기재된 접합관 결합장치.
  4. 위에 도시된 바와 같이, 각 접합 리브들(4,14)은 형상이 실질적으로 모서리 형태를 가지고 지름선상에서 서로 마주보는 부분들(A,B)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 선행하는 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 접합관 결합장치.
  5. 상기 정합 리브(4,14)의 리브 베이스부(6,16)의 외주면은 만곡진 것을 특징으로 하는 선행하는 항 중 어느 한항에 기재된 접합관 결합장치.
  6. 상기 리브 베이스부(6,16)의 두께에 대한 상기 접합 플래시(7,17)의 두께의 비율은 약 1 : 3 내지 약 1 : 10이며, 양호하게는 약 1 : 5인것을 특징으로 하는 선행하는 항 중 어느 한항에 기재된 접합관 결합장치.
  7. 축면, 특히 축 중심면을 따라서 분리되며, 상기 분리된 각 부분들(10)은 배출 통로 (13)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선행하는 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 결합장치.
  8. 분리 부분들의 양 배출 통로(13)를 밀봉하기 위한 밀폐 캡이 고정될 수 있는 넥크부의 형상을 형성하기 위하여 상기 분리된 부분들(10)은 서로 결합 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 제7항에 기재된 접합관 결합장치.
  9. 선행하는 항 중 어느 한항에 기재된 바와 같은 규격적으로 안정한 플라스틱 재료의 접합관 결합장치를 갖는 필름형태의 플라스틱 물질, 특히 보충 백 형태의 용기부의 조합.
