Abstract
本发明涉及农药领域,具体是一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂及其制备工艺,制备的呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂具有高悬浮性、高稳定性,便于长期储存不结固,且降低了呋虫胺的分解率,延长药效保质期,在生产制剂过程中吸附VOCS,绿色环保;在研磨过程加入碱性分子筛即Y型分子筛;对钠基膨润土进行阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺、四甲基溴化铵的有机化改性;对有机膨润土进行改性处理,采用有机改性膨润土、2‑丙烯酰胺‑2‑甲基丙磺酸、N,N‑二甲基丙烯酰胺、季铵盐单体、壳聚糖季铵盐通过原位聚合制备了具有复合插层结构的改性膨润土纳米复合材料,提升呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂效用的持久性。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药领域,具体是一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂及其制备工艺。
背景技术
可分散油悬浮剂是一种高分散油基悬浮液体制剂,是在油类溶剂中不溶的固体农药有效成分依靠表面活性剂分散在油类,经加水稀释调配后使用。可分散油悬浮剂的渗透传导性好、黏着性高,具有较强的耐雨水冲刷能力及有效成分利用率高。
呋虫胺是一种超级烟碱类杀虫剂,组分中不含卤族元素,且其结构中的四氢呋喃基取代了以前的氯代吡啶基、氯代噻唑基,杀虫谱更广、速效高、持效期长4-8周,且对刺吸口器害虫有优异防效,且低剂量即显示了很高的杀虫活性,但是呋虫胺的稳定性较差,无法长时间保持流动性较好液体状态,且易聚结、分油多会导致结固、结底、粘稠度高等状态,导致贮藏不方便使用等情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂及其制备工艺,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂,以重量百分数计,原料包括以下组分:呋虫胺原药20-25%、Y型分子筛2-5%、油酸甲酯20-30%、150#溶剂油5-10%、乳化剂3-5%、分散剂1-3%、润湿渗透剂1-3%、有机膨润土0.1-0.2%,余量为大豆油;所述呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的pH为6-8。
乳化分散性能评价可分散油悬浮剂的重要指标,选择合适的表面活性剂控制能使呋虫胺更好悬浮率入水乳化更好、降低分油、粘度大等情况。
本发明的表面活性剂有乳化剂、分散剂、润湿渗透剂几类;添加有润湿渗透的表面活性剂,提高可分散油悬浮剂润湿渗透速度,来增加其渗透性,提高其药效。
选用高分子带网状的结构的表面活性剂,能提高制剂的稳定性,在配合有机膨润土、白炭黑等配伍,来提高粘度降低分层,从而解决结固结底等问题。
以油酸甲酯和大豆油作为分散介质,使其固体原药在不溶于有机溶剂也可以液态形式的剂型出现。
油酸甲酯的密度比较小,在做可分散油悬浮剂介质时和固体的密度差比较大,添加密度比较大的油类,例如矿物油,松节油,150#溶剂油等,或粘度相对大点的油类,例如大豆油,玉米油等,与油酸甲酯按照不同的比例来调节粘度或者密度,使制剂减少分层。
进一步的,乳化剂为阴离子型乳化剂与非离子型乳化剂复配而成。
这样不仅增加乳化分散能力,且降低乳化剂的用量。阴离子表面活性剂能使固体颗粒表面带有相同的电荷而相互排斥,防止粒子凝聚,阴离子和非离子相互复配是以分子状态在粒子的表面吸附面形成致密的保护膜,以空间位阻的作用相互排斥。
进一步的,分散剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚中一种或几种复配。
进一步的,润湿渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙基醚、壬基酚聚氧乙基醚、辛基酚聚氧乙基醚、辛醇聚氧乙基醚中一种或几种复配。
进一步的,呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的pH为6-8。
PH对呋虫胺原药分解率影响很大,当PH为6-8时比较稳定,分解率小于5%。
进一步的,Y型分子筛为NaY、HY、NH3Y、USY、LAY中一种或几种复配。
本发明在研磨过程加入碱性分子筛即Y型分子筛,无需在产品里添加稳定剂;Y型分子筛具有三维孔系统,可以催化不同大小的有机分子并在其内腔和三维十二元环孔系统中进行催化反应,具有稳定性高、活性好等优点,与常规的配方对比,其价格低廉可回收重复利用且处理工艺简单,便于长期储存不结固,且降低了呋虫胺的分解率,在生产制剂过程中还可吸附VOCS,绿色环保。
进一步的,有机膨润土为改性有机膨润土,制备包括以下步骤:
S1:将甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯与丙酮溶剂混合,加入对苯二酚,转移到50℃的油浴锅中,加入溴代十六烷,50℃下保温10h,乙醚中洗涤,干燥后得到季铵盐单体;
S2:将钠基膨润土、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺混合,超声搅拌30-60min,加入四甲基溴化铵,在80℃油浴锅中搅拌,搅拌反应6-7h,静置12h,洗涤、烘干、研磨过200目筛,得到有机膨润土;
S3:在氮气保护下,将2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、N-N二甲基丙烯酰胺、季铵盐单体、壳聚糖季铵盐混合,pH调至6.8-7.2,加入有机膨润土,搅拌1-2h,加入偶氮二异丁腈,在65-70℃下保温4-5h,静置分层,抽滤、洗涤、干燥,得到改性有机膨润土。
进一步的,钠基膨润土、四甲基溴化铵的质量比为10:1。
进一步的,2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、N-N二甲基丙烯酰胺、季铵盐单体、壳聚糖季铵盐的摩尔质量比为10mmol:8mmol:0.1g:0.05g。
膨润土是一种以蒙脱石为主要成分的黏土,无毒、无刺激性,具有较大的比表面积、离子交换容量,且价格低廉,可作助悬剂使用,但天然膨润土有着亲水疏油的特点,较难吸附乳化油;本发明中对有机膨润土进行改性处理,提高有机膨润土在悬浮剂中分散性的同时提升稳定性,从而提高可分散油悬浮剂的均质性及稳定性;
采用有机改性膨润土、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、季铵盐单体通过原位聚合制备了具有复合插层结构的改性膨润土纳米复合材料,从而大幅提高呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的热稳定性、耐温性、粘弹性,且协同提升生产制剂过程中VOCS的吸附率,绿色环保。
改性有机膨润土的加入有效提高呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的热稳定性,因为膨润土本身的刚性和热稳定特性,及其具有独特的复合插层结构在一定程度上阻碍氧气和聚合物之间的接触,在高温下减缓了基体传热,从而降低了聚合物的分解速率,延缓了分解产物的挥发。且其由于独特的分子结构,基质分子链段与膨润土中剥离层间产生的静电相互作用和氢键作用加强了原有的分子间的作用,形成了更复杂、更稳定的三维空间网络结构;随着温度的升高以及溶液的溶剂化作用进一步加强,大幅提升呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的均一性。
呋虫胺在紫外光长期照射下易降解,大幅影响呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂效用的持久性,且十二烷基磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和四丁基溴化铵对呋虫胺的光解均起到一定的光猝灭作用,并且对比发现,四丁基溴化铵和十二烷基磺酸钠对呋虫胺光解的猝灭效应优于十六烷基三甲基溴化铵;
对钠基膨润土进行阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺、四甲基溴化铵的有机化改性,在增大膨润土硅氧烷的吸附表面,从而提升呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的粘弹性的同时,提升呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂效用的持久性。
进一步的,一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:将油酸甲酯、150#溶剂油、大豆油、乳化剂、分散剂、润湿渗透剂、有机膨润土混合,使用多功能分散砂磨机剪切3-5min,再加入呋虫胺原药继续剪切5-10min后,转入立式砂磨机,加入Y型分子筛进行砂磨,过滤,得到一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂。
进一步的,砂磨的工作条件为:砂磨时间1.5-2h,粒径控制D90在5-6μm。
本发明的有益效果:

本发明中对有机膨润土进行改性处理,采用有机改性膨润土、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、季铵盐单体通过原位聚合制备了具有复合插层结构的改性膨润土纳米复合材料,提高有机膨润土在悬浮剂中分散性的同时提升稳定性,从而提高可分散油悬浮剂的均质性及热稳定性、耐温性、粘弹性。
对钠基膨润土进行阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺、四甲基溴化铵的有机化改性,在增大膨润土硅氧烷的吸附表面,从而提升呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的粘弹性的同时,提升呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂效用的持久性。

一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
将油酸甲酯、150#溶剂油、大豆油、乳化剂、分散剂、润湿渗透剂、有机膨润土混合,使用多功能分散砂磨机剪切3min,再加入呋虫胺原药继续剪切5min后,转入立式砂磨机,加入Y型分子筛进行砂磨,过滤,将pH调为6,得到一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂;
砂磨的工作条件为:砂磨时间1.5h,粒径控制D90在5μm;
以重量百分数计,原料包括以下组分:呋虫胺原药20%、Y型分子筛2%、油酸甲酯20%、150#溶剂油5%、乳化剂3%、分散剂1%、润湿渗透剂1%、有机膨润土0.1%,余量为大豆油;所述呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的pH为6;
乳化剂为烷基苯磺酸铵盐与烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯以质量比1:1复配而成;分散剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚;润湿渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙基醚;Y型分子筛为NaY;
有机膨润土为改性有机膨润土,制备包括以下步骤:
S1:将1g甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯与5mL丙酮溶剂混合,加入2mg对苯二酚,转移到50℃的油浴锅中,加入1g溴代十六烷,50℃下保温10h,乙醚中洗涤,干燥后得到季铵盐单体;
S2:将5g钠基膨润土、0.05%阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺50mL混合,超声搅拌30-60min,加入0.5g的四甲基溴化铵,在80℃油浴锅中搅拌,搅拌反应6h,静置12h,洗涤、烘干、研磨过200目筛,得到有机膨润土;
S3:在氮气保护下,将2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸10mmol、N-N二甲基丙烯酰胺8mmol、季铵盐单体0.1g、壳聚糖季铵盐0.05g混合,pH调至6.8,加入1mg有机膨润土,搅拌1h,加入5mg偶氮二异丁腈,在65℃下保温5h,静置分层,抽滤、洗涤、干燥,得到改性有机膨润土。
实施例2
一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
将油酸甲酯、150#溶剂油、大豆油、乳化剂、分散剂、润湿渗透剂、有机膨润土混合,使用多功能分散砂磨机剪切4min,再加入呋虫胺原药继续剪切8min后,转入立式砂磨机,加入Y型分子筛进行砂磨,过滤,将pH调为7,得到一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂;
砂磨的工作条件为:砂磨时间1.8h,粒径控制D90在5μm;
以重量百分数计,原料包括以下组分:呋虫胺原药22%、Y型分子筛3%、油酸甲酯25%、150#溶剂油8%、乳化剂4%、分散剂2%、润湿渗透剂2%、有机膨润土0.15%,余量为大豆油;所述呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的pH为7;
乳化剂为烷基苯磺酸铵盐与烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯以质量比1:1复配而成;分散剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚;润湿渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙基醚;Y型分子筛为NaY;
有机膨润土为改性有机膨润土,制备包括以下步骤:
S1:将1g甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯与5mL丙酮溶剂混合,加入2mg对苯二酚,转移到50℃的油浴锅中,加入1g溴代十六烷,50℃下保温10h,乙醚中洗涤,干燥后得到季铵盐单体;
S2:将5g钠基膨润土、0.05%阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺50mL混合,超声搅拌40min,加入0.5g的四甲基溴化铵,在80℃油浴锅中搅拌,搅拌反应6.5h,静置12h,洗涤、烘干、研磨过200目筛,得到有机膨润土;
S3:在氮气保护下,将2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸10mmol、N-N二甲基丙烯酰胺8mmol、季铵盐单体0.1g、壳聚糖季铵盐0.05g混合,pH调至7,加入1mg有机膨润土,搅拌1.5h,加入5mg偶氮二异丁腈,在68℃下保温4.5h,静置分层,抽滤、洗涤、干燥,得到改性有机膨润土。
实施例3
一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
将油酸甲酯、150#溶剂油、大豆油、乳化剂、分散剂、润湿渗透剂、有机膨润土混合,使用多功能分散砂磨机剪切5min,再加入呋虫胺原药继续剪切10min后,转入立式砂磨机,加入Y型分子筛进行砂磨,过滤,将pH调为8,得到一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂;
砂磨的工作条件为:砂磨时间2h,粒径控制D90在6μm;
以重量百分数计,原料包括以下组分:呋虫胺原药25%、Y型分子筛5%、油酸甲酯30%、150#溶剂油10%、乳化剂5%、分散剂3%、润湿渗透剂3%、有机膨润土0.2%,余量为大豆油;所述呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的pH为8;
乳化剂为烷基苯磺酸铵盐与烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯以质量比1:1复配而成;分散剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚;润湿渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙基醚;Y型分子筛为NaY;
有机膨润土为改性有机膨润土,制备包括以下步骤:
S1:将1g甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯与5mL丙酮溶剂混合,加入2mg对苯二酚,转移到50℃的油浴锅中,加入1g溴代十六烷,50℃下保温10h,乙醚中洗涤,干燥后得到季铵盐单体;
S2:将5g钠基膨润土、0.05%阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺50mL混合,超声搅拌60min,加入0.5g的四甲基溴化铵,在80℃油浴锅中搅拌,搅拌反应7h,静置12h,洗涤、烘干、研磨过200目筛,得到有机膨润土;
S3:在氮气保护下,将2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸10mmol、N-N二甲基丙烯酰胺8mmol、季铵盐单体0.1g、壳聚糖季铵盐0.05g混合,pH调至7.2,加入1mg有机膨润土,搅拌2h,加入5mg偶氮二异丁腈,在70℃下保温5h,静置分层,抽滤、洗涤、干燥,得到改性有机膨润土。

性能测试:对实施例1-3、对比例1-6所制得的悬浮剂进行性能测试;
低温稳定性:参考GB/T19137-2003,取80mL试样放置在100mL杯中,0℃保持1h,无固体或油状物析出为合格;热贮稳定性:参考GB/T19136-2003,测试温度65℃保温20天,测粒径评判;常温稳定性、悬浮率参考CIPAC方法FAO标准;
离心稳定性:取15mL试样放置在50mL离心管中,在300r/min的下进行离心稳定性测试;其离心稳定性=[1-(do-dc)/do]×100%(do是原始平均粒径,dc是经离心处理后的样品的平均粒径);具体数据如表1;

将实施例2与对比例3、对比例4、对比例6进行对比可知,本发明中对有机膨润土进行改性处理,采用有机改性膨润土、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、季铵盐单体、壳聚糖季铵盐通过原位聚合制备了具有复合插层结构的改性膨润土纳米复合材料,提高有机膨润土在悬浮剂中分散性的同时提升稳定性,从而提高可分散油悬浮剂的均质性及热稳定性、耐温性、粘弹性。
将实施例2与对比例5进行对比可知,对钠基膨润土进行阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺、四甲基溴化铵的有机化改性,在增大膨润土硅氧烷的吸附表面,从而提升呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的粘弹性的同时,提升呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂效用的持久性,经过对比可知,四丁基溴化铵对呋虫胺光解的猝灭效应优于十六烷基三甲基溴化铵。

1.一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,以重量百分数计,原料包括以下组分:呋虫胺原药20-25%、Y型分子筛2-5%、油酸甲酯20-30%、150#溶剂油5-10%、乳化剂3-5%、分散剂1-3%、润湿渗透剂1-3%、有机膨润土0.1-0.2%,余量为大豆油;所述呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的pH为6-8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,乳化剂为阴离子型乳化剂与非离子型乳化剂复配而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,分散剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚中一种或几种复配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,润湿渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙基醚、壬基酚聚氧乙基醚、辛基酚聚氧乙基醚、辛醇聚氧乙基醚中一种或几种复配。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,Y型分子筛为NaY、HY、NH3Y、USY、LAY中一种或几种复配。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,有机膨润土为改性有机膨润土,制备包括以下步骤:
S1:将甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯与丙酮溶剂混合,加入对苯二酚,转移到50℃的油浴锅中,加入溴代十六烷,50℃下保温10h,乙醚中洗涤,干燥后得到季铵盐单体;
S2:将钠基膨润土、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺混合,超声搅拌30-60min,加入四甲基溴化铵,在80℃油浴锅中搅拌,搅拌反应6-7h,静置12h,洗涤、烘干、研磨过200目筛,得到有机膨润土;
S3:在氮气保护下,将2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、N-N二甲基丙烯酰胺、季铵盐单体、壳聚糖季铵盐混合,pH调至6.8-7.2,加入有机膨润土,搅拌1-2h,加入偶氮二异丁腈,在65-70℃下保温4-5h,静置分层,抽滤、洗涤、干燥,得到改性有机膨润土。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,钠基膨润土、四甲基溴化铵的质量比为10:1。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、N-N二甲基丙烯酰胺、季铵盐单体、壳聚糖季铵盐的摩尔质量比为10mmol:8mmol:0.1g:0.05g。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将油酸甲酯、150#溶剂油、大豆油、乳化剂、分散剂、润湿渗透剂、有机膨润土混合,使用多功能分散砂磨机剪切3-5min,再加入呋虫胺原药继续剪切5-10min后,转入立式砂磨机,加入Y型分子筛进行砂磨,过滤,将pH调为6-8,得到一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂的制备工艺,其特征在于,砂磨的工作条件为:砂磨时间1.5-2h,粒径控制D90在5-6μm。
