The capsule wall material comprises aloe gel and maltodextrin, and the mass ratio of the aloe gel to the maltodextrin is 15:2, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing aloe gel and maltodextrin, adding water, and mixing at 70-80deg.C for 5-15min. The aloe gel has anti-inflammatory and repairing capabilities, and can further improve the anti-allergic and soothing capabilities of the composition while stably wrapping the emulsion.

the preparation method of the paeonia lactiflora extract comprises the following steps: adding 4 times of 40% ethanol into radix Paeoniae powder, extracting with microwave at 70deg.C for 40min, filtering, centrifuging, and drying;
the preparation method of the cimicifuga foetida extract comprises the following steps: supercritical CO is adopted to the cimicifuga rhizome powder 2 Extracting with 85% ethanol, filtering the obtained extractive solution with fine microporous membrane, and drying the filtrate;
the preparation method of the capsule wall material comprises the following steps: mixing 15g aloe gel and 2g maltodextrin, adding water, and mixing at 70deg.C for 5min;

mixing herba Saussureae Involueratae culture extract, kava extract, radix Paeoniae extract, cimicifugae rhizoma extract and probiotics, adding 2 times of purified water, fermenting at 30deg.C for 1 hr, and filtering to obtain fermentation broth; centrifuging the fermentation liquor, taking supernatant, adding a lysate of a fermentation product of the saccharomyces cerevisiae and a fermentation liquor of the vitreoscilla, and mixing to obtain a mixture; heating skin conditioner to 40deg.C, adding humectant and mannose, stirring and mixing for 10min, adding the mixture to form water-in-oil emulsion, mixing the water-in-oil emulsion and capsule wall material, stirring for 10min at 40deg.C, homogenizing for 10min at 10MPa, and lyophilizing to obtain microcapsule.
Example 2
A method for preparing an anti-allergic soothing composition comprising a culture of saussurea involucrata, comprising the steps of:
25g of saussurea involucrata culture, 3g of kava extract, 3g of paeonia lactiflora extract, 3g of cimicifuga foetida extract, 1g of mannose, 0.5g of probiotics, 0.04g of a lysate of a fermentation product of the two-part yeast, 0.005g of a fermentation broth of the transparent tremella, 15g of sodium hyaluronate and 12g of sunflower seed oil;
the preparation method of the paeonia lactiflora extract comprises the following steps: adding 45% ethanol 5 times of radix Paeoniae powder, extracting with microwave at 75deg.C for 50min, filtering, centrifuging, and drying;
the preparation method of the cimicifuga foetida extract comprises the following steps: supercritical CO is adopted to the cimicifuga rhizome powder 2 Extracting with 90% ethanol as extractant, filtering the obtained extractive solution with fine microporous membrane, and drying the filtrate;

Example 3
A method for preparing an anti-allergic soothing composition comprising a culture of saussurea involucrata, comprising the steps of:
28g of saussurea involucrata culture, 4g of kava extract, 2g of paeonia lactiflora extract, 2g of cimicifuga foetida extract, 2g of mannose, 0.8g of probiotics, 0.06g of a lysate of a fermentation product of two-part yeast, 0.01g of a fermentation liquor of transparent tremella, 12g of ceramide and 12g of white pond flower seed oil;
the preparation method of the paeonia lactiflora extract comprises the following steps: adding 45% ethanol into radix Paeoniae powder, extracting with 72 deg.C microwave for 55min, filtering, centrifuging, and drying;
the preparation method of the cimicifuga foetida extract comprises the following steps: supercritical CO is adopted to the cimicifuga rhizome powder 2 Extracting with 90% ethanol as extractant, filtering the obtained extractive solution with fine microporous membrane, and drying the filtrate;
the preparation method of the capsule wall material comprises the following steps: mixing 15g aloe gel and 2g maltodextrin, adding water, and mixing at 75deg.C for 10min;

the preparation method of the paeonia lactiflora extract comprises the following steps: adding ethanol with concentration of 50% 8 times into radix Paeoniae powder, extracting with microwave at 80deg.C for 60min, filtering, centrifuging, and drying;
the preparation method of the cimicifuga foetida extract comprises the following steps: supercritical CO is adopted to the cimicifuga rhizome powder 2 Extracting with 95% ethanol as extractant, filtering the obtained extractive solution with fine microporous membrane, and drying the filtrate;

In this embodiment, the humectant comprises pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, sodium hyaluronate and ceramide, and the mass ratio of the two is 1:2:3. the skin conditioning agent is sweet wormwood oil, sunflower seed oil and white pool flower seed oil, and the mass ratio of the sweet wormwood oil to the sunflower seed oil is 1:1:1.

Test results
The compositions of the examples and the comparative examples were subjected to an antibacterial effect test, and the results were as follows according to the evaluation method of the antibacterial effect of the QB/T2738-2012 daily chemical products:

Note that: the diameter of the antibacterial ring is smaller than 7mm, the antibacterial effect is avoided, the diameter of the antibacterial ring is 7-10mm, the antibacterial effect is achieved, the diameter of the antibacterial ring is larger than 10mm, and the remarkable antibacterial effect is achieved.
As can be seen from Table 1, the compositions of examples 1-4 have no bacteriostatic effect on Staphylococcus epidermidis and have remarkable bacteriostatic effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Propionibacterium acnes. The composition of the invention is effective in regulating the skin micro-ecological environment.
80 skin allergy dry volunteers were selected with the symptoms: the compositions of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were used in 8 groups of 10 cases each, respectively, for 15 days, and the effect was observed. The using method comprises the following steps: 10g of the composition is dissolved in water and applied to the allergic part of the skin for 15min.
Use effect judgment criteria: healing, the skin has no allergic dryness phenomenon; effectively, the skin symptoms are improved; in no cases, the skin symptoms were not improved or severe.

From Table 2, it is clear that the compositions of examples 1 to 4 have a remarkable improving and regulating effect on skin allergy dryness. The composition provided by the invention can effectively relieve the dry skin allergy symptoms and can effectively repair and maintain the skin barrier.
In conclusion, the anti-allergy relieving composition containing the saussurea involucrata culture provided by the embodiment of the invention not only can effectively relieve dry skin allergy, but also can regulate and maintain skin microecological balance, reduce invasion of harmful bacteria to skin, regulate skin metabolism function and effectively repair and maintain skin barrier.
According to the preparation method of the antiallergic and soothing composition containing the saussurea involucrata culture, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, water-in-oil is adopted to form emulsion, and then a capsule wall material is used for forming a coating structure again, so that the stability of active bacteria in the composition can be obviously improved through coating active bacteria components twice, and further the active bacteria in the composition can better act on micro-ecological colonies on skin, so that the repairing effect of the composition on the skin is enhanced, the immunity of the skin is regulated, and the defending function of the skin is enhanced.

Claims (6)
1. An antiallergic and soothing composition containing a saussurea involucrata culture is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of saussurea involucrata culture, 1-5 parts of kava extract, 1-5 parts of paeonia lactiflora extract, 1-5 parts of cimicifuga foetida extract, 0.1-3 parts of mannose, 0.1-1 part of probiotics, 0.01-0.08 part of a lysate of a fermentation product of two-split yeasts, 0.001-0.05 part of a fermentation liquid of transparent tremella, 10-20 parts of a humectant and 10-15 parts of a skin conditioner;
the humectant is one or more of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, sodium hyaluronate and ceramide, the skin conditioner is one or more of sweet wormwood oil, sunflower seed oil and white pond flower seed oil, and the probiotics comprise micrococcus, bacillus and lactobacillus.
2. A method of preparing an anti-allergic soothing composition comprising a culture of saussurea involucrata as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
crushing herba Saussureae Involueratae culture, adding cellulase, pectase and water, performing enzymolysis for 1-3 hr, heating to 60-80deg.C, performing ultrasonic extraction for 30-50min, centrifuging, and drying to obtain herba Saussureae Involueratae culture extract;
mixing herba Saussureae Involueratae culture extract, kava extract, radix Paeoniae extract, cimicifugae rhizoma extract and probiotic, adding 2-5 times of purified water, fermenting at 30-35deg.C for 1-3 hr, and filtering to obtain fermentation broth; centrifuging the fermentation liquor, taking supernatant, adding a lysate of a fermentation product of the saccharomyces cerevisiae and a fermentation liquor of the vitreoscilla, and mixing to obtain a mixture; heating skin conditioner to 40-60deg.C, adding humectant and mannose, stirring and mixing for 10-30min, adding the mixture to form water-in-oil emulsion, mixing the water-in-oil emulsion and capsule wall material, stirring for 10-30min at 40-45deg.C, homogenizing for 10-20min at 10-20MPa, and lyophilizing to obtain microcapsule.
3. The method for preparing the anti-allergic and soothing composition containing the saussurea involucrata culture according to claim 2, wherein the preparation method of the paeonia lactiflora extract is as follows: adding 4-8 times of 40-50% ethanol into radix Paeoniae powder, extracting with microwave at 70-80deg.C for 40-60min, filtering, centrifuging, and drying.
